Great Polonia Kraków Kazimierz

The location was fantastic and more interesting than the more touristy old town and only a pleasant 15 min walk to the main square and a 20 min walk to the main train station . The hotel is surrounded in lovely restaurants and the area had a nice feeling. It felt very safe and clean with lots going on in the surrounding area at night even in February. The breakfast was very fresh and plentiful and was kept looking great by a woman who was in and out of the kitchen continuously ...she was non stop !! 24 hr reception and 24hr FREE bottled water and tea , coffee and hot chocolate was a bonus and loved by us after long days of sightseeing. It was 100% the perfect hotel for us for a city break and we will be back.

My husband thought the music in the dining area was a bit loud in the evening when he was wanting a peaceful cup of coffee but I didn't mind it. ( so that only counts as half a negative ) 😂!!

The staff where friendly and helpful. The location was great. Everything was very clean and mostly well maintained. Super comfy spacious rooms. Location was excellent in the old Jewish Quarter lots of places to eat around about the area and small supermarkets close by. Breakfast was marvellous I've never seen so much food choice at a breakfast buffet before. They had hot options such as scrambled egg, fried eggs and sausages. As well as various breads, meats and cheeses. Pancakes and lots of other things

Wired Internet but it's OK I survived. There was also and annoying multicoloured light being projected onto the wall of the building next door that could be seen in the room even with curtains shut as the window was sloped at an angle and reflected of the mirror. Not the hotel fault but still annoying. Also the frosted glass on bathroom window didn't cover whole window. Not a problem. I thought as I was on third floor then I've just stepped out the shower and notice workmen high up on one of the buildings and if I can see them.they look the right way they will see me not ideal.

Hotel is right in the Jewish area of Cracow - Kazimierz. You can find there many interesting shops, art and specific bars. It is nearby Wawel. I liked that you have tea and coffee in the room, as well coffee, tea and water 24h downstairs for your use. Simple, but makes your stay much more comfy (when you forget to buy water in the shop). All for free. There is fridge in the room.

The window view of the backyard is for the flashing light. However if you cover it with curtains - it is fine. Breakfast is like 8/10. Seems that everything is there, but somehow it is normal, nothing extraordinary.

The location is excellent - in Kazmierez. Notice that this is not the city center but the Jewish Quarter. Very quiet and exciting. We stayed in the city center and Kazmierez and loved the second one more. The service and the staff are very thoughtful and nice.

The booking on the website didn't fit the reality. We had to add more money to the reception. Notice that you have everything you asked for in the initial reservation - the number of people in each room.

The place is in the old part of the city with the tiny streets and a lot of minibars and cafe. Personal is very friendly. Im Ukrainian,my polish is not cery good... Unfortunately, but English was good for me. Important thing- underground 🅿️. Its not very big, 5-6 places- so u must rent it beforehand, and u must pay for it, as for breakfast also( but it was perfect). So the building itself is a bit tired... But the number was clean, but bathroom a bit tired) but clean. Any way it was ok for two adults and 2 children

Location: minutes away on foot from the old town. center of restaurants and nightlife on foot within a few minutes. Staff: adorable, helpful and kind. Breakfast: elaborate and tasty and always refilled. Comfort: comfy beds, and quite rooms, good size bathroom. Tea, coffee and water complimentary. Restaurant open through the night with complementary tea and coffee

room was a bit small, which was expected anyway to be small, just a bit smaller than I would have liked it to be

Perfect place, where to stay, great location, excellent shower, comfortable beds, seemed soundproof rooms. Luckily my room was ready an hour before 15.00. Hotel should consider early check-in and late check-out for an extra fee.

More toilet paper in the room, please! I was alone in a room with two double beds, it was a bit stuffed, but fine. I guess the hotel was completely full. And I feel so sorry, that minibars do not exist anymore😀😀😀I love minibars!!!!

The breakfast, the staff, the location, and the bed was all too good!! I strongly recommend this place to anyone who is considering traveling to Krakow.

If I have to say, the wifi was a bit on and off, and I would also prefer if the shampoo could also be offered to guests in bottles, not just in a one-time-use squeezer bag.

This is a great hotel in the heart of the Kazimierz area (the former Jewish district). The hotel serves a massive and diverse breakfast and it is closed to a large number of other restaurants and cafes in Kazimierz. Easy tram ride to main railway station and to the main old town square as well as castle. In fact, one can walk from the hotel to the castle and old town square - it is a nice walk.

The room was huge and clean, the price was very reasonable. The bed was comfortable. Lots of restaurants within a few steps.

I was here in June, and beside the day of arrival was cool, the room was hot when I entered. There was an air conditioning machine but its wind had just room temperature I think and wasn't on when I arrived. Lot of bars in the street but weren't very loud thanks to the windows.
