The hotel is in a fantastic location. We were upgraded to a room with a view of the square which was a surprise. All the staff are very friendly.

The overall stay experience for us was exceptional , breakfasts are so nice with freshly made omelletes etc , they also have reserved hotel guests seating outside in the morning for breakfast , we loved this as its such a nice & relaxing way to start the day with a little Memosa from the breakfast buffet , their seating is right on the old town square . Food was amazing as well at lunch time , a lovely touch was a nice bottle of prosecco waiting in our room on arrival, the staff are very friendly & helpful, rooms spacious, very clean and well maintained, the room frdige is stocked daily , brillain nespresso coffee machine in the room with fresh milk in the fridge (home from home) an added bonus for us was room air con that worked and wasnt noisy , we like a cold room being from UK so had to use the air con at night to keep us cool in October . There's also a very nice non rowdy polish bar attached to the hotel and shows football/sports on mega screens . I chilled there when the missus was getting ready on an evening . Would we stay again , 100% yes, location is perfect for the old town, so much to do and see , we walked 41 miles in 4 days and still haven't seen or been to everything we wanted to do , eating and drinking around the hotel is plentiful , all very good quality & value for money , inlcuding the hotels restaruants . We will be booking again for sure . Thank you so much for the happy memories .

The location was so good we actually walked past the front door as we couldn't believe the property was actually on the main square. Outstanding! We arrived early and the friendly staff stored our luggage while we explored the city. We moved rooms throughout our stay so this is in two parts. The original room (standard double) was cosy with a well-stocked mini fridge (refilled daily) and free prosecco, fresh fruit and candies. The upgraded room had the same facilities as the standard double, but overlooked the main square and had a hot tub! Breakfast was delicious. A huge choice! I was surprised to see prosecco and vodka on the breakfast table but you can't say they don't offer something for everyone! The upgraded room had better A/C than the first, and the window opened which was lovely; people-watching while sipping the complimentary prosecco was a great way to spend an early evening! The beds were really comfortable but be aware that a double bed is two smaller beds attached together with separate duvets and mattresses.

There was a plumbing issue which led to our shower flooding but it was dealt with quickly and efficiently and we were offered an upgraded room as an apology. I marked down cleanliness to 3/4 on the rating because of this. There was also a slightly damp/musty smell in the upgraded room possibly from a previously overflowing hot tub (just a guess because the tub had a warning notice next to it!). It is an old building so the plumbing is probably temperamental. The A/C in the first room was not very effective so it was quite warm, and the windows did not open.

Fantastic service from start to finish! We used their airport transfer service, very professional, and made the process so easy! The location is stunning and very central to the main tourist site. The staff were smart, knowledgeable, and helpful. We had the double bed room looking over the market with a hot tub. Rooms were clean, bed was super comfortable, the hot tub was amazing, and the shower was fantastic. Cleaners did a grand job and so filled up our mini fridge, tea/coffees, change towels etc. Breakfast facilities were great and had varied options, so it mer most people needs and wants. I loved the free vodka each morning and the pancakes were delightful.

Found the hotel overall, far too hot.

Perfect location, bottle of Prosecco/sweets and apples in our room on our arrival and soft drinks in the fridge that were restocked as and when, the night before we left a bottle of wine was also left in our room (maybe because we never drank the Prosecco). Breakfast was good, good choice and hot food delivered to your table. Lovely decor although creaky and pretty worn in areas was still charming, loved the glass lift. Good housekeeping and amazing shower. Room was warm, as we left the heating on low throughout our stay, bed was so comfy with soft pillows, overall a nice stay.

We had a room at the back of the hotel with no view of the fabulous square that was lit up beautifully for Christmas, our windows were opaque but on opening we had a view of a grotty area with a squeaky door that opened randomly, even during the night. Because the hotel is in a pedestrian area we where dropped off around the corner, luckily because we’d booked a private transfer our driver walked us around the front of the hotel, on our transfer back to the airport we had to walk around the corner again to get a bolt, no issue really.

Staff on reception were very very good. Managed to get us transfers and tickets to the salt mine which we decided to visit at the last minute due to poor weather. Also tried to help us out when we experienced train delays on arrival and train cancellations on departure due to floods in poland.

There are a number of annoying little maintenance issues in the room which shouldn't really be present in a hotel of this standard and which could so easily have been rectified before guests arrive eg the hot and cold taps in the jacuzzi are labelled the wrong way round, the pop up plug in the bathroom sink doesn't work, stains all over the carpet, seal round the jacuzzi not done correctly, loose floor tiles at the bath exposed electrical wiring below the bedside cabinet. etc. As I say small things which could so easily be rectified but are clearly overlooked by the house keeping team. We stayed in a suite (No 302)

Everything was grait the staff the cleanlyness of the rooms breakfast probably going to come here again in the future. communication with the hotel was grait even before we arived al questions i had where already awnserd during the stay the rooms where cleaned daily the mini fridges restocked new towels and beds made up. Id definitly recomend this hotel did not take images of the bed room with the sauna bubblebath shower and toilet

Hmm used toilet paper goes in a bin to prevent sewer blockages witch is something i cant blame the hotel for but it is a minor inconveniance.

The room and staff were both amazing, there was nothing what was a issue. They went above and beyond to help us in anyway. The location of the hotel was also amazing. I cannot fault the hotel in any way The spa bath and bathroom were also both amazing. All of which were very clean. And our mini fridge was refilled daily with no extra cost. The personalised letters left by the staff welcoming us to our room and on departure was a lovely gesture along with the suprise bottle of wine on our last night. This was well worth the money and extra compared to other local hotels. We will deffinately be returning.

Nothing everything was amazing

Great location in the main square but even though in the centre of things, it wasn’t noisy. We loved the roll top bath & also the shower with several different settings. It was very nice to have a coffee maker and a kettle plus a fridge with complimentary milk, soft drinks & a bottle of prosecco! Lovely breakfast with freshly cooked hot food & opportunity to sir outside in the square. Comfortable bed & lots of drawers and hooks/wardrobe space.

It was very hot weather during our stay and although we had air conditioning it did still feel a little warm. But very minor point as we loved this hotel.

Staff were very helpful - they contacted me before our stay to offer assistance booking tours which we took them up on and our trip to Auschwitz went smoothly. The room is very pretty and stylish and had an amazing view of the main square.

The amazing view of the main square comes with all the noise of people shouting and playing music all night - if you're in Krakow to party, this probably won't bother you. If you want to sleep, it may be challenging. Also the air conditioning didn't work in the room which was tough in July, but they did acknowledge the problem and gave us a voucher for a future visit that we are unlikely to ever be able to use. The shower is amazing with multiple jets - but they have thin, scratchy towels, so it's an odd mix of high and low end.
