Location was great and the room was sound-proof, although it's located on one of the busiest streets in Krakow

When I see Nespresso coffee machine in the room, I expect at least 2 capsules of coffee. You can't expect guests to travel with coffee capsules suitable for different brands of coffee machines.

The apartment is perfectly located for the bars, restaurants and for walking around the old town. Although, it can be noisy with the sound of people at the bars below. The double glazing was effective at keeping the noise out, but without air conditioning, we needed to keep the window open. It has all the facilities you'd need for a short stay and we liked the breakfast at the nearby hotel. Everywhere was exceptionally clean and tidy. We found the check-in video and information simple and clear to understand. We never saw any staff, so I can't comment on that, but we kept in touch via an app.

The only downside was the lift getting to the was slow, and if you took the stairs, you see the building is old and in need of repair.

The Apartment is very close to the main square, So great for getting around.

We were in Apartment 8. Write on the top floor, although the Apartment was fairly spacious. The thing I didn't like was that both bedrooms You had to climb a very narrow staircase to them. My one didn't even feel Secure to the wall. I also noticed there are no smoke detectors in the rooms. Or anywhere in the building. Although the apartment is clean, they may want to pay attention to cleaning behind the beds and sofa. The bathroom was clean , just the tiles in the shower could do with a bit of a scrub with bleach.

The apartment was beautiful! It is in a central location, very clean and it has all the amenities that you need for a stay in Krakow. The commutation from the apartments was excellent, they were there to answer any questions. It was also very safe for being on the central road leading to the main square. The decor was lovely too, meaning that it was very comfortable for our stay. The apartment had air conditioning in each room, which was amazing in the hot weather.

The stairs in the apartment leading to the 2 bedrooms were ridiculously steep! We went with our parents who are in their 70s and they struggled to get up and down the stairs. They had to keep everything downstairs. We understand this is the layout of the room, but there was no warning of this prior to the booking. It didn’t affect our stay and we would 100% stay again, but it’s best that people know this before booking if you have elderly people or children in your party.

The apartment's location is perfect, as it is a very short walk to the Main Square. The apartment itself was cozy and well-equipped, we especially liked that there was an iron and a board, since some of our clothes got wrinkly in the suitcase :) Overall, our stay was very pleasant and if we visit Krakow again - which we are planning to do - we hope we will have the chance to stay here again :)

The only little downside was that it got a bit too hot in the room, so an AC would have been nice, but we managed with the open window and the fan that was available :)

The location is exceptional. At the edge of the old town it's at walking distance to all main attractions, several facilities, museums, restaurants, shops and supermarkets. At the same time it provides quiet nights even though the street is quite lively.

Overall no real conplaints. The room could benefit from better vacuuming and dusting, would be nice to have thicker pillows and the common building stairs (outside the appartments) could be more attractive (cleaner or perhaps painted anew)

The room was really cozy and nice, clean, everything was as described, perfect location.

Late check in. Even though it was clearly written that check in is after 16h, I asked if there is any chance for me to enter the room in the morning or as soon as possible. I asked it one week before my arrival so the staff had enough time to organize it if they wanted to. They refused to help and I could enter the room after 16h. It's okay if you don't mind carrying your suitcases all around the city or paying in coins at the luggage lockers.

Apartment was perfect, inside of old town close to literally everything. Was clean, had hot water, coffee, even ironing device. Was super hot compared to the cold weather outside,bed was comfy and everything perfect,will definitely recommend this to everyone who wants to visit Krakow. Thanks again!

Perfect when planning night out, as easy access to center without hassle to wait for taxi. Very close to various attractions, walking distance to train station even with luggage (not as on google maps,lol). EASY to find location as next to Wax museum.

Not enough ventilation in hot days, require aircons instead of room ventilator. In cooler days not an issue. Somehow it was noisy, frequent foot steps upstairs late night as well as day time, over few nights I have stayed.

Location was great.....very cosy warm room and surprisingly quiet at night

When 1 person had a shower 2nd person could not go in afterwards as shower tray filled with water and took ages for water to drain away .....thought maybe would be nice if there had been a small welcome pack with.more teabags, coffee, sugar etc... Also a toasterwould have been good....Scottish and English people do love their toast!!!
