Breakfast was quite good, but they should vary it a bit here and there. Beds were comfortable, and the location was great. We could see the one of the spires of one of the old town churches from our room. We were only 0.8 miles from that area, an easy ten to fifteen minute walk (we are both 70 BTW) from the hotel. Plus the old Kaszmierz area where the hotel is located is full of good restaurants and bars after a day of activities. Staff is well trained, courteous, and generally wonderful. Our jeans were getting grotty after a few days, and we used the laundry service, which was good. Rooms and public areas were very clean too.

Our first room was big and comfortable enough, but faced the street. Because Krakow is a VERY happening place (especially on the weekends) AND there is a streetcar stop directly across the street, it can get VERY noisy., even into the wee hours. We had to change our room to an inside one which was much better.. It's best to request an inside room, NOT overlooking the street.

Nice, comfortable and conveniently located hotel. We had a big room with extra bed for the third person with a view to the street. The street is quite busy but it's not disturbing at all due to good noise canceling windows. If it's getting hot you can use an efficient and quietly running a/c. Breakfasts are tasty and there is enough tables to accommodate all guests even if the hotel is full. The greatest advantage of the hotel is the location in the old Jewish quarter, Kazimierz with great restaurants and bars. It's also walking distance to the Old Market and Wawel, the Royal Castle.

The only small inconvenience is lack of dedicated car park. You can park your car on the street and pay hourly (usually you will find a space easily somewhere close to the hotel) or the reception will guide you to the parking where you can pay for the whole day but during the public holidays in May all parking places were occupied.

Jewish quarter and many restaurants start about 20 meters away , Hamsa middle eastern closest , Ribs on Fire & Mr Vincent Perogi 5min walk and the Zapiekanki French stick style pizzas area has a few good bars you can have a beer outside . Hotel is on no3 tram route 2 stops and 5 min walk and your in the old town many bars and restaurants or 3 stops and a 3 floor modern large shopping centre both Tram stops and UK/US fast food shops have idiot proof button that turns it into English

Breakfast is more on the continental side pickles, radish cheese ham , frankfurters etc but there is cereals ,toast jams scrambled egg ,yoghurts, juice

The hotel were great at sorting airport transfers and excursions. Very quick to reply to questions. Was centrally located so we didn't need to use the trams which did stop outside. Very comfortable beds and rooms were of a good size. The hotel itself was very quiet.

We had a rear view room which was quiet given the central location, however the friends we were travelling with had a front view room which they found fairly noisy. Breakfast was ok. Lots of different options but the hot breakfast wasn't the best, however its only a small hotel so we weren't expecting there to be too many choices.

LOCATION: Well-located area within walking distance to old town. The #3 tram stop ("Miodowa") is just outside the hotel, which was very convenient. (Tram 3 goes to the main station, Kraków Główny.) There are great restaurants near the hotel, too. THE ROOM: Spacious enough and clean. There was a large dresser as well as a closet. The bathroom (also clean!) was well designed; for example, the shower was plenty spacious. There was also a mini-fridge under the desk, but I don't think it was plugged in. (We did not use it.) The pillows on the bed were humongous and comfortable, which was great. Our room faced the courtyard instead of the street, and was it was quiet. BREAKFAST: The breakfast was excellent!! There was a big selection of cheeses, meats, breads, jams, fresh vegetables, yogurt, and cereal. There was also a hot section of the breakfast area with scrambled eggs and hot breakfast meats and sausages. We chose to get cappuccini every day, as we are accustomed to this being a default choice in Italy. (It turns out that the option for a cappuccino are not complimentary like the regular coffee available at breakfast--we had to pay for it upon checkout. I wish I would have known this ahead of time, although it wouldn't have changed my daily beverage choice.) THE STAFF: Before arriving, the staff were responsive via email in timely manner. I appreciate that! At the hotel, the staff were friendly, polite, and helpful. On our last day, the nice lady at reception helped me decipher the schedule for the airport train. (Thank you so much!)

It would have been nice to know ahead to time about the additional cost of the cappuccino at breakfast. But it wasn't a problem. Everything was great!

Great location between walking distance to main square and Kazimierz. The hotel has good Krakow vibes and I loved the architecture of old building with high ceilings. Staff is super friendly and professional. We had a hire car so they have sorted us out with secure car park. Beds were comfortable . Breakfast was included with plenty of choice . Cleaning and room service is everyday so room is spotless.

I would like to see kettle and selections of tea and coffee in the room.

Our room was very comfortable and had everything we needed and the ensuite lovely. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were helpful and friendly. We were able to purchase alcohol (added to our room bill, no actual bar but the staff happy to get us drinks) and sit outside in the pleasant courtyard to drink and chat (we were a party of 4).

We could have done with something in the shower to hold bottles as these had to be placed on the floor but everything else was great.

Good location, beautiful hotel, comfortable and extremely clean. Was a quick stay for us as we were in Poland for a family wedding and the Coumbus was a last day stay on the way to the airport.

I wasn't too impressed with the 2nd reception staff member that I came across, I found her offhand and dismissive, maybe it was the language barrier but as someone who works in Greece in the tourist industry I can understand that and I felt that wasn't the issue. In a hotel that is filled with many nationalities, nothing should be too much trouble.

Great value for money . The breakfast really good . The rooms were cleaned everyday and fresh towels and water supplied. The staff were very helpful and nice . Fantastic location close to Jewish quarter , shopping centre , tram line . I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends and hope to return again .

Nothing really . Would be good if a bath mat was provided as the bath was slippy but besides everything was amazing .
