Great location of the hotel as its right in the heart of Kazimierz, old Jewish Quarter. The room was big and spacious, clean as well. Our windows were facing busy street but noise was minimal. Very good breakfast with lots of choices. The breakast lady was very nice, friendly and professional. We enjoy staying at Rubinstein when in Krakow.

Just a suggestion for the managment- when having a meeting regarding the staff and daily hotel issues, I would suggest not to do it in the restaurant/breakfast time when you have hotel guests. I think its unprofessional to hold that kind of meeting in the front of the guests and make loud conversations. The patrons can hear it all. Also the ladies at the reception should smile and be friendlier a bit more.

Staff was super nice, room was really cosy and the style was perfect. Also the room service was really great. Bed was really comfortable, if the city wouldn't be so nice, I wouldn't even want to leave the room. We had pretty much everything we needed and it was really awesome experience.

Cleanliness of the room was close to faultless, we found a few hair in the bath and around the sink. The room was missing bottle opener it was supposed to have and TV offered just satellite programmes, no option to use streaming services. Air conditioning was on full auto setting and we weren't able to change the temperature.

The property was very clean and well decorated! There was a warm feeling to the building. The bathroom was lovely in our room as well! The beds were extremely comfy. The hotel also booked both our tours we went on which was extremely helpful and was a very easy process for us! Staff were extremely friendly as well! If we are back in krakow I will defiantly be staying again.

These are only little things, we had no milk for our tea in the morning and the tea bags did not get replaced. I also asked the hotel to prepare something in the room for my partners birthday however this was not done.

Clean, comfortable and quiet.

Arrival at reception was unwelcoming, service was not of a standard I expect from 4*, 1 receptionist possible the most helpful. Only on the first morning we were asked if we would like any breakfast cooked, (it was a continental buffet style) 2nd morning we dined at breakfast at 7.10am due to a excursion, there was no hot water available for tea ( service starts at 7am) Difficult to access the safe and mini bar in the room due to being too close to the bed.

The situation is excellent. Old jewish quarter. Close to restaurants, changes, bars, tram stop...literally to everything. 15 minutes by tram to the railway station. Our room was spacious enough and clean. Girls on reception smiling and polite. Breakfast was tasty. The hotel has also skybar with amazing view! Nice design.

There was no hair conditioner or body lotion in the room. The window was in front of the place that people can see you so we closed curtains all the time. And as for me the bed was too soft.. but i suppose its not a problem for other people)

I liked a lot. Very cute hotel with a lot of decorative details. My room was great, wood beam ceiling, very nice bathroom. Very cute. The hotel itself is very cute and warmly decorated. I used the sauna 2x and that was great (extra charge but very reasonable) They also helped me to get a massage in my room They were helpful and very friendly. Location is also great. Close to a lot of very good restaurants and cafes and bars. Great proximity to old town. Very safe and convient

Overall just great. The bed in m room was a bit soft but that's a personal preference. But otherwise just a great place to stay the app is forcing me to write stuff but nothing bad to say

The hotel is located in a very lovely part of the city and is just 15 minutes away from Old Town. The room was very spacious. I liked the room and the whole hotel decor; it matched the time period in which the building was built.

There were odd noises at night, as this is an older building. Lightsleepers should bring earplugs. The next day, we were joking that the place was haunted. Also, for some reason, we were provided with down comforters during the summer season, so we had to turn on the AC at the highest speed for the whole night.

Very comfortable bed, no noise whatsoever, room was very clean.

No milk in the room with the tea and coffee facilities, I got some milk from the bar, attempted to use the mini fridge to store it, it curdled by the next morning as the fridge did not work, I was told it was just a mini bar so not supposed to work, there were cans of Coke in there that if you did want a drink at the overpriced amount you would have to drink warm

A truly beautiful hotel, the staff is always ready to help. The rooms are cosy and beautiful, one of the best beds I've slept in. The position it's the best part aswell, as it is in the Jewish part of Kraków, the night there's a lot of people, you can find both Jewish cuisine and polish, lots of bars, puns and cafes. Last but not least you're basically in front of most of historical Jewish points of interest and the city center can be easily reached by foot (15min CA) or by tram.

We loved the elegance and feel of the building, and the friendly receptiveness of the staff - particularly the lovely lady running the breakfast service! The fact that the hotel is in the "middle" of Kazimierz, with a tram stop and a great restaurant (Hamsa) less than a minute's walk away makes it even better.

There was a very slight odour towards the toilet area in the bathroom. It was so slight that you had to think about it to notice it, but it shouldn't be there in any case.
