We were there during the recent heavy rains that lead to floods in some parts of Poland. The heavy rain lead to the hotel's breakfast room being flooded. They offered to bring breakfast to the rooms. When we said, that we had an early start as we were going on a tour and would be leaving the hotel before the official breakfast time and would therefore not be having breakfast, they offered us a breakfast packet. As we had made other arrangements for breakfast, we declined, but during what must have been a very stressful time for the hotel staff to offer a breakfast was just so kind of them. The next day, we requested breakfast for a certain time and also told them what we would like and they brought it to our room.

Very friendly staff, great continental breakfast with fresh scrambled eggs with bacon cooked to order, simple but clean and comfortable room, and amazing location in the heart of Kazimierz/Jewish quarter and about 15-20 minutes walk to the old town centre.

My friend said that the hot water stopped after about 10 minutes, I personally didn't experience that, but worth mentioning. There was no lock on the bathroom door, but shouldn't be an issue staying with friends or family.

The breakfast was exceptionally good - a very tasty selection!! The lady from breakfast is very nice, friendly , helpful and attentive - she will ask if you would like fried or scrambled eggs along with the buffet selection. On our last day she gave us a doughnut which was delicious! Breakfast and staff fantastic. The coffee also very nice from coffee machine. Great location based in Jewish Quarters

Bedroom was nice and clean, however beds squeaky and loud whenever we moved. Water tap in bathroom scolding hot which could do with tweaking as dangerous. Entrance door to hotel locked after certain time and need to ring door bell to be let in, this is fine however needs to be pressed really hard otherwise doesn’t work (on arrival to hotel we were waiting a while and worried we had wrong hotel !)

I stayed here for 5 nights and felt excellent. My room was a bit budget, only at the hotel did I see that there are much bigger and better equipped rooms than the one I stayed in. Nevertheless, I felt excellent here. Attention, the hotel does not have an elevator, so a disabled or older person could have problems if they get a room on the upper floors. Very good breakfast, the lady who serves the table asks every time if we want eggs or an omelette and she cooks them on the spot. The hotel does not have its own parking lot, but you can park in the public parking lot right in front of the hotel for 60 zlots/day. I felt very well here and if I come back to Krakow, I will stay here again.

We loved our stay at Dom Casimi. The location is amazing - right in the heart of the Jewish quarter, with several fantastic restaurants next door. We looked out on the square that was used for filming ‘the ghetto’ in Schindlers List and the area is steeped in history. Our room was basic but comfortable and it had everything we needed at an extremely reasonable cost. The hotel is charming and the staff were so friendly and helpful. You won’t get a full English breakfast, you’re in Poland, but what you do get is lovely and the lady makes the best eggs! If you’re after a great location at a brilliant price, this place is perfect and we couldn’t recommend it enough.

Brilliant location, very friendly staff and really good breakfest with lots of choices. Fantastic restaurants all around - Klezmer - top food with lots of history, Hamza for mezze and Sky bar two numbers down

We had 3 twin rooms between 6 ppl and the two rooms on the third floor were very nice, quite modern, clean and quiet, whereas the room on the second floor was rather poor- entrance was from the staircase so we could hear people walking, partying and talking. It hasn't been refurbished for a while, the decor was very dated with loose skirtings and sockets (!)and the bathroom old and dirty. No hairdryer. The shower cubicle was tiny, we thought it wouldn't be possible to fit a bigger size person. Also the window overlooked the square with restaurants so very noisy with early morning deliveries and metal carts on the cobbles.

We had a room for 3 adults and it was huge. Comfortable beds, no noise at night from the outside even though we overlooked the square. Location was perfect. Jewish Quarter and old town both within easy walking distance. Bars and restaurants on the doorstep. Great value. Breakfast was included but due to us eating our evening meal late (and huge portions) we were not hungry in the morning so didn’t go down for breakfast, and can’t comment. I would choose to stay here again if I return to Krakow.

Would’ve liked slightly fluffier towels but the ones provided did their job! Couldn’t find any fault with the place really.

Really great location, a lot of cute restaurants and bars around. Pretty vide public parking close by.

There was no hair dryer in the room, shower cabins are really tiny (for my wide shoulders husband it was difficult to move), a room itself is a bit dated (looks better in pictures). The evaluation of hotel's breakfast is great, however, we were a bit disappointed. The variety of cold options was great, but if you want to get hot food options you need to ask a lady working there who does not speak English. The only option she could offer to us was scrambled eggs and sausages. Later we saw other guests eating waffles and pancakes so most probably we did not get this option because of the language barrier. It would be useful to have a printed list with hot food options so English speaking guests have easier communication with personnel.

Everything was great, location is literally on the Jewish square, and city centre is 10-15min walk away from the apartment. Receptionists were friendly, they even allowed us to check in very early (at around 10) and also after we checked out we could leave our stuff in their office which i appreciate. Breakfast was solid, with everything you need, older lady was also asking if we wanted some scrambled eggs or boiled sausages as well! It exceeded our expectations for sure!

Probably the only downsides are that there isn't any ac in rooms, so that means that window must be opened during summer times, which wouldn't be a problem if windows had some kind of mosquito net, which it didn't have, but for some reason (thankfully) we didn't have any mosquitos in room for the whole stay, which was cool!

The whole place looked and felt very home-like. Clean and cosy, very much within the spirit of Krakow Old Town. The breakfast was simple but very tasty, and the staff was extremely friendly. A nice surprise was when we went out in the yard and saw signs of Jewish culture surrounding us from all sides. And in the evening, kleismer music was heard from the restaurant nearby. For us Israelis it was very pleasing.

A room was a little bit too small. Enough for two but not spacious. Otherwise, there was nothing that we disliked in particular.
