H15 Hotel Francuski

The staff was beyond good. Very polite, always resourceful and helpful. We even had one of them, Igor, helping us in Spanish and going well-beyond expectations to help us with everything. We didn't try the breakfast but had tea time one day and it was really nice. Expensive thou. The room was beautiful and it had all sort of things for my puppy: his own bed (super clean!), bowls, etc. Only thing I'd improve is asking for a big bed even if traveling alone, but otherwise, it was perfect.

Only 2 things: 1. people slam the doors often and very late/early, and the entire building seems to move. This is not the hotel's fault at all, but maybe explaining guests that they are not alone, so they are careful could help? 2. housekeeping needs improving. They do a great job in terms of speed and promptness, bedding + towel changes are good, however, if you don't ask for it specifically, they don't do anything else: no cleaning the floor, changing the used glasses, etc. Not the end of the world, but nice to improve.

All the staff were very polite - made a huge difference. Thank you! Breakfast was amazing. Very handy to have coffee machine for Nespresso in room.

Room was rather hot. Not sure if aircon was working properly. It wasn't a huge issue for me.

I stayed in many hotels in Krakow as I travel to Poland every 2 months and this is by far the best looking hotel I’ve ever been to in Poland. including the staff / and culture within the hotel. Hotel/Room the style of this hotel is just 10/10. I love the vintage room look mixed with gold, the wallpapers, carpets, hallway etc. location- perfect location. staff: super friendly people and very helpful.

the internet was quite weak - but that’s probably down to the building rather than their fault. lift - very shaky and slow, sometimes didn’t open straight away which could give someone an anxiety but again not a big deal.

The hotel Francuski is located in historic center of Krakow. This was my fourth stay in one of the apartments with a fantastic view from the apartment window on Czartoryski Museum and Florianska gate. This hotel is filled with an old elegance and the spacious apartment is tastefully decorated. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choices and served very elegantly. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel management requires special praise for an outstanding professionalism. They are there to provide the truly best experience for the hotel guests.

The hotel was lovely! The location is simply perfect. The old and beautiful building was renovated in recent years. The staff was fantastic! Each person we spoke with exceeded our expectation and was super helpful. Breakfast was exceptional! The Room was very nice, comfortable and clean. The Hotel has it's own French restaurant and a charming small Café and patisserie which offers great coffee and desserts.

The "fitness center" was disappointing. It was basically a space with a treadmill, exercise bike, Yoga mattress and one set of variable weight dumbbells. A lot less than what you expect if you workout regularly.

Everything! Staff were amazing - helped with absolutely everything; taxi transfers, booking tours, restaurant recommendations. All proved to be great! The hotel itself - Super beautiful, probably one of my favourite hotels. The location - Absolutely perfect and stunning location close to everything in old town. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would love to come back. Really appreciated my room upgrade too - the room was super large and beautiful decor.

Only a small thing about sound proofing but was just down to being neighbour specific. Earbuds resolved it.

I thought I was paying for a room with a bed and I got a whole living room attached to it with a couch and chairs! It allowed me to host my local friends in the hotel instead of spending a lot of money on going out to the nightlife. That was really great. There was also a huge corridor that easily hosted our 8 suitcases we were hauling to our new life abroad. The bathroom was also huge and luxurious. I recently spent a few weeks in hotels in Poland and Europe and this was our biggest positive surprise on our trips. Excellent value for money, extremely polite and friendly staff. Our exit with 120kg of luggage was swiftly executed, the taxi was already waiting, and we made our flight with excellent time. Hotel Francuski will always be our number 1 pick on our trips to Krakow!

The road outside the hotel is only accessible to taxis and guarded bravely by the police so we had to stop our car further away and haul our suitcases to avoid getting a ticket. However, we could have also planned it better, it is not exactly the hotel's fault. I'm also sure if we came and asked for help, the hotel staff would have gladly helped walk our suitcases through the park, they were that nice and helpful!

It was our first time in such a fancy hotel. We enjoyed our stay in Krakow and in the hotel Francuski. There is a beautiful interior and a pleasant atmosphere in the hall and the room. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, with white bedsheets, and all the required stuff were in the room. There were teas and coffee in a room included in the price. The breakfast was very tasty. The girls were very friendly and served the food very professionally :) We booked a room with breakfast included, it worth it. Ahh, and I have to mention the fondant desert we ordered in the restaurant was super tasty. Thank you to a chef :) Try it. The location is very central, close to everything. Overall staff was friendly. We got a fast reply to our question about the hotel.

One thing that bothered me a bit was the noise from outside. But this is because I have a sensitive sleep. It did not bother my mo tho.

Everything went smoothly. Our room was very confortable. The breakfast was very good. The location could not be better. The place was clean. The staff was helpful. A really good stay and value for money.

The decoration is not to my taste, but that's really no issue. The breakfast could be smoothed a little bit through letting guests helping themselves to coffee. Maybe the music could be changed also. Overall, those are very very minor things.
