The rooms are really spacious. The welcome was truly nice and we felt really good about it. Breakfast is delicious, with many local products. Nice and friendly staff. The hotel has got a very nice design, with beautiful details.

There is only one parking lot in front of the hotel, so you need to wait out if someone else is leaving, in order to park your car. The matrace was far too soft as for my liking.

The staff were very helpful and receptive at all times. The room was also large and well facilitated.

The hair-dryer had plenty of dust in the wire/cord. Also, both soap dispensers (shower and handwash) were empty in our bathroom on arrival. However, once we asked the staff, they replaced them immediately.

Breakfast had a lot of selection. Good location very near the main square. Shower excellent. Free coffee and tea available in reception. Managed to park free of charge immediately in front of hotel although there is paid parking lot just across the street.

Needs to provide better and fresher selection of bread and rolls

There is an EXCELLENT WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE room at this hotel. The bathroom in particular has a built in shower chair with a wet area and long shower curtain to keep the chair dry and well placed transfer bars for both the shower and the toilet.

Location is right in the heart of town surrounded by shops and restaurants. Very clean property

Parking is also available on the street for a little price. The parking price in the hotel parking garage is excessive. They want almost €10 per day

The property was in a great location, clean and big.

The room was big and spacious. It was very clean and the bathroom was a good size. It is right next to the Boleslawiec mall which is a plus. Not far from the city center. The breakfast had a variety of tasty items. No room service or ice machine. I brought the deluxe with two beds, I would have preferred one queen or king size bed. Overall it was a good stay. It was peaceful and quiet and I got a few hours of uninterrupted sleep.

Very clean room in the center of Boleslawiec! We were here for the Polish Pottery fair, just steps away in the town square! Cool parking garage with an elevator to take your car down and up! Staff was very friendly and helpful plus spoke English very well. Breakfast was a typical euro meal, except for the amazing jura coffee/cappuccino machine - very nice feature! Another one in the lobby! 🥰 Would definitely stay here again!

Great breakfast, close to town center and museums. Secure parking was available and used. Staff was very helpful with anything we needed during our stay. And free coffee!

Beds were a little hard, but we still slept well.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very clean and comfortable. The staff was super helpful. This property is in walking distance to several restaurants and shops. It’s also close to several pottery shops. Overall, we had a wonderful stay!

If you have a SUV or full sized vehicle the parking areas under the hotel most likely will not be suitable
