Nice, clean room with a small kitchenette (small refrigerator, microwave, sink, tableware). Not an overly large room but to have the kitchenette and small desk was perfect.

Limited parking but next to a mall with free parking.

It is a relatively small hotel with very clean rooms, the room was not spacious but good enough, the bed is comfortable and the room is equipped with kettle for hot water, fridge, AC, microwave, sink, utensils in case u wanna have a light snack on your own. The hotel is located near a tram station (2 minutes walk) and right next to a shopping mall. The staff members were helpful and they acted promptly on routine needs/requests. Their policy is cleaning the room once every three days, otherwise the house keeping lady pass by daily to check the trash bin and change the towels if need be. Overall, it was a very pleasant and peaceful stay and I do recommend staying at Lemon Plaza Hotel.

Cleaning the room might be better if done at least every other day. Honestly, It was not a problem for me but some people may not like it.

We stayed for 7 nights in total. Wonderful stay, quiet room. It was my second stay with Lemon Plaza and I will be back next time I'm in Poznan. Great location - close to shops and public transport links. Friendly and efficient staff - we have arrived later than expected due to the delays at the airport and there was a smiling welcoming person waiting for us at the reception. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean. Kitchenette was very useful. The bed was really comfy and I slept very well thanks to the window blinds that stopped daylight from waking me up too early. We loved the terrace although it was still too cold to sit outside with a cuppa. We haven't tried the restaurant on the ground floor yet but my family who have eaten there with their friends spoke very highly of the food and the children friendly corner.

Hotel location was very good. Having a little kitchenette was also very convenient. Rooms small but clean. Lady at the reception desk very friendly and welcoming.

pillows were definitely a downside and not comfy at all. Also, the lack of possibility to book overground parking in advance is a bit annoying. overground parking spaces are very limited so guests with cars over 2.1m or vans might struggle to find the space to park theirs cars on arrival.

Clean, simple, modern, cheap, close to the public transportation. Rooms equipped with a small kitchen, I liked that.

They have a passwordless free internet that warns my computer about the insecurity of the network. Why don't you give a password for the guests and have a secure network? It's easy.

I choose the hotel for its location. And the price-quality was good. The (optional) breakfast was tasty and rooms are comfy. It's great that there is a sink and utilities in the room, meaning one does not have to clean cups in the bathroom, etc. Staff was very friendly.

Was calling several times before arrival—there were no reply, even though it states 24hours desk. The garage/parking area entrance is a nightmare—to narrow. The noise insulation on the ground floor is just “0” —it seems that people talking and walking in your room...

The breakfast was ok, but apart from eggs there should be other options.

The cleaning ladies don't probably know what they are supposed to do. that's the only BIG minus. The room, reception people, location was perfect.

Relatively new hotel, quite stylish and comfortable. Breakfast is prepared personally when you come to the restaurant.

TV is turned on every time a card is inserted, this is not critical of course but at night can be scary.

The hotel has great location with easy access to the highway and the city centre. I was travelling with my medical assistance dog and we have felt very welcomed. The accessible room is well located and has good amenities.
