Hotel is very central, close to the train station. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Hotel has also parking space and every room is accessible via elevator. All in all, it is a very good option if you stay overnight and continue the journey.

Service could be a bit better. When asking about the train connection to the airport the answer was, there is a train, we don’t know when the train leaves and where the train leave because the connection is very new. Expected answer would have been, yes there is a connection to the airport and we are happy to look this up in the internet and give you the information later. Also the restaurant serve lunch from 13:00 hrs on – not earlier. That’s a bit strange

Staff were amazing! Very personal and accommodating, especially with our puppy. They gave us food/water bowls, a dog bed, and a few treats and didn't make any issue when she had a little accident by the door as we were leaving for a walk. There is a big park nearby as well where I took my pupper for walks. They also prepared a personalized breakfast bag to go after I was a bit hesitant (given my usual experience that take-away breakfasts at hotels aren't great) and it was actually was enough for lunch as well. This was really great as I had a long trip ahead of my driving from Rzeszow to Kyiv.

The road in front of the hotel is broken up, so coming from the train station you have to walk around the block. This normally only take a couple of minutes and is not a problem at all, but for us it was a bit stressful with the luggage and the puppy. Generally speaking the location is excellent, right next to the train station.

The room was well sized for two people. As a short place to stay and go out on the town, it was in a great position. We walked everywhere and did not need to call a cab or drive anywhere. The staff were kind and very accommodating. I never felt like I was a bother for any questions.

The bed sheets could have been bigger. They were comfortable, but I occasionally would slip out during my sleep. A minor gripe. Did not impact my stay at all. I’m sure I could have asked the staff for an extra blanket, but I would have felt bad doing so.

The design of the hotel was soo nice. I appreciated the coffee machine and tea in the room. Staff were super kind and helpful. Location also amazing, and it will get better when they finish renovating the streets between the train station and the hotel

The only thing I was disappointed with was the breakfast - i asked for a to-go bag, due to my early train. It was rather disappointing - a sandwich, and a salad without any dressing. No warm drink, and it cost 60 PLN, so i thought I should have waited to just have breakfast on the train, but maybe the regular buffet breakfast is better :)

This is the second time we stayed at this hotel and it has a convenient location, helpful members of staff and great facilities. The room was clean, warm and pleasant. The buffet breakfast was a good value for money and the coffee was great. I'd like to say thank you to the exceptionally helpful receptionists, who assisted us with booking a taxi to the airport. We will definitely come back.

The front desk officer was so friendly. I arrived around 1am and got checked in swiftly. The room was modern and clean, with all amenities needed. The most I liked was the furniture, bedding, and the bathroom.

Unavailability of luggage storage space, hence I had to carry my two suitcases and hand luggage for a long walk to my room. The walk to my hotel room on the 3rd floor could be a bit different than usual, but it didn't spoil my overall experience.

Excellent location near the railway station and a ten minute walk to the town square. Modern, clean, friendly and accommodating staff. Our room was spacious with all the facilities and amenities at a very good standard. Considerable variety on offer for the continental breakfast. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Very pleasant/kind staff at the reception, really polite young staff. The location of the hotel is very good, near to the centre of Rzeszów. Despite the fact it´s next to the train station, there´s absolutely calm environment and sleeping were fine. Breakfast was also very good and tasty.

The cleanness was completely super. But - please be so kind as to take care more of the bathrooms. Finally replace old, limescale-clogged strainers on sinks.

excellent location right next to the main train station rzesow glowny. best option for travelers that require a short layover. best value for location and comfort. some rooms are better designed and comfier than the others. stayed twice thus can compare. strong wifi. great water pressure in the shower. kettle and nespresso machine with capsules in the room.

no bar soap, only liquid. sink not well designed - splashes water.

Hotel was very clean and comfortable and staff was very friendly and assisted with our issues with the language barrier we do not speak Polish!!!

I did not like that is was a long walk to the town center the website gave the impression that is was in the center of town. Although obviously walkable it got old walking to town at least twice daily for three days.
