The hotel is spacious with beautiful design. The stuff is very polite and helpful. Nothing is a problem. Families are very welcome with facilities for children and little playroom in the corner of the restaurant. Lots of space to chill out. Lovely breakfast and tasty dinners. Rooms are big. Comfortable bed. Great shower in the bathroom. We had a great stay. It felt like home.

The hotel main door is not from the square. After dark it’s not a very pleasant walk to access the hotel. The rooms are big and comfortable but the glass walls in the bathroom doesn’t allow to close the curtains from the inside of the bathroom especially curtains above the bathroom door which doesn’t give you much privacy.

Once again, a perfect stay in a comfortable, regional culture themed hotel that exceeds itself with Polish hospitality. I had left the " do not disturb sign " on my door by mistake and realized that I needed towels to be replaced ( this was evening. I called reception and asked for a couple of clean towels, which I offered to pick up at the desk. Immediately, a young man came with extra mineral water and a very friendly cleaning gal who offered to do a quick tidy up of the room.

we definitely booked rooms that included breakfast on booking.com however hotel had no record of breakfast being included so had to pay each day a a n additional cost we didn’t factor in. only eat in hotel on first morning as didn’t cater for vegetarians much, refusing to cook even hash browns even though half an hour left in breakfast service. no veggie sausage’s again for a 5 star hotel poor. so didn’t eat again at hotel, we booked 2 top suite’s one had a balcony one didn’t. disappointing. one tv worked but just had bbc world news in English the other room couldn’t even get the tv to work.

Superb breakfast - I can't remember if I ever had that good one. We were a bit shocked and not really comfy with glass walls for bathrooms. Rooms are perfectly quiet (except air conditiong which is quite loud). Location is excellent. Staff is super professional and friendly.

On paper all is perfect, but some small issues like towels for one person where 2 people are checked in are making score a bit lower. Still 5* do and it's well deserved! Really good prices for luxury. Worth it.

The room was very nice. It had 1 window but it opened up into a balcony right above the town square. I enjoyed having dinner there. The breakfast was one of the best i had on my entire trip, I regret sleeping in. The location was great, seemed to be right in the center but still had some decent privacy. The staff kept the room clean and I appreciated it very much.

Some issues that came up would be the WIFI service was poor. Also, there was no shower, only bathtub. Sometimes if guests next door got loud you could hear their footsteps or slamming of doors, but no conversation.

Nice size room. Upon first entrance, shower was backing up from drain and toilet seat was. broken. Informed the front desk and it was fixed within the hour. Very quick. Great location and restaurant. attached

Hotel is a bit dated but. still a good option for the area

The hotel was very well presented with lots of creative nooks and areas which display a vast array of artwork and the deco was outstanding.The whole atmosphere within the hotel was amazing varying from quiet places to a fantastic bar offering great food and live music. Staff were very helpful and polite though out our stay. Breakfast was excellent and great to see your food prepared freshly in the open kitchen.

Great location! The food was surprisingly delicious. Great flavor combinations; simple/healthy preparations. The staff was friendly. Everyone seemed to go out of their way to ensure our comfort. Comfortable bed. Quirky place--yet quite cozy.

The curtains on the outside of the glass bathroom walls are a bit awkward and inconvenient.

Clean and comfortable, good style and excellent location. Staff are friendly and efficient. This hotel has everything you need and at very good price. Great location on the central square, two restaurants, great food, good service, gym, everything you could need. Can't say enough good things about this place.
