I recently stayed and had an exceptional experience. The location is perfect, situated close to key attractions. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable; every corner was spotless, which made our stay extremely comfortable. The interior design of the hotel is modern and stylish, creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. The breakfasts were delicious, offering a wide variety of fresh and tasty options that catered to different dietary preferences.

I have ordered a room late into the afternoon due to a last minute change and a comfortable room was ready and available. The room is nice with a very comfortable bed and also a sofa, which is very cool. Rooms had been renovated recently, so the room is very fresh. The desk is comfortable for working and all rooms are very well isolated from noise. Bathroom is large and very comfortable : large, big shower, new towels, good products. Breakfast was abundant and served in the restaurant downstairs which is big and has a lot of light. The position is fantastic : few meters from the main square of Rszeszow, very useful for any dinner or walk.

The window from the room doesn't open. Not all products from breakfast appeared fresh (coffee is done with a multi-product machine for example).

Extremely comfortable, spacious rooms, well laid out, huge desk with comfortable crmchair, another comfortable armchair, comfortable sofa, huge bathroom, huge mirror, lamps and bedside tables where needed, lots of plugs exactly where needed - a lot of thought went into the room. The breakfast was very good and the breakfast room was very comfortable and well laid-out. The restaurant was also good.

Only quibbles: beds a bit too hard, and each bedside light turned off all the lights in the room, including the other bedside light: all the lights had to be either on or off. And we could have done without the music at breakfast. Otherwise everything was perfect.

The room was clean, modern and well furnished. I liked having a sofa in the room. The bathroom was warm and there was a hairdryer. Location is great, next to the main square. There's a supermarket in the same building which is good.

I always would like more tea bags! But I'm sure I could have asked for more. There was no way I could see to make the room temperature different - there's air conditioning but in winter I was looking to increase the temperature a tiny bit. Not really a problem and I didn't ask reception about it as it wasn't important.

The location is excellent. The facilities in the room were great. The breakfast was rich with variety of options which I have not seen before in the hotels.

The staff was a bit short in explanations and didn’t seem to be interested in me as a customer. I asked if I could check out 1 hr later (at 13:00-13:15) and they told me that it would cost me 200 PLN, as they need to reserve the room for extra night. When I read the booklet with rules of the hotel in my room, it was mentioned that a later checkout (until 16:00) would cost me 160 PLN. I don’t know if the person at the reception did not know the hotel policies or they just wanted to sell me a more expensive option.

The room is very clean, my recommendation to everyone.

Thermostat in our room was stuck on 21. It said that room temperature was 23 in the room but it was much colder. Outside temperatures were only 3-6 degrees. We reported the problem to reception three times. They said they will change the temperature remotely but nothing changed for five days. In other rooms temperature was very pleasant, our friends enjoyed.

I use this hotel during my work travels to-from Ukraine to my home country (Turkey). The hotel is the very heart of the city. The facility offers you spacious rooms modern and clean bathrooms and comfy beds. Staff is friendly in general. You can check in and our smooth and quick. Breakfast is not exceptional but satisfactory enough. The hotel has a parking lot for those traveling with cars. Right next to the main square of Rzeszow and many restaurants cafes shops . Definitely a very good and recommended option in Rzeszow.

The room was huge, very comfortable, with a sofa, nicely designed armchair, big desk, night tables and lights in all the right places, and lots of plugs, also in all the right places - which is quite rare. Lovely big bathroom. Excellent breakfast and lovely, calm, comfortable breakfast room. The restaurant/bar was good too. 3 minutes' walk from the market square.

Turning off one of the bedside lights turns off ALL the lights in the room. But this wasn't a big problem.

Location near the main city square. Nice seating area. Spacious room, huge bathroom and shower. Delicious bread during the breakfast.

It was impossible to completely darken the room. I didn't entirely like the bed (to firm) and pillows (to soft). There were delivery area on the street outside the room and therefore there was some noise in the evening and morning. Limited selection of pastries during the breakfast and average pancakes.

I arrived just before midnight at hotel Metropolitan and a long day of planes, trains and automobiles and was totally surprised by this hotel. It has a fantastic mid century interiors scheme and was the best place l stayed during my work trip to Poland. the only problem was that i was only there for one night and wanted to stay longer!!!

The breakfast really lets the hotel down.
