Very nice hotel, in the city center, close to supermarkets, restaurants, pedestrian area, very friendly staff, free water/coffee/water in the room, everything was great!

I would have preferred sun blocking curtains. Still a great hotel overall :)

Unpleasant situation with the so-called restaurant at the hotel there it seems that the Ukrainian diaspora has established uncontrollably its own rules When trying to eat at 11 am despite the fact that the restaurant was open and the music was bursting, I was told that the restaurant is not working yet and will open in an hour but at the same time at the table sat and ate with alcohol a well-dressed man who with a smile saw me through his eyes the hotel itself and its rules it almost always has a bunch of alcoholics from the street and not living in the hotel that makes an unpleasant impression.

But when I turned to the reception, they quickly changed my number to the right one

There is a police station nearby. And all day, evening, night, cars leave with signals. Unfortunately, the windows do not absorb noise from the street.

In the morning at 5:30 am the room (92) was extremely bright and I couldn't sleep. The blinds did not block sunlight at all and there were no curtains. Not everyone wants to wake up at 5:30 am while on vacation. The first hotel in a year I've stayed at that didn't have dark curtains or blinds.

The Hotel located in prime spot, Easy to access public transport from that location, Some of the staffs speak english little which is really good. Overall my experience with Forum is good. The Restuarant in the Hotel seems so elegant and beautiful, The only thing that concerns me a lot is the menu little more of option would be better. But Fine for me.

Tea seemed to be of high quality but I found hot water only from coffee machine. Having the kettle would make tea tasting better. That’s not an issue at all, everything was great.

The room was fantastic—spacious and cozy. The bed was just the right size, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. What made it even better was the room's warmth. And let's not forget the bathroom, which was generously sized. All in all, a great stay! Very good breakfast

Large, clean rooms. Quiet and comfortable. Small parking near the hotel. Located in the city center. An hour and a half to the Ukraine-Poland border. 24-hour reception, which allowed us to book a room in the evening and stay at night.

everything is fine, no complaints

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel and I am very pleased with it. Although I chose a more budget option, believe me, I was very pleased with it: warm, clean, comfortable and the staff was the best. Ukrainians receive a warm welcome. I recommend it to everyone)

staff , very helpful , even with language difficulty

beds rather uncomfortable, hard and mattress covers slippy, also top quilt too small. bar closes 9pm but very close to centre so no problem really
