It is not the first time I book this hotel. Always good quality, tasty breakfast, good choice, nice restaurant, it`s a pleasure to spend a time in the evening. Very helpful stuff. Nice chairs with flags🇺🇦 Good room, this time the view was not so great as previous time but it is ok.

A bit expensive

Very comfy spacious room, delicious food served in the restaurant,very generous portions. Staff welcoming and solving any issue you may have. I love the location and hotel it's self and I always stay at the Hotel Rzeszów. Thank you

I didn't like the noise at the night club till 3am. But saying that I understand it was Friday night,so people enjoy themselves. In the room TV set is not the best quality, (the signal),like almost buffering kind of thing. And looks untidy with all the cables hanging down,maybe bigger TV will sort it out,and will look better filling that huge space on the wall. On the website is saying, parking complimentary,but now (since many changes happened in the world in the past couple of years) need to be paid.

The hotel reception on the second floor, which can be accessed by the lift. I had two massive baggages but had a help from a taxi driver. The check-in was smooth and easy. The hotel room was assigned on some 6 or 8 floor but with fantastic views of the city. It was snowing that day and the entire scenery was fabulous. It had some ferrero rocher complimentary chocolates and water; the room was clean and comfortable. It was very pleasant and worth staying. The restaurant had a good breakfast in the morning and the views from there were also wonderful. I really enjoyed my stay there. 10 out of 10.

I arrived around 10.30pm and by that time all the take-aways and restaurants were closed in the vicinity. The hotel had its own restaurant, but I didn't like the menu. It was snowing that day and perhaps I should have walked further to the other side of the street and have something in the old town, which is about 10 minute walk. Anyway, I cannot fault the hotel and was very pleased with its service, rooms, food and location. The price was also similar to other hotels which made it very competitive or even bargain!

Breakfast was superb and even included bubbly for Valentine's Day. The hotel was decorated for the romantics! We visited the underground tunnels in Rzeszow which were very educational and high tech! We took the 40 minutes train ride to Kolbuszowa and then a taxi to visit the Ethnographic Park that we thoroughly enjoyed.

There were two minor faults in our room. A table lamp didn't work and the shower soap dispenser was broken, unsurprising considering its fragility. It was disappointing that the TV had no English news channel.

The room was huge! The facilities in it - from bottled water waiting on a very hot day to a well stocked bathroom - were all top class. The staff were professional, knowledgeable and helpful, but, beyond that, they were also friendly and always ready to share a joke. The hotel is about 10 minutes walk from the main railway station and also within easy walking distance of the central features of Rzeszów.

The unusual location of a full wall mirror directly opposite the toilet doesn't exactly afford the 'best view in town'!! :)

nice big room, comfortable bed and plenty space for child to play. great service from the gentleman who checked me out from the very morning - very helpful and professional!

only small thing to improve is water pressure in the bathroom sink, shower head should be replaced didn’t feel comfortable, water is going in all directions instead directly on you + hard to set right temperature or too hot or too cold.

Very nice room in a central location, close to the train station and city center. The breakfast, as well as the restaurant menu, are delicious and everyone should find something.

The hotel is located next to the very busy crossroad and you can hear it well in the room. We had some issues with double charging but all was sorted out the next day.

Situated centrally in the city, nice rooms and easy to access. Attached is a well-stocked shopping centre. Excellent breakfast buffet also there is an Italian restaurant in the hotel. If you feel like having fast food you can access the shopping mall directly from the hotel.

Unfortunately, a busy main street is in front of the hotel and you can hear the traffic from the main street, even if you have the window closed.

The restaurant staff were very attentive

My double bed had 2 single duvets, so inevitably the duvet came off part of my body during the night - which continually woke me up. Would've preferred a full size duvet covering the bed. Lovely hotel other than thst.

Decent quality hotel. The room was spacious, clean and had a fridge/minibar. All toiletries (+slippers) included in the bathroom. Central location close to the railway station and a short drive from the airport. There is a shopping centre onsite so I could buy presents for friends and family after the check-out.
