Staff was very helpful and polite. Location was amazing, right in the old city center. Room was comfortable.

Stairs. With big suitcase it is very hard to go up and down 3-d floor. I was helped by staff but it might not have been a case if i was not lucky and I had injured knee, so it would have been difficult.

We were absolutely blown away by the vegan breakfast. It defied all expectations! Instead of the usual barebone basics at other places, we were treated to a full plate each consisting of vegan cheese, vegan cold cuts, plus vegan pudding, etc. Absolutely stellar and very welcome! This is indeed the high standard for 2022. Every staff member was very friendly and flexible.

The hotel is in a great location - the room was immaculately clean - the receptionists very helpful and assisted me with local information and loan of a phone charger - very much appreciated - Breakfast - local cold meats cheese fish Fresh fruit and bread - very tasty and satisfying. Complementary mineral water in the room -- in all a great little hotel just off the square - I would certainly recommend this hotel and would book again without hesitation

Great hotel very cozy and comfy. The room was small but very nice and comfortable. The location is superb you walk out the door straight into the market square. The free parking is also a great bonus.

The only downside is that there is no elevator so it is a bit tricky to climb all the stairs with your luggage especially if you have leg issues.

Location was very good: just at the centre square and in 10 mins walk from the railway station. Staff was helpful and friendly. Room was clean. Breakfast was also good: you can also sit on the terrace when having breakfast.

The Hotel does not have a lift: for me it was not an issue however. Cannot find anything else to complain.

Very good location, just across the old town square; fantastic receptionist, always helpful and all smiles. The room was good size, nice bed and a pleasant bathroom with a massive sink. The checkout times were also better by 1 extra hour than the other hotels. Overall it was a good hotel and definitely was worth the price paid.

Not very accessible for those with mobility issues - as it's an older building. The breakfast was rather modest buffet style and was not always refilled, so if you came later, you risked not having any choice of items

The staff couldn't be friendlier. The room was kept in pristine condition as well.

Nothing really - the only suggestion I would make is to add more channels on the TV and possibly install mirrors over the desk in the rooms.

Cleanliness, great facilities, good standard of the hotel and very nice atmosphere of interiors with visible references to St Hubertus and hunting traditions. Staff was very friendly. The hotel is situated in a heart of old town in well maintained historical tenement near main square and has own free of charge secured parking what is great benefit of the property.

I think a taste of a coffee can be slightly improved :) Nothing major in mind, I really enjoyed my stay.
