The location is great. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel has a nice vibe and decent breakfast. Free Chopin concerts held within of am evening.

I was on the ground floor and the window opened onto the carpark..this was quite noisy especially when the bin lorry parked outside on collection beeping at 6am.. but that's not the hotels fault! Also the bedside light didn't work.

The room was clean and pretty. I think it is the most important thing. The room and bathroom were spacious. The employees in the cafe were welcoming and I really liked them. The building is old and has character, I really liked that. Especially a tiny elevator was charming (please note that the hotel is not accessible). I hope more people would find this hotel!

Unfortunately the reception is not reliable. I had beforehand informed the reception that I need someone to be at the reception at very early hours as I needed a taxi. They promised that there would be someone to help. They failed me twice. I had to ask help from the cafe. The employees in the cafe were really nice, but if you have early appointments like I had, don't rely on the reception.

Single room was at the back. Small and the usual broom closet that is given to a single traveller. The balcony overlooked the restaurant courtyard so not exactly quiet. Happily they moved me to a larger room at the front on 3rd floor that was as requested light bright and airy.

See above. I am so fed up that single travellers get the runt of the rooms.

1. Close enough to city center/ old town.( Full of various restaurants and pubs). Reachable in more or less 20 minutes by walking from main train station ( also bus station). 2. Very welcoming and nice staff. Great people that were a significant part of our wonderful experience. 3. The apartment at last floor was lovely, with a lot of character. Very large, with nice view and a piano. Easy to get using an elevator. Comfy beds, comfy pillows. I appreciated the fact that where 1.5 bathrooms. Spotless clean. 4. Great options, organic breakfast. 5. Piano and opera concerts in the venue

The location is perfect! The breakfast fantastic, the staff in the kitchen excellent; friendly and attentive. The style of the place is very good but the final touches are missing; like no plans or flowers in the room.

Lack of plans flowers in the room, some receptionist were not exactly vey helpful and while I loved the old style furniture and the wooden floors the cleaning was not exactly tip top level. The really bad thing was I hat we had paid for the Chopin concert but it had happened to be a nightmare as the very loud pop music with a very high/ loud base beats which was coming from the basement completely over run the poor pianist!!

Not the first time there, and as usually the hotel was perfect. Including breakfast, rooms and atmosphere.

everything's great

Lovely atmosphere! Antique vibe. Spacious room. Tall ceilings, old furniture, the whole building is really an experience. The bed was very big, white crisp clean sheets, very clean in general. Nice breakfast, organic, homemade stuff, we loved the whole idea of this place - something very diffefent. Next to a hotel is a lovely Georgian food place - we snacked on tasty Chachapuries there upon check in. Close to the famous Palm - easy to reach old town walking. Close to many museums.

Not all sockets in the room worked, but considering the age of the building that was acceptable. There still were 4 that did work, so was not a problem!

Breakfast was wonderful! Honey from thier hives, pickles, cheeses, lovely bread, homemade preserves, and hot breakfast all as a buffet. Great coffee. Restaurant space is elegant and relaxed, and the restaurant staff are courteous and give genuine smiles. I stayed in 2 rooms and both beds were exceptionally comfortable. The building is old, once grand, and has a lift with folding doors! A hint of old Poland. I'd much rather this than a sleek, non-descript newer hotel. I had an issue at check in which was resolved with a very pleasing outcome. They really want their guests to be comfortable. They are proper hosts.

We actually struggled to find something to fault in the Chopin Boutique! Its emphasis on sustainability and how they strive for it is truly remarkable: because the feeling of luxury, comfort, and breathability is never compromised. We really enjoyed their breakfasts, their genuine hospitality, and the charm of the building (spacious rooms, odourless bathrooms, and a very safe elevator from the past!). You must make sure to try their honey, have a drink on their rooftop terrace, and attend their daily evening concerts! Its location is perfect: central, with a useful tram stop less than three minutes away, but still calm and noiseless at night. An excellent restaurant, Lwowska, is about three minutes' walk away.

We didn't stay long enough - but that's on us!

Room massive. Spotless, cleaning staff excellent, location is superb, restaurants,museums,less than 80 yards, central for ecerything.

Need better cereals also change their fruit juice regularly peach every morning is boring,also need too chill the water,but everything else meats cheeses,hot food also fresh things always getting put out fresh,great choice,staff in restaurant are lovely friendly helpful,owner should be proud of him,and also the owner comes and talks to you,you can have your breakfast outside also.
