Excellent location, just 10 min walk from center. Very friendly and helpful staff. Reception lady speaking Ukrainian! The best breakfast we’ve ever had. Excellent choice of wines in restaurant. Late check-out and luggage storage locker. Cleaning lady was patient, as we were slightly late to vacate the room.

All was perfect this time. On previous visits - finding way to car park was somehow a quiz. Entering with large car is a bit challenging due to sharp steep turn in access tunnel.

Very clean and good location. The room is spacious with everything you might need. In the closet, we found a sewing kit and a shoe brush (Shoe polisher also available in the hallway). Curtains are thick and placed in a way that allows to block all sunlight. Safe in the room has enough space for everything, same goes for the fridge. Decent selection of teas (only instant coffee available) and a working kettle. Bed is very comfortable and warm. Staff listened to the notes left in the room and seemed to be polite. Rooms seem to be soundproof. With kids next to our room, we did not hear anything coming out. Shower amenities are plentiful, lots of shampoo and bodywash that smells good, lots of towels. The first floor also contains kids' corners and seems to be full of fun games for the kids to enjoy. The elevator is fast and gets you to your floor in seconds! Overall, i would say it was a pleasant experience. P.S. things that we didn't get to try but are available: - Breakfast delivered to your room (You have 2 broschures with choices you leave out on the door handle with time of when to bring the food) The ironing board is located on the floors but also can be brought into your room on request.

Alot of small issues, but nothing major. Joke prices on laundry. TV is not smart and was not connected to the television channels, so it was completely useless. Light switches in the room do not make any sense, but they work :D The shower switch turns off from time to time (switch from ceiling rain showerhead and manual showerhead) Trashcan is pretty small, and it fills up rather quickly. View in our room was pretty bad, looking out into the parking lot with neighboring buildings blocking everything.

The breakfast buffet was excellent - a very wide choice of food and drinks. The bedrooms were well soundproofed. I liked the option of skipping the daily cleaning of the rooms. The staff in the restaurant at breakfast time were very helpful and cheerful, especially Marina and Grzegorz.

Some of the female reception staff could have been more welcoming and cheerful. A smile makes a big difference ! It would be nice to have a clock in the spa changing room/steamroom. Also: more keys in the lockers in that room.

After reading endless reviews for many hotels I'm so glad I chose mercure grand! My staying there was just perfect (stayed for 2 weeks). It's 5min walk from the center but still in a very quiet location. The staff is really nice and the rooms are big and comfortable. There are so many places around like cocktail bars good restaurants and public transportation. I wil definitely come again.

The laundry service was very expensive and the only place to do it besides the hotel is in the zloty mall (10-15 min walk)

We had an bad airbnb incident in Gdansk and had no choice but to grab a train to Warsaw. The people at the hotel were so kind to give the quietest room after they learned we had just been through a tough time in Gdansk. The next day they took all our bags until we could get into our new apartment. Very comfy bed. The location is great, but I've stayed in this neighborhood before.

The bathrrom set up is a little weird. The glass windows around the shower was a little too weird for tired travelers. The door to the bathroom didn't close well.

The hotel exceeded all of our expectations in terms of value for money, the facilities, breakfast, staff, bar, and the overall vibe of the place. We were welcomed on arrival, with a fast and efficient check in process. The staff were always on hand to answer any questions or to fulfil any requests. They were all very friendly and helpful. This was also the case for the bar and restaurant staff. The breakfast at the hotel was amazing, with plenty of options for the vegans and coeliacs in my group. We all left happy and satisfied. Specifically, I'd like to mention Ania who checked us in and was on hand to help throughout our stay. She was super helpful, friendly and kind, and is a credit to the hotel.

The location of the hotel is very convenient. There are many restaurants in the vicinity with delicious food, and also a fifteen-minute walk from the central station. And half an hour's walk from the old city. A large, clean, quiet hotel, they upgraded our room. So we got a big comfortable room. comfortable bed. The shower has two types of showers, one overhead and the other removable - both are excellent and give a relaxing experience.

Not much. If I am really petty, then there is no place to hang a towel to dry (but they replace it). And also controlling the lights was a bit cumbersome in the room we got.

The room was very nice, very neat. It looked really clean as well. We had a room on the 5th floor on the right side of the building, and that one was very quiet. The only thing we could hear were sirens from police cars driving around. The location of the hotel was what exceeded my expectations, because we were close to everything that we wanted to see and eat.

Nothing about the room or the property itself. Only thing I can remark is that upon booking my room I inquired about parking, to which an employee gave me information that was different to what was applicable for the time of my stay. It turned out better than what was indicated before, but it almost affected our decision to get to the hotel.

Good location, near all public transportation. The breakfast was excellent, the robot in dining room was cute. The staff at the reception were super nice and helpful when arranging the room between business and personal. The room and hotel in general was very clean.

The only minus at the breakfast serving is that there was no oat milk available. The staff were poor in English at the breakfast. I had only one small pillow in the room, and when asking for an additional, the guy at the reception was almost angry "Why do you want another pillow?" Well, because I want two...

Great location, super accesible. Breakfast was tasty and a good variety of different food. Size of the room was excellent for us as a family of 4, all clean and working properly. It has a small room for kids with toys, books and some other things for them which is a "life saver" for parents ;) Food in the restaurant is good and service in general is good. Overall price vs benefit is fully accomplished, great pleace to stay for leisure or business. They have several shoe cleaners in every floor (very useful if you are in a business trip) and an iron room in third floor (not sure if every floor has one). I was using the common area to connect for work and has very good internet speed, several connections and several very comfortable places to sit and focus.

A lady in front desk during day one was not friendly at all. The lady was very grumpy and not kind during check-in. Later I asked where the restaurany was and as well, she was not gentle at all. Prices in the restaurant could be adjusted a bit and portions for kids menu are quite big for them, almost same size as an adult portion. This could be adjusted to avoid food waste. The complementary beds which were for the kids are not comfortable and quite noisy. From my perspective, separate light switch would be a good to have since there are only 2 options where you can turn on/off all the lights in the room and there's no single light for the sink or shower area for example.
