H15 Boutique Hotel

This is defo a hidden gem and I cannot believe I discovered it so late, after staying in all the other 5* hotels in Warsaw. Loooove the rooms! Every one. Standard room is so very spacious and great value for money. In each you have a comfortable bed, great bathroom, and all the amenities needed. Superb location of the hotel, close to all of the main points in town. And staff was just exceptional! Will definitely come back here.

A very spacious light and bright room with big windows. A big comfortable bed with a small living room and a kitchenette. The staff is really really nice, although a little bit timid and reserved. It's a dog friendly hotel, where the dog gets it's own king-size dog bed.

We didn't get much information about the facilities nor the wifi code.

The location was a long walk to old town (30-45 min). The hotel is centrally located to everything else though like food halls, parks, the main Train Station et al. I quickly figured out (Google directions on google map) how to use the Tram system which is several blocks from the hotel. With Trams, Warsaw was a breeze. Although many people find Warsaw very walkable, the Tram system runs everywhere for those who don't. Of course taxis are easily available as well.

The hotel is in a good location, boutique style, very comfortable rooms. We will definitely crash again if......

You will arrange the breakfast menu, in which it is written that eggs benedict with a brioche bun, not with a baguette. If it's an English breakfast, learn how to serve it. I'm not talking about the restaurant in the evening, it's worthless, the bar can't even make a cocktail according to the recipe, they put a grapefruit strip instead of passion fruit. This is a mockery of the client. The entire staff of the restaurant needs to be completely changed, because they seem to be overworked. All other staff are very nice and helpful

Some staffs behavior were not professional for a five star hotel e.g., - chatting in front of the entrance door inside, blocking the access for the guests., no greeting, - a young cleaning lady rushing into the lift before I got off, without saying anything even after bumping - a male receptionist didn’t take my request to book the Signature restaurant No tea/coffee service available during the day at the salon

I regularly stay in this hotel as it is in the centre of Warsaw but located on a quiet street offering piece required after a busy day. The rooms are spacious, well equipped, and bathrooms generous in size and quality toiletries although I prefer individual little containers of shampoo,body lotion and small soap as was in the past to big bottles mounted above the washbasin and in the shower area as I found at present. Somehow it lowers the tone. The restaurant offers modern, sophisticated menu suitable for all. The staff is obliging and happy to help.

Hotel's location is really nice - just in the city center, but on some quite street with lots of nice places to eat and have a drink. The building itself is really beautiful, I just loved the lobby designed more like orangery with lots of light and space. Rooms are of a good size and bed is so convenient!

Wi-Fi signal strength was very poor and there were some cracks in the ceiling and heating panels which you don't really expect to see in the room of this price. They promise you bathtub during the booking, but I've got just a shower and that was a disappointment.

It’s been a great pleasure to stay at this unique boutique hotel. The hotel was beautiful and comfortable and also felt very private and quiet. Breakfast times were long, so we didn’t need to worry about rushing to make it. The staff was all consistently amiable, helpful & welcoming. We would especially like to mention Mrs. Magdalena Kilar (Guest Relations Manager), who was exceptionally hospitable. She showed great sensitivity towards our need for gluten-free foods, gave us the feeling of being special guests, and made us feel at home, we are full of appreciation and gratitude.

For those who need special meals (such as gluten-free), we recommend notifying the hotel staff before arrival. Besides that, everything was wonderful.

The rooms are impeccable. Very comfy bed and overall a very nice hotel to stay in. Staff are super friendly and helpful. The restaurant has amazing food.

The Tvs dont work on most channels. The signal kept dropping, and there is no option to choose English subtitles at all. The photos on the website shows an outside space, where you can relax. Apparently, this area is still under renovation, so we felt disappointed that we couldn't use the facilities advertised.

This is definitely the best hotel in Warsaw if you compare price to quality. This level of luxury is also available in other hotels but for a much higher price. We stayed in Penthouse and I am not surprised it is almost never available. There is nothing like it in Warsaw. The room was huge, spacious and extremely comfortable but the main draw was the amazing tarrase all around the apartment. We loved all the details that were put into providing the highest quality. Breakfast was also wonderful. H15 has the best eggs benedict we have ever had and this tells you a lot about the quality because we always have them while staying at any hotel.

Everything was amazing in our room and we will definitely return. It would be wonderful to have some candles in the terrase in the evening, when the weather is nice. It is not a lot but this would be cherry on the top while relaxing there at night. Also the bathroom in penthouse is more on the modest side but the terrace made the stay extremely luxerious anyway.
