Everyone was kind and polite. Very good breakfast, big variety of food. Amazing facility for kids (we had 3 and 6 year old). I like that there was filtered water next to the lift and special glass bottle in the room to take water to room.

Great service everywhere - reception (great welcome), at the bar (we asked for a corkscrew and got our open wine in an ice bucket with bocals and smile;-) During the breakfast, all staff were very helpful and nice, helped us to make pancakes and waffle. And when I told the receptionist (after she asked if everything is ok?) the water in our sink flows slowly (but it didn't bother us and I just recommend to fix it after) It was fixed right away.

The extractor fan in the bathroom didn't work (probably only in our room), slippers were missing (probably just forgot about them, but didn't want to ask about such a little thing. Plus the very odd design of the bath curtain (with glass is not enough to protect from splashes. And the usual issue for all not new hotels - not enough outlets for charging all gadgets for the whole family;-)

Breakfast was outstanding. We travel quiet often and selection of the dishes was one of the best i have ever seen. Staff were always friendly and helpful and room was clean and the bathroom was equipped with the all necessary items. Location was very good, only short walking distance to the center. We stayed there during the Christmas time and there was very nice atmosphere. We really enjoyed our stay , thank you so much <3

We have no complains at all

The hotel was nice decorated (Christmas decorations). It was pleasant to sit in the lobby, drink something and read. The hotel was no fully booked so there was no problem to find a table for breakfast regardless of when we came. You can drink freshly squeeze carrot juice at breakfast. The location is very good, just 15 minutes on foot to Rynek and just 5 minutes to Skytower.

Pizza at the hotel restaurant was not good.

The property is nicely located in a near vicinity of the historical center (~1,5km). There are shops and business centers in the walking distinct of the hotel. The hotel itself is clean, well-organized, with professional personnel. The restaurant (in the lobby area) is delicious while the lobby itself is one of the coolest ones I have ever seen.

The amount of parking spaces is very limited, plus the parking is shared with IBIS hotel. There is a possibility of street parking (if you manage to find any space in the crowded neighborhood).

You'll get exactly what one expects of the hotel of this size and statue. Beds were comfy, perhaps even a bit too soft for my liking. But we got a very good nichts sleep in them. Parking is available on premises for extra 12-13EUR (60PLN). We didn't take the breakfast. Bar serves very good beer, definitely try that if you're into beer.

I'm not sure I would order the pizza again. It wasn't inedible, but the dough was either undercooked or there was something off about it. Perhaps order something else on the menu.

Excellent three night stay - nothing was too much trouble despite miscommunication regarding numbers in our party due to Booking.com error. Clean, modern and efficient. Short walk or tram ride to the centre of town. Room service and bar were great. Did not book in for breakfast but other guests informed us it was also excellent.

We loved everything! A very smart hotel, wonderfully clean inside, well appointed rooms and a superb breakfast. The staff were very friendly to our young children and the kids simply loved it.

Personally I didn't like the bed mattress ( which left me with a back ache in the morning) but they are personal opinions - my family all slept very well

The food in general was very good! Children menu for dinner that was healthy and not only fries and fried stuff. Breakfast had a lot to choose from and was also very tasty. The room had a bathtub, very good when traveling with two small kids - success guaranteed! The small bed had a children bed covers, very thoughtful of the staff! Our son loved it.

I would appreciate to see a vegetarian/vegan dish on the dinner menu.

I was told that I got a room with city view. Window was very dirty and needed good scrub from the outside. it’s disappointing that the room is promoted by reception staff as Timm with view but all you see is the dirt.
