Ibis hotel turned out to be one of our faves. The hotel was located within a 10-minute walking distance from the centre of the town and if you wanted to get there faster, the tram and bus stop was right outside the hotel. The rooms were very clean and tastefully decorated. There was variety at breakfast but most of all we enjoyed and made the most of the lobby which is an attraction of its own! The reception staff was very polite and helpful! Highly recommended! we will definitely book again!

The only thing that was missing from the room was a small fridge. Given the fact that it was summer, we could use cold water.

They did a great show and were playing english and local songs - we liked that; * There is a luggage room in the hotel and it is pretty big - we used it; * There were bikes for rental that we didn't tried, but looked good; * There is an ATM in front of the hotel; * There was a dedicated water dispenser for filling in your own bottle with filtered water; * The hotel is 25 minutes by walk from the Rynek central square (and 10 minutes by tram). The tram station is 3 minutes from the hotel; * Om the next crossing (direction city center) you can find a big bicycle parking of WRM (the bike rental company) that was pretty convenient.

* The windows of the room were not opening and there was no other alternative to get fresh air into the room;

Staff were lovely - when we arrived with a problem in our booking (my fault) they sorted it straight away. The hotel is everything you expect from a well known chain - clean, functional, standard facilities. Extra touches I liked was the room was bigger than usual so plenty of space for luggage and there was a water fountain on every floor and a jug for your room. The room was quiet and comfy. The location is a little out of the centre (walkable in 20mins from rynek or there are trams but that doesnt take so much less time by the time you walk to and from stops and wait) but it's very close to the railway arches at Arkady which have lots of bars and restaurants in them which is fun and food and drinks are good. Taxi from airport cost 110zl (at 3am) and takes about 25mins bus 106 to airport goes to Remona stop and takes about 45mins in the day (night bus might be available). Use jakodade website to check public transport.

The location isn't central old Town which we knew when we booked but in hindsight I'd rather have been closer but that would have been more expensive. The lively railway arches do make this an attractiveness area though (and you cant hear them or the trains at all!) All in all it was a perfectly good base for a city break and I would stay again unless I wanted to be more central.

Comfortable rooms, fast check in, breakfast good, great WiFi, housekeeping do a great job, reception staff very friendly and helpful, breakfast staff mostly friendly, location slightly further away than most would like but having stayed here before we like the walk in to the centre. Tram stop very close if needed. Airport approx 25-30 mins by taxi.

Shower could have been more powerful but it worked so not the end of the world ! Pillows not great but hard to find a hotel with pillows to suit all tastes lol. There isn't a lot to not like, it's an Ibis, inside a Novotel, it does what it says with the name.

Breakfast was great - loved the variety of fresh fruit. Appreciated water stations on each floor that enabled us to refill water bottles. Room was well laid out and appointed. Foyer had room to play games and relax. We weren't travelling with kids but thought that in the past our kids would have appreciated the area.

Only minor point was a packet of tissues in the room would have been great.

The breakfast is very good. You get extra goodies when you leave. The staff is helpful and the location is great, you can easily walk to the city center. There is a store nearby that closes late, you can get everything you need from there. The area is quiet and you can sleep well. Great value.

The parking is a little pricey. We used the free parking at Kuronia 1 street with no problems. There is a 25 minutes walk to the hotel. Nothing really to complain about.

Breakfast had a good choice of hot/cold options. The location is approx 15 mins slow walk into the old town/main square. I have paid alot more money per night for hotels no where near this good.

Its hard to say I didnt like a particular point…. The review identifies how satisfied I have been. To say I didnt like something is being picky/fussy as the hotel is very nice.

Comfy beds, friendly staff, beautiful design of hotel, 20 mins walk into town. Breakfast was amazing! Food was delicious and varied - everything from fruit to hot food and everything inbetween. Comfortable seating area and places for small children and families to chill out as well as a bar area. They’d thought of everything! So well designed.

The room is of medium size, comfortable and clean. The bed in the room is comfortable. The hotel offers standard breakfast. The car parking is available near the hotel, but it is subject to a fee. The old town is easily accessible from the hotel, either by a 20 min walk or by taking the tram. The tram stop is closed to the hotel. I recommend the hotel.
