Large and comfy room, really nice pool

Everything about the hotel was fantastic. The staff were friendly, the pool and pool area were clean. The spa was great, got a fantastic massage very reasonably priced. Rooms cleaned daily. Small gym on-site good enough for a little holiday workout. Great views from ocean view rooms

The hill up to the hotel when walking back. Nobodys fault or anything. Worth suffering for the hotels quality and price.

We had a large apartment with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and two balconies. The view was amazing and the beds were comfortable. We were walking distance from a market and the downtown area with shops and wonderful restaurants.

One of the reasons I picked this property is they claimed they had a gym. It was a very small room with no air conditioning and very little equipment. The bar/lounge was nice but they didn't have much food.

Staff were very friendly from reception, housekeeping and pool restaurant. The room which we got was a sea view room it was lovely facing towards the beach. Location was brilliant walking distance to the beach and old town. Clean spacious room and bathroom. Pool was good

Wi-Fi was not good in the room, it did work by the pool restaurant, pool or reception. The food in the pool restaurant for lunch and breakfast wasn’t great. The hill to to get to the old town is quite steep but no fault of the hotel

Prefect location, clean spacious room with fab view. Reception staff were friendly, attentive and super-efficient. Would definitely stay at this hotel again. We did not make enough of the excellent facilities because the rest of our family were staying at another hotel in Albufeira but made best use of the pool area on our last day which was great - snack bar was good excellent quality and price, and the area was calm and quiet, just what you need to prepare yourselves for the flight home. Very sad to leave but will be back, and back to this hotel. BIG thumbs up from me and my partner.

There wasn't one thing I could fault - excellent hotel in fab location.

brilliant location nice and quiet away from the centre, about a 5/7 min was for us but up a steep street so wouldn’t advise for anyone with mobility issues. great pool area with a snack bar and background music played, we liked the staff we found them friendly, immaculate cleanliness throughout the hotel it’s a quirky place with lots of different old photos on the wall of old albuferia I liked them and lots of corridors and stairs leading to different parts of the hotel.Rooms have lots of storage, they are quite old fashioned but in keeping with the hotel and very clean, good shower and a bath

Staff were all excellent - especially reception. Homely, rustic hotel with all that is needed. Pool area was very comfortable and relaxing. Room was very good - not top drawer but good size, comfortable and clean - and good sized balcony

The walk up from resort centre ! Not an issue for the mobile (10 min walk) but if you had mobility issues, it could be a problem. But there is a lift to beech. And its often mentioned - no tea/coffee facilities in room.

The property was ideally located and the staff especially the staff at reception were more than helpful and were very friendly and welcoming. The room was perfect for what we needed and included everything we required for our stay

An area of improvement would be the restaurant and pool bar menu which could have been better but at the same time was reasonably priced

Beautiful pool area and staff are so friendly. Would definitely stay here again. Air conditioning broke in our room and staff were so helpful and attentive. We were moved to another room with beautiful sea view.

The room was large, equipped with ample wardrobes, had a great view and balcony, and the air-conditioning was very effective. I had a car, and the parking so close to the hotel was really convenient. The main considerations were price and the fact that my dig was welcome. I have to make special mention of Mr. Alexandre Guerra, who welcomed us, and who became my go-to member of the reception team. His warm personality and friendly professionalism is so appreciated and added a lovely touch to our stay.

Plastic mattress covers, however, that mattered very little overall.
