We upgraded to a pool view room which was fantastic.

Pool music was a little loud in the morning, it would have been good to be able to shut the balcony door from the outside while my partner was sleeping and i was on the balcony. The rooftop pool was fantastic, and loved upgrading to have that balcony to the pool. Otherwise, fantastic, no noise at night. We couldn't check in until 3pm and arrived around 9am, so it was a long wait to get in the room. It would have been nice if we where prioritized to get in our room. Staff where accommodating though and let us leave our bags in a safe place.

I loved how clean it was, the decor and facilities were amazing

I didn’t like the fact I had asked 3 times for early check in to my room due to my sisters wedding that I had to attend. I got told to ask 24hours before and I did got no reply and I asked again on the morning before my flight and got no reply. When I arrived I got told I couldn’t check in but could leave my suitcases in reception (in plain sight of everyone) baring in mind I had expensive wedding gift, bridesmaids dresses and 3 suitcases so no way was I leaving them. I then got told my room wasn’t ready but I could upgrade for £300!!!! Which obviously I had to do being in a rush. Very poor communication

It was super clean and modern

We had booked an XL room and checked in that morning but had to wait till 3pm until our room was ready. However we were put in a small double room which was pool facing we obviously were really not happy with this as we had paid a lot more money for a XL room as you can imagine. They compensated us for €60 of the total in room credit as it was already paid and we had to stay in the double for 2 nights as it was overbooked. I would strongly advise to make sure before you arrive you are getting the room you booked to avoid this as this was a damper on our holiday

The beds are really comfortable, with two options of pillow. The rooms were nice and clean and the rituals toilletries were lovely. The pool bar food and drinks were really good and great value. The staff were very pleasant snd helpful.

Our room (403) had no view at all. It was very, very loud, even with the soundproofing. I was expecting noise but this was on another level. The pool area was worn in places, the glass balcony was broken and taped up.

- The spa swimming pool and Turkish bath (which is included in the price of the room) was great, as we were here in the off season and the outdoor pool was a bit too cold. - Minimalist room design - The shower and toilet separated from the room with glass partitions. At first we were sceptical and viewed this as an inconvenience, but it was ok. It was especially nice to shower in the shower flooded with natural light. - Nice staff - Overall design of the hotel.

- When we arrived the room smelled of cigarettes. The staff couldn’t change the room because only noisy ones were available and we specifically booked a quieter room. We figured out the smell was coming through ventilation so we just kept the window open and it aired out. - The hotel is located and facing the NOISIEST area in Albufeira. Even the quieter rooms with a pool view are subject to this noise. However, the window sound insulation is quite good, so with closed windows and earplugs you don’t hear anything. - Breakfast cost 17 euros and was not worth it (in our opinion) - fried eggs, beans, bacon, sausages, waffles (not the ones you make fresh from batter), some fruit, hams, cheese, buns, some fruit.

I loved how central it was, literally only a few minutes walk to the beach and to restaurants/bars. The pool area with the loungers and the bar was beautiful - staff were so attentive. Breakfast each morning was delicious. We also had a couples massage and used the spa facilities and I would definitely recommend booking in if you have time!

Even though I loved the central location, it meant we were in the middle of everything - late bars and loud music included. We had originally booked “a nightlife room” which meant we were on the street above the loud bars so we upgraded paying an extra few hundred euros to get a room inside the hotel with a pool view but we were just as susceptible to the noise pollution. The hotel did provide ear plugs which do help but the music starts at approx 5pm and continues until 3:30am.

Did not use the pool, so no judgment. Room has all needed. The only comment is that I had a room with steps which though it did not cause any issues for me, not having understood this prior to my arrival, should I have had an issue with stairs and no lift access, that would have been an issue to solve at last minute. Better to have this condition clearer when reserving. Location is great. I have stayed at this hotel the year before at an upper level and it was perfect. the only issue this time is the location of the room should i have had problems with steps which i did not, but it is not a given for people my age and older.

Overall, the hotel is pleasant, staff is utterly friendly and helpful at all levels, reason why i returned this year. More positive than negative points.

The sunbathing terrace/pool area were perfect. Plenty of comfortable padded double sunloungers with fresh towels. Got the direct sun all day and plenty of staff to facilitate the bar and breakfast. We stayed here most of each morning and afternoon and only left to go for dinner and drinks that evening. The breakfast was great with plenty of options and everything was fresh. The lunch was limited options but everything we tried was very nice. The room was minimalistic, clean and the room terrace was perfect for the sun. All staff were very friendly and helpful for the entire stay, thanks again!

The rooms did have a lack of storage. Our stay was only 3 nights but we still had half our clothes in suitcase. The toilet and shower are only partitioned from the bedroom so was not sound proof. The room was not sound proof from the nightlife as promised but we were able to get to sleep no problem.

Couldn't get any closer to the old town if you tried, walk out the front doors and you're there. Could hear a faint drone of the bars music until after 4am but nothing that would keep you awake, plus there is a massive flat screen in rooms with loads of english channels so we just put that on low to drown out any noises. Food was amazing from the pool bar and very reasonably priced, lovely energetic bar staff. We basically cleared the mini fridge that has beer, Fizzy cans, water, pringles etc and was only 11 euro at check out. Didn't go in the pool as it was freezing in October but looked lovely. Will defo come back!

Great adults only hotel. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Hotel located on the busy strip, but the sound at night was well muffled by sound proof room. Stones throw from beach and everything else you could need. Good selection for breakfast. Amazing spa facilities. Lovely amount of sun bed areas around roof top pool and beakfast area/bar.

Although you have use of a robe in the spa, I did have to beg for a towel, so I could shower off in the changing rooms after using the spa facilities. The seal around the shower door in the hotel room wasn't great and would let water out onto the bedroom floor. So floor towel would be soaked before you stepped out. Coffee machine but no kettle for tea. These weren't really major and didn't spoil our stay.
