Just home for my holidays in this fabulous hotel, the staff are amazing, super friendly. The breakfast was the best breakfast I have ever eaten in any hotel. The location is a stone throw to the shops, restaurants and beach front. I can't wait to return, one of the most relaxing hotels 💕 don't hesitate to book this hotel you won't be disappointed. It's a hidden little gen with 5 star qualities💓

I am not usually one to leave reviews, but I had to take the time to leave a message following my stay at Vila Origens. Please note this is not a paid review, just honest feedback after a 5 night stay there. This place is absolutely incredible, I could not recommend it more. It seems like every aspect of the place has been very well taught through - from location to the design of the rooms, to the way they serve breakfast, to the way they time cleaning the rooms, the treats upon arrival, and most importantly, the friendliest staff I have ever met. Armando, Roberto and the whole crew there made our stay special and they deserve a round of applause for the stellar job they’re doing taking care of the guests. All these details don’t go unnoticed and definitely make every penny spent worth it. Also the chilled, boutique aspect of the place is special and I hope it will stay like this in the seasons to come!

Truly an outstanding hotel- very luxurious with a beautiful pool and wonderful service. We loved all of the staff. The breakfast is a champagne breakfast and quite delicious and special. The rooms were spacious and comfortable with included touches like welcome drinks/sweets. It would have been a 10 if the staff was empowered to ensure the comfort and safety of all guests without being asked to do so (see below)

Albufeira is a bit of a UK party town (womp womp) but the Vila responded well the next day when there was a bit of an incident with rowdy UK guests bringing non paying guests in, bringing glass into the pool, and clearly disturbing the tranquil common areas. It was a bummer that it wasn't addressed straight away and that they allowed the other rowdy guests to yell and threaten me when asked to be more conscious of their noise. However, the next day the staff was extremely apologetic when I told the manager and he was adamant this behavior wasn't acceptable and he was going to talk with them that day. Hopefully, the non manager staff feels more empowered to address poor behavior in the future.

Felt So relaxed was unreal ,great location and the staff were amazing so friendly and couldn't do enough for us,the manager is one in a million small example when we arrived the tv would not switch on so he then ordered us a brand new one and had it put on wall asap great customer service,food is lovely as much fruut as we could eat and the pool area is gorgeous, the rooms were cleaned with fresh bedding and towels for pool changed every day by really nice cleaning staff,I could go on and on but you really need to stay there to believe this place even exist as you could walk past it so easily. 5 star plus xx

Not long enough holiday..

I had read many excellent reviews before and came with high expectations. But what I have experienced here was even much better. Everything about this stay was excellent. The staff was incredibly friendly and took care of everything we needed. The pompous breakfast did not leave any wishes open and kept us fed up all day long. Since there weren’t too many guests it was also very pleasant and not too busy around the pool. The hotel is located in the middle of Albufeira and you can reach lots of restaurants and also the beach within minutes. Since we left early in the morning, we received a nice lunch bag for our trip! What a nice gesture! There are so many more cool things about this stay I did not even mention. We will definitely come back. Somebody else said in his review that Vila Origens is an oasis. I would go even further and say if paradise exists, it would be like this hotel.

This hotel is a hidden gem in Albufeira. Service is excellent, the place is beautiful. The only way I can explain is that it’s like you are in a private members’ club and you feel lucky that you are one of them :). Like you found a secret place that no one wants to share. The staff is lovely and genuine , the experience from arrival up to departure is very unique and you feel special . They are meticulous in every single little detail. That comes across in the breakfast ( beautiful charcuterie selection , fresh warm bread, juice and champagne) , cocktails are very nice , service , the cleanliness, the decor , music , the bathroom products brand, the pool, everything. Ah.. they have a special bathroom mirror with lights for make up. ( This is a big plus for me as so many luxury hotels don’t have it and forget about their female customers). Location is very good, is walking distance from the old town but the noise is ok, I think the buildings around it block if so it doesn’t disturb you. We didn’t want to leave the hotel because it was so peaceful. Thank you Rui and all the team for making my birthday weekend so special .

*brilliant location right in Albufeiras old town * very well kept with room cleaned daily and towels changed - it’s a really pretty and small, quiet hotel *Gorgeous pool area and lovely cocktails * excellent air conditioning in rooms * very friendly staff who even prepared a sandwich, juices and pastries for us ahead of an early flight *we were on our mini moon as we got married last week and were greeted with a bottle of wine and gorgeous little cakes upon our arrival *comfy and very big beds *Moet at breakfast is the ultimate treat — with pastries , cheeses, chorizo , salami, breads, pastries, scrambled or fried eggs, yogurts and fruits available

*the noise from the old town wont keep you from sleeping at night but the music can be heard at night, the hotel literally overlooks the old town square - however I feel the location is so so central to everything that you have to look beyond this

Our stay at Vila Origens finished off a two week holiday, and it was definitly the most amazing way to finish. From the first moment Vera greeted us and welcomed us to the hotel, it was a picture of serenity and bliss. I have never wanted to revist anywhere after staying once as I like to try new things, but we will absolutly be coming back here! The breakfast was amazing, the service during our stay was impeccable, the location amazingly central yet you would swear you were in a tranquil oasis. I would recommend anyone to stay here who is looking for relaxing and personable stay in your holidays. 5 stars not enough!

We cannot put into words how much we loved staying here! The room was great but the facilities were even better. The pool area was phenomenal that you don’t ever want to leave. They even have services such as massages and saunas and if you stay it’s a must you book these in! The breakfasts were absolutely amazing, definitely lived up to the hype and something we looked forward to each day. The only thing better than the facilities were the staff, everyone we spoke to was amazing and friendly we loved them all! Did I mention that it’s also in the most perfect spot walkable to everything you want in Abulfeira!

Fantastic/ outstanding. Staff were absolutely amazing, rooms immaculate with lovely decor, good air con, great facilities in a great location, with the most amazing breakfast. Staff were friendly and polite from arrival to departure. Attentive, genuine and personable and nothing was too much trouble. So much thought and detail has clearly gone into this quint and beautiful hotel, it’s difficult to capture in a review. I never complete reviews but felt the standard of this property was so high it deserved to be fed back. Well done all and I will definitely be back and can’t wait.
