Good location off the noisy Netherland-English-Ballermann-Youth-Culture but close to several beaches and near the waters; exceptional friendly and helpful staff at reception, in restaurant and housecleaning, recently renovated, luxurios stay, breakfast was just lovely with all you could want, on request we got a room way up with a stunnig view onto the sea, should we return to the Algarve, this will be our address!! @ Hotel-team: Thanks for your kind hospitality with greetings from Germany.

A lovely and modern hotel. The hotel area is very clean and solid. In addition the staff was very friendly and hospitable. I would like to point out the generosity and caring of the following staff members in the restaurant Goncalo, Adelson and Mariza. They offered us champagne and a scrumptious cake and congratulated me on my birthday which was delightful and very kind of them. Thank you all! The maids Anya and Lilia were responsible for the cleanliness in our room and they definetely succeeded at that! I highly recommend this hotel! Katerina, Berlin April 15th 2022

very convenient location, always free parking under the windows, clean room, clean and well-maintained swimming pool, beautiful dining area, amazing view from the roof from the bar, helpful staff at the reception. always smiling housekeepers.

The breakfast menu is always the same. we stayed 6 nights. very nasty staff in the morning picking up the dishes, opening the champagne, asking for refills of salmon and other food. after breakfast, I took half a bottle of water to take to the room to take blood pressure medicine. the waitress chased me down and told me that I gave that half of the water bottle. if I want water in the room. then I have to buy that water!

Lovely hotel, great location , close to the Beach and in a nice quiet area with plenty bars and restaurants on your doorstep . Hotel was very clean and the staff very friendly and pleasant. Poor area had a lovely vibe with background music and on one of the days a saxaphone entertained us, nice bar food and drinks available at the pool also.Good selection for breakfast including cooked and continental items which where replenished often. Rooftop bar has an amazing view , we didn't get a chance to use the spa but we will on our next visit . We celebrated our 20th anniversary during our stay and the hotel left us a lovely gift. Thank you very much we will most definitely return .:)

The staff were excellent, and the breakfast was amazing, room very, very good - more than I could have imagined. The pool , although cold, was good with the garden providing a wonderful setting.

A minor problem with the shower. It was slightly awkward to prevent the shower splashing to the floor. It maybe have been because the fitting was a little slack. Was there a reason why our room did not have a phone? These are very , very minor and in no way reflected overall to the wonderful experience at the hotel and all of the staff. Other hotels could learn how to provide customer service and satisfaction.

They gave us an upgrade to a suite which was very nice The pool is nice and sun beds plentiful even if people do reserve with a towel then turn up 3 hours later Location is good but a bit of a walk to old town, strip is 5 minutes away All the staff were very nice

The suite was on the 4th floor just below the rooftop bar which starts with loud bass line music each day around 5pm requiring the door to the balcony to be kept closed. It was very loud and not really suited to the typical guest. Not sure how long it went on but was always finished by the time we returned from the evening out

The hotel is close to the new town, so if you like to party there are a lot of clubs nearby. The room was clean, and the walls were thick, so we slept very well. Pool bar snaks always come with chips, and the portions are generous Sangria Staff was spot on tending to all our needs Fast access to the beach

Staff is too good. As soon as i finished my plate, they picked it up. I am not complaining but I think they should relax more🙂 The pool is kinda small, so if you plan for a day at the pool, I suggest waking up early and claiming a chair. But this is a good thing because the beach is near and you have plenty of room there Food is not that diverse for in the cooked food department

The staff at Aqua Pedro were very friendly, attentive and helpful. Maria at reception gave us some lovely recommendations for local restaurants that helped us avoid the more touristy restaurants- we wanted to try real Portuguese cuisine! The room was a great size and nicely designed. Our room had a beautiful view! We used the pool a lot and enjoyed the use of the pool bar for food and drink. The restaurant provided delicious food and a good variety of options at all 3 meals throughout the day. Although we were not all inclusive, I would consider booking all inclusive in the future as the food was delicious!

There is nothing to complain about as far as I'm concerned. It might be nice to have a few more speakers around the pool for music to give a bit more atmosphere. It could be a little too quiet down there some days and the music from the bar didn't carry very well out to the pool area. A suggestion rather than a criticism!

Loved the breakfast on the patio by the pool. Superb coffee. I loved the spiral staircase. Our view of the ocean was wonderful. Large bed and very comfy with nice pillows. The bidet was an extra bonus. Lots of restaurants in the area but not too fancy.

It was a longer walk down to the ocean than I expected. The bathroom sink taps were extremely awkward. No matter how careful, the water ran beside the bowl and dripped to the counter/shelf/floor. Seemed to be a shortage of lounge chairs by the pool and this is only May.

The age-old problem of people putting towels on pool beds was rife in this hotel. There are plenty of beds, but those with an umbrella were taken by 8am. It was annoying because some of the beds reserved in this way, no one came to use them two days running by half 2/3pm when we left. The hotel should manage this better by removing towels where a bed hasnt been used for a couple of hours. People can be so inconsiderate and selfish, so the hotel need to prevent this from happening.
