The room was exceptionally clean & well presented. Location was near to centre

Nothing was actually wrong, but for interest the hotel is very compact, as are the rooms. Also, it is an ideal place to sleep, but is not like a bigger hotel with large shared spaces. The advertised bar is not really true, it is a short length of counter & they had no wine or full facilities for a social drink. In fairness, they directed us to the nearby town centre that has many good bars & restaurants. The website gives the impression of a bigger hotel, it is a small place but very well run & a great place to sleep.

The location is good, near the city center with all the restaurants nearby, the staff are very kind, they let us park our baby stroller at the reception. The room were spotless and comfy! The bathroom was also spacious and had also amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and hair drier. There are a small lift that is very helpful and we had breakfast one day and it was delicious (Yougurth, Eggs, Bacon, Pastel de Nata, fruits, cheese and ham, coffee, etc). We parked our car in the street back of the hotel, we paid using euro coins with the parking machine.

The hotel is located in a beautiful and quite area with a view to the canal and close to the old salt mines site. I could see the moliceiros bots from the window of my room. It is really nice and cosy in a beautiful historical building. Breakfast was good, particularly the sweets that we absolutely loved.

We stayed on the top floor. Was cute. Felt like staying at the top floor of a doll house. Simple but clean room. Quiet. Location was perfect. 5-10 minute walk to restaurants, and the river boats, etc. Check in was smooth, quick, and she answered my questions, gave me a map, and even recommended and booked a table at a seafood restaurant 5 minutes away. Be aware that parking could be an issue. I think they only had 3 spaces at the property. Otherwise, you park somewhere nearby on the street. Overall, I wouldo stay again.

The location was excellent, in easy walking distance to most of the old town. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had requested at the time of booking gluten free options for breakfast, and all the staff were aware and provided appropriate food. The personal touches were wonderful, like providing chocolates and snacks in the room (even a gluten free option!).

The elevator is tiny. Parking is on the street (pay parking).

This was a great studio room for our family of 4... location was ideal and price affordable. Situated across the canal from the downtown strip and many squares featuring cafes, gift shops, restaurants, churches and more. Definitely a walkable city..parking easily accessible. Rooms were comfortable and the property was clean. Wonderful breakfast buffet.

Close to everything. Right on the canal. Good room with excellent shower. Breakfast was delicious, we loved the fresh orange juice machine. Staff was kind & helpful and gave us wonderful recommendations of delicious places to eat. Highly recommend!!

There was construction happening right next to our room in the neighboring building that woke us up quiet early.

It is a very nice hotel on the quieter side of the canal. Breakfast was very good and all inside hotel looking good and new. All attractions and nice walks around the city are reachable from here. And it is so easy to use Uber to go to the beaches or Costa Nova or other attractions close by. And we so recommend taking the canal tour with Incrivelodisseia and have Dora the guide sail with you.

This hotel is more a boutique hotel with extra trimmings. Lovely touch of cake and chocolate in the rooms. Perfect location for exploring the town and wandering along the banks of the river. Fabulous breakfast, cooked, pastries, cereals and fruits. Fresh squeezed orange juice and good coffee machine. Only thing missing were the Pastel de Natas, needed one to meet my doctors orders of taking 3 a day, or as needed 😉

Great location, windows opened, very nice breakfast service, bar in lobby area, art. When the desk called a taxi for us at departure, she was very helpful - confirmed they arrived.

we liked everything overall. Would have been useful to have more hooks in the bathroom. The staff was excellent.
