The food in the restaurant is excellent, breakfast, lunch and dinner offered plenty of options and variety, and everything we ate over the week we were there was delicious. The kids meals are also great - lots of fresh options, not just chips and pasta. We stayed in a suite room which was brilliant for travelling with children - the living room can be set up with a sofa bed for little ones, and there's plenty of space. In general they are set up exceptionally well for families, with lots of extra touches like a new bedtime story every night, a step/stool so children can reach the sink in the bathroom, etc. plus a kids club for 4 years +.

Hotel was well designed clean and modern. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic. Staff helpful and accomodating. It was our daughters birthday and whilst there they made her a cake for breakfast without being asked to - it was so thoughtful and very appreciated. Evening menu lovely and varied - we ate in hotel 3 nights and able to try something different each time. Great location - we hired a car and spent time in Tavira which was an easy drive and lovely place to visit.

Big TVs in the room - neither connected to the internet so disappointed with this. The staff tried to help by offering a scart lead to see if we could mirror the screen but it wasn't correct for iphone or samsung. As english speakers the only channels of use were news and a cartoon one. We had a couple of rainy days and it would have been great to connect to our netflix account.

The restaurant is not good situated within the hotel-complex The exterior terrace has a view on simple wood panels ( behind is the entrance of the parking -1) and interior the restaurant has view on the parking of the hotel, In the other hotels where we stay....the restaurants has view on nature and swimming pool. The bar is certainly not inviting and mostly functions as conduit for the resto staff. During my 7 day stay, I did not anyone spontaneously having a drink at the bar which is a nice profit margin loss..... Also during that week, the majority of the cast were parents with very young children which is not conducive to a cozy dinner for 2

We’ve been visiting Praia Verde for a number of years and it just gets better and better. We were so pleased to see that the service had much improved (I think last year they were struggling with hiring experienced staff, as was the majority of hospitality post Covid). it’s an eco friendly, very stylish 4 star hotel that in my opinion is far more personal than most 5 star hotels. They literally think of every detail! it’s in a quiet location with only a few local beach restaurants (which are very good). The hotel restaurant itself is excellent and the breakfast is varied with lots of choices for all appetites. The beach is lovely and only 10 mins walk. If you are looking for a relaxing break then this hotel is perfect. if you fancy something a bit livelier then the beautiful towns of Tavira and Vila Real are only a taxi drive away.

Large well equipped room with kitchenette heated towel rail in the large bathroom . complimentary water and coffee each day . Very friendly and attentive staff . Underground parking with charging facilities.

More family orientated than I’d imagined so a little noisy around the pool with screaming children . Wouldn’t have been a problem if there had been sun beds on the beach , but was too early in the season despite the warm sunny weather . €40 a night seemed expensive for the dog but there were no restrictions in the hotel where the dog could go.

Located right next to Praia Verde, at an easily 5min walk, this hotel is a great choice for people looking for a calm and relaxing holidays. The pool area is quite reclusive, cosy, and relaxing. The hotel restaurant is amazing, and the staff is extremely helpful and kind. The breakfast has a huge variety of options, independently of your food regime. Definitely, a must go!

The space is really cool, staff are friendly, food is excellent and it's good value overall (no hidden charges for room service, all-day continental breakfast in the room, no, really!). It's a kid-friendly space, but the upper floor is adults-only, so less commotion in the corridors.

The veranda didn't have any shade so it was not really usable during the day and mosquitos will eat you alive after sunset, so bring repellent!

Great location- in a quiet forest area, less than 10min from the beach. Property and room were excellent, pool and dining also very good, staff excellent.

Not much within walking distance- ok if you want to just relax for a few days, but you’ll need a car if you want a more busy schedule (lots of great places to visit within a reasonable drive).

it is a truly exceptional hotel in its design, the view, the comfort, and service. We were even given a free upgrade to the ocean view room on third floor (the top floor) with a huge terrace on our visit Jan 2022. Were simply blown away by the beautifully designed room with the stunning ocean view, and with the bed facing terrace/ocean. The room offers both luxury and cozy home feel (hardwood floor, couch, closet, bath tub) that is unique. Fresh cookies and bottled water daily and even a welcome gift you can take home with. We took advantage of free room service and had breakfast delivered to our room and ate it on our ocean view terrace on a warm sunny Jan morning and could not be happier! also loved the common area near lobby with its open kitchen and many sofas chairs to sit and relax with a drink. The wonderful staff even made me a hot tea with fresh mint in stead of a tea bag. Also took a walk to the beach from hotel (7-8 mins) on mostly paved path and enjoyed it. The parking is convenient right in front of the hotel lobby. It is hard to say goodbye when we left. A truly unforgettable dreamy experience!

food in the on site restaurant doesn’t quite match how fabulous the hotel is.

Perfect location and amenities . Service during breakfast was superb. Thank you to the food service team who put out an awesome spread. Bravo Zulu to the wait staff especially the young lady who was very accommodating. I believe her name was Leonaflor. Overall, thank you for an outstanding quality customer service from the receptionist to the housekeeping staff.
