The one bedded apartment end room was clean , comfortable and had two thermostats to manage the aircon ( living area / bedroom). The size of the balcony was excellent and the view over the wooded area / camping site was quite nice. We had breakfast three of the mornings and this was also very good , however I would have liked fresh fruit juices and not “watery concentrate “. The housekeeping service from Tuesday- this morning 11/10/22 was first class and staff should be advised of this compliment please . The additional duvet and pillows were welcome as the mattress is firm however by putting the duvet under the bottom sheet improved this.

The accommodation, staff and stay in general was excellent. If I have to make some constructive comments I would add : As mentioned- breakfast was very good but if you improved the fruit juice to fresh / “not from concentrate “ varieties this would be better. The buffet dinner was disappointing - only ate at the hotel for one dinner meal so maybe we chose the wrong night to eat at the hotel. There was no sanitising solution in the sanitisers outside the lift areas . Ground , second or fourth - didn’t check other floors .

Apartment is very clean, spacious and comfortable. They did the bed and cleaned the bathroom daily (some aparthotel do not do that). Five minutes to the beach in a very quiet area. Three minutes from a grocery store. Was on upper floor and could still see the sea on both sides of the building in front of us. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. We were two couples with two rooms and we both were very pleased with our stay. Would strongly recommend it especially for the value of what we paid. I would definitely go back.

We did not face the beach but we could still see the sea from the upper floor. Actually, the sea front is so busy that it may have been a blessing to be in a more quiet area.

Apartment was spacious. At first we were in room for two. It is 4 star rating hotel but there was no coffeemaker or kettle. Table was small and no space to work or just sit at the table. Really not enough space to stay comfortably for a longer period. Could be nice if possible to dry clothes after training. For example in balcony.

Helpful staff. Good location.

-One-bedroom apartment is very big with big terrace, big TV and bed & pillows are very comfortable, good heating, good curtain and good kitchen for long stay -There was small fruit basket waiting for us in the room which is very nice touch from the hotel -Location is good, short walking distance to the beach with restaurants & bars -Easy & free parking around the hotel during this time of the year

-Key card that activates the electricity in the room. Make sure that the front desk extend your key otherwise there won't be any electricity in the middle of the night which happened to us. (we asked for 2nd key when we extended our stay)

Nice areas and staff. Great location. Great that the hotel has free parking options. They were kind enough to let us use the parking spot even after our checkout time so we could enjoy the beach before leaving.

Not really an issue, but it would be a great addition if dishwasher detergent was available at the apartments.

The covered swimming pool and spa very convenient for families. Not very big, 1 meter deep, but enough for a nice swim and chill when the weather is not warm enough to go the the beach.

the apartment was spaceous, the sauna and pool, nearness of beach and forest were very convenient, the COVID provisions were excellent, the staff behind the desk very helpful and effective

the unfortunate illumination of the kitchenette, not enough suitable pans, an additional chair in the bedroom would have been nice

Very friendly staff and helpful. We didn't eat in the hotel but we did see the food at dinner time when we were getting a drink and it looked delicious.

we didn't have any bowls in our kitchen and somewhere to hang beach towels would have been good.
