Amazing location. 1 min walk from the beach. Close to all the shops, restaurants...Very helpful and friendly staff. Incredible breakfast (full English, cold meats, cheese, cereals, pastries, fruits...). Rooftop pool was lovely and had a great view on the beach. Great pressure in the shower. Room was cleaned every day. Very Covid safe all around. Spectacular value for money. Would definitely go back.

No fridge or tea and coffee making facilities in the room. No USB ports and not many plugs in the room. No option for Netflix on the TV. Rooms look a lot more modern on the photos than they actually are.

Coffee machine from breakfast not good, very old machine and weak coffee always with chocolate taste. Plus no water boiler in the room and no coffee or tea in the rooms either A bit of light enters in the room in the morning (so not complete darkness, for the ones who are sensitive to light) The furniture is rather old school but confortable

Room: - My room was bigger then expected - They provided 2 big bed covers which kept me very warm at night so I didn’t have to put on the AC - Enough Sockets for me to charge my Laptop and Phone at the same time - Bathroom was big Location: - Location was amazing (4 min walk from the beach) - 40mins from the Airport - If you want peace and quiet I would say this is the best area to be in - 25 mins from Tavira on the train (beautiful area) Food - Breakfast was great - Large selection from Eggs,Bacon,Bakery and more - I looked forward to dinner everyday because I got to try different things - the beef escalope was delicious I went up 3 times - Large Variety of desserts Staff - I left my travel adapter for my laptop at home and it was a Sunday so everything was closed. The lady (ana?) at the desk let me borrow their adapter until I left and it made my whole trip. - Maids we’re very friendly - Staff from the Restaurant always made me feel so comfortable and always went out their way to create a great experience for me. I came on this trip with no expectations because I just wanted to get away for a few days with my laptop and get some work done but it really exceeded my expectations especially as it was a 3star hotel.

I wouldn’t say it’s a negative - If you are looking for music nightlife this is probably not the area for you. it’s a very much have cocktails, eat and meditate by the beach area. Watch the sunrise and sunset area. Be in bed by 10pm area - I found everything finished quiet early. Spar was 1 min walk which closed at 8pm.

I previously stayed at this hotel in 2008 .I was impressed with the improvements made in the Roof top pool area , making the very best of the available space. The location of this hotel is excellent. Unfortunately this hotel has no other outdoor space but the roof top area now compensates for this . I think it has been well planned out and a snack bar now operates in that area too which is a good idea.

I would have liked to see a variety of jams at breakfast rather than just strawberry.

The Location was perfect. I have difficulty walking and everything I wanted was close enough, beach, restaurants, cool buildings. The staff were excellent and went beyond to be helpful and friendly. The meals were delicious and lots of choice. Superb! The atmosphere was great especially appreciated the effort everyone made to make Valentine's Day special even for myself who was travelling alone. Thanks so much!!!

We got a lovely room in the 6th floor. Double walk I shower. Dinning room was as before but without the matre John. It showed at times. This was our 2nd visit this year, and yes you could really see it was under new management, all the older staff weren't there. That was half the reason for our return. There is now a very lovely and efficient barman. Diaogo, absolutely brillant at his job and takes great pride in it. Very good barman. Chatty, polite super neat. Thanks Diaogo. You made our trip very memorable.

Well located hotel - very close walk to the beach and the main area. Very clean and breakfast was lovely with a great variety of foods. They manager Anna was lovely and very understanding when we had to amend our booking due to unforeseen circumstances.

Hotel is a bit dated and the bathroom was a bit small with shower in the bathtub but it was kept very clean and to a high standard all the same.

dinner, proximity to the beach, cleaning, pool, bar. air conditioning works great and I was there in August, it was very warm outside the food was great in the evening, there were 2 options for meet/fish/chicken and around 4/6 warm sides. in addition there were many salads and deserts. I would strongly recommend to take half board for adults because it was delicious 😋 For little kids as my son, I thought that was a bit complicated to have things to eat. there are many cafes and restaurants nearby.

I would rate 10 but I wished there was a minibar/small fridge in the room. it was very warm and it would be nice to be able to have some cold drinks in the evenings and during the night. breakfast was ok but the warm plates were not very tasty.

It was Ideally placed to get to everywhere/ The staff were very friendly and helpful. The booking.com taxi did not arrive to take us to the airport and the reception staff member was excellent in arranging last minute taxi to take us to the airport when we were very stressed at the booked and paid for taxi did not arrive.

The hotel has amazing staff in all areas, everyone happy in their job and it shows. I have not come across such happy staff, from Reception, to our wonderful magic room lady, we returned to everything all neat and clean. Wonderful in the heatwave, to John and his super team in the dinning room, worked very hard in very high temperatures, well done to you all, and kitchen staff where the magic happened every night.

That the bar wasn't open, would be nice to sit and enjoy a night cap. But this was a small issue.
