Being on 8th floor and not using lifts! Could benefit from covered outside area to sit out when it is raining plus patio heaters if chilly.Hotel information booklet in room would be helpful.Cheaper use of Spa pool

The rooms are updated and very contemporary and comfortable. The views are good and the beds comfortable. Parking behind the building was convenient. We didn't use the pool or garden so no comment. By leaving a deposit at the desk you can check out beach towels, which was very appreciated. It is only a short walk to the beach, so that was fine.

The lobby and public areas feel like you are under the water in a reef. The hotel should take advantage of this and really do an underwater theme. The public areas are so dated they are almost retro, but not. The breakfast service was stilted and unnecessarily noisy. The waiters slam the dishes in the bins while folks are still eating. They require time slots due to covid, however it creates a congregation of folks rushing for the breakfast at one time instead of allowing folks to straggle in and still follow proper distancing and other procedures.

The rooms are tiny and they don’t have for example a couch to chill. some of the staff in the reception are just not nice, and not really trying to make your experience better, but in other hand, the staff in the bar and restaurant are nice. Look for Leandro, that guy is giving you a good experience at the bar.

This hotel was well maintained and spotlessly clean. Despite being out of season the outside areas and pool were pristine and nice to relax in. Their Covid precautions were excellent with numerous hand cleansing points and mask wearing was very well managed. We felt safe throughout our stay.

There was nothing that we did not like about the propriety.

The hotel is excellent and we are happy with the services provided. Swimming pool, spa, gym, restaurant etc are clean, safe practice against Covid measures and quite nice place to spend holidays. Loved the hotel!!

We haven't received kettle for first two days as they were not available and our room had lot of mosquitoes and all night we were bitten by them. Food was ok however, not fresh-most of the items were frozen and warmed up, no toaster for bread in restaurants, we need to buy water and not 2-3 bottles provided by room service.

Spacious family room we were allocated on arrival and happy hour Drinks! Staff very helpful.

Pillows rather lumpy and towels rather thin.

There is no free entrance to SPA, additional payment, same for gym. The gameroom was out of order.
