The room came with heating and an air con, beautifully layout, a variety of cushions, strong water shower pressure. It was a lovely stay. Local shops were abit far to walk to but all in all a lovely stay Under rated as 3 stars it should be pumped up to a 4star hotel. I will come back on next hoilday

The fact that a paying hotel guest had to pay a refundable holding fee to use a hotel pool towel and nor were we allowed to use towels from the hotel room by the pool. I didn't that. Coffee and tea only provided for 1 night even though we stayed for two nights. I had called reception to request this and they mentioned we would need to pay a fee. I wish the breakfast added local tarts e.g pastry da Nata that's one of the local things majority of tourists look forward to.

The hotel was very nice, the room was very nice and bed conformable. The only minor which wasn't good were the pillows but I don't think has made any difference in my good night sleep. One think I would like to point is the staff, they were very kind and helpful principal Angela the receptionist that has tried her very best to helping me to retrieve my mobile that I forgot in the Uber car. Thank Hotel lido, I would certainly coming back to stay. 🙂🙂

The pillows, they were very uncomfortable, but thanks God for the cushions! 😉 And if I haven't have lost my phone and One more thing, the breakfast has a huge space for improvement, very basic, for the standard of the hotel can be better.

The room was big, bright, clean, the balcony was huge with a lovely view over Estoril, the room was cleaned daily and had everything we needed. Breakfast was very nice with a big selection of cereals, hot food, fruits and a variety of other options.

Tea and coffee wasn't replenished in the room, other than that it was perfect

The rooms were very spacious. We had a sunny balcony and some comfy chairs that we moved to be able to sit in the sun. The bathroom was huge and clean. We had a view of the hills and lovely neighbourhood properties. The pool was really nice too.

The hotel is walking distance from the beach but too far for my elderly father in law. However, parking around Estoril was easy

Location is very good: 10 min walk to the train station, 10 min walk to the ocean side. Good restaurants in this area. Breakfast is very good: great option of food, including yogurts, some fruit, great coffee!

On the 4th floor wi-fi did not work. Did not have iron.

Great hotel and facilities, clean and comfortable beds with decent bathroom.

Could have had better parking facilities but plenty of on street parking was available opposite hotel so not really a problem.

Nice pool, nice bathroom, comfortable

Pillows were slightly uncomfortable, was a bit noisy in the morning and there was nowhere to hang towels.

The room was big and super clean; huge and confortable bed for a good rest. Breakfast self service with variety of food.

There wasn’t a place where to put shampoo and soap in the shower and there was no hooks in the bathroom where to hang towels and accessories.

the room we stayed in was lovely and spacious and excellent bed and linen. beautiful pool and garden! very well located for access to estoril and caiscais beaches

it would be good to provide people with proper glasses and access to a bar or some resources to eat or drink would be great!

+ The staff were friendly and helpful + The pool looked inviting and we were disappointed that we weren't there in the right season to enjoy it + Breakfast selection was good and plentiful (great fruit and cakes) + Location was within a reasonable distance from the beach and train station

- Walls are a bit thin (we were disturbed in the night by neighbours) - Bathroom smell was a bit funky - Hairdryer cord was fraying and looked a bit dangerous
