Wonderful staff; everyone was so friendly. The room was a very original design and made good use of every square inch... Shower worked very well and everything had a professional and grounded feel to it. We really enjoyed the breakfast! Terrific coffee drinks and even a fresh mixed fruit drink. Eggs and bacon, which my family loves. The cost was €9 each, but we were were happy with that because it was well done.

We were excited to try the spa... Unfortunately, they don't seem to have anyone responsible in charge of that part of the hotel! Promises were made and broken even after we got there. Really sad. The hot tub had murky water, so we asked about that. They promised to clean it in the morning so that we could use it by 9:30 a.m. We spoke with the front desk at 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 a.m... By 10:30 am, it was still filled only halfway. Someone just forgot to fill it, despite our persistent reminders. Additionally, someone forgot to heat up both the steam room and the sauna (!!). By 11 a.m., we had to depart our room (& see the town!), so we gave up up.on the thing we were most looking forward to about this hotel. 😥

There was a party by the pool one day. They said it was to celebrate the opening of the hotel which had been a few months earlier. Our room overlooked the pool. The music was so seriously loud that we couldn't even sit on the balcony. Even though hotel guests were invited it was clearly just for staff friends. Lasted from 4pm to 11pm. The noise was clearly excessive and inappropriate for a hotel. Didn't spoil our trip as we just went out for the whole evening

Selina Evora exceeded my expectations in terms of pet friendliness! Other than this the hotel is super beautiful, the bed sheets and towels are comfy as it is the bed. The staff is quite friendly and the location is very convenient. We could go to the history center on foot and we didn’t have to worry where to park the car. The pool was beautiful and the environment super cool. I’d certainly return ! :)

Everything has quite good quality expect for the toilet paper :( I had to buy my own because their one was rough and could cause me irritation. Silly mistake to choose a cheap toilet paper in a hotel of such great quality.

The hotel is great! Very modern, in an historical city. We loved the pool, the bar and the hotel amenities. The location was great as it was about 10 min walk to all the restaurants . It is just outside the wall that surrounds the old Evora city. Absolute great location. We were able to park in front of the hotel for free, which was great. We had breakfast at the hotel and it was good.

We only spent one night at this hotel, as we were in transit, so we did not mind the fact that the room was really small for the 4 of us. but in all fairness, it was as advertised. It had a window overlooking the garage entrance.... so a bit disappointing.

This hotel was a perfect choice for our Evora stay. The price/quality ratio was absolutely great in my opinion. Receptionists were very nice and polite. Location is great and almost everything is close just a few minutes of walking. Room was perfectly clean and comfortable and facilities were just about as great! I think I cannot say we would not like anything about our room. The balcony was a great place to stay and enjoy the morning coffee.

Parking in hotel's garage is little bit expensive for my taste so we have left our car on the street. Fortunately it was no big deal finding a space on Sunday. Breakfast was little bit expensive too but I guess you pay for appropriate quality which we have not tried. There was an inconvenience with payment in advance allegedly due to a technical problem from hotel's side. The problem was flawlessly solved after hotel replied to my remark after few days. Without this minor payment inconvenience I would rethink my rating to a 10/10.

The staff are young and mostly university students doing an awesome job. I support the hiring of young people to run the show. Perfectly located minutes from all the historical attractions. We walked everywhere and there was no need to drive. Very clean and modern.

Unfortunately our television didn't work and no one was ablee to fix it. They did offer to change our room but we chose to stay and mirror Netflix and Prime on to the smart TV. Also, my partner was badly stung by a bug by the pool and suffered many welts and they kept on biting her in our room until we left.

I've stayed in the Selina Brand Hotels a few times and they are always great. Super comfortable, super clean and tasty food at any meal time and the grounds and rooms are always beautiful. We were welcomed with a cocktail after check in and sat by the pool and happily decompressed. They are always super consistent. We were only in Evora for an afternoon and a morning as we were on our way to Porto. The city was very quiet that night and for what looks like a very quiet and dead city they have 4 Michelin restaurants :) Breakfast was delicious.

The only thing, would be that the TV wasnt working properly really and there was no option for netflix or anything. I found this weird but was too tired to inquire about it after walking around all day so we just watched random news with a pixelated image. Like I said before though this was a stopover and had the city not been so quiet after dinner TV would not have mattered at all.

Location was just outside old city wall with 24hr reception. Our ground floor room was spacious, very quiet and had private deck and courtyard. Besides the swimming pool and children’s pool, free jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. Free yoga and fitness classes available daily. Free welcome drink the first night. Good restaurant and bar onsite. Secure underground parking beneath hotel for €10 per stay (not daily). Wi-Fi very good. Very friendly and helpful staff.

None, except the sauna was not working during our stay.

The room was an ordinary hotel room, but comfortable enough

The young staff seem to have little idea of customer service. we arrived 2 hours early and the young man on reception was very ordinary, thankfully when we came back there was a young woman who was more courteous. We stayed for 3 days, so on the second day we put the sign on the door for our room to be re- made, this did not happen even though we were out all day. After visiting reception and waiting in line I realised there was a gym and other things that had not been told to us on arriving. Too little too late.

My first visit to Evora and I found this hotel through a map search. During check-in I was given an opportunity to sign up for a "Welcome Drink" and I could also sign up for Yoga. The hotel offers spa services (I did not use them). The hot tub was not available only because the staff was setting up for a Halloween party. The lobby offers worktables, drinks, and snacks available for purchase (or charged to your room). A bar is available as well. This hotel is fresh and modern, and I am impressed. I felt like Evora Seline wanted a relationship with me that was personal and friendly, not just a financial transaction in exchange for services. Traveling around Portugal, this has been the best staff and hotel that I have enjoyed. Returning to Evora again, I will stay here. I choose to purchase the breakfast with my room and I was pleasantly surprised at the many choices. Meats, cheeses, pastries, cereal, milk, juice, coffee, espresso, and several different varieties of fruit. More selections in scrambled eggs, and hot meat (bacon and ham). I was not able to sample all of the many breakfast offerings. My departure from Evora was scheduled before breakfast. The hotel offered supreme service as they made up a delightful, filling breakfast with yogurt, three different fruits, and napkins. We all have choices about lodging accommodations when we travel. I strongly believe your decision to stay at Seline Evora will be one of the better choices you will make.
