Clean hotel with super friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and bigger than expected. Nice bathroom with nice shower. A lot of facilities at the hotel: Spa/Sauna, restaurant, pool, gym, cocktailbar. Great cocktails. Live music at the bar.

Room was a bit noisy, we could hear the live music playing two levels up at the bar.

Amazing rooftop pool and bar. Very rich breakfast with just about anything one can think about. Very comfortable bedrooms. Great location.

The fact that the lights in the corridor are activated by movement sensors, thus while one is waiting for the elevator they keep on turning off.

It’s a high level modern hotel close to the center of Evora, the interior are of design and there’s a beautiful pool bar. The room is comfortable, so is the bathroom (despite the reviews about the lavabo dimensions). The breakfast is really large and varied , also if we found that some food like croissant or brioche seemed not so fresh (they we’re quiet dry). There’s a large parking area, so it’s a really comfortable stay if you are travelling by car.

The sunbeds in the pool area are really few comprare to the number of guests, but if you don’t find one, also if there are sofa and chairs in the bar area. Some pastry at breakfast was dry, maybe not so fresh as all the others things.

Beautiful property. Lots of seating in large lobby and 4th floor bar/breakfast area. Didn’t use private balcony much but was nice to have it. Shower large and good water pressure. Comfortable bed and pillows. Wonderful breakfast buffet! You could make your own coffee latte with nice fresh coffee and hot milk but servers would also make you a lovely cappuccino upon request. All staff very pleasant and helpful. Decor was quite interesting with all the stone. Dinner at restaurant was excellent.

Rooms were a little dark. When I asked about that I was told that it was an effort to keep room in relaxing spa mode. Lot of lighting options but all we’re mostly mood lighting. Bathroom lights on other hand were wonderfully bright.

Facilities were excellent, great rooftop pool, excellent bar facilities.Great room with good bathroom. Everything was clean. Robes and slippers were a nice touch. Bed was comfortable. Balcony space was good. Considering the busy road outside, once the door was closed, you could hear no outside noise. Breakfast was AMAZING!!! Lots of choice and the home-made yoghurt was delicious. Would definitely stay again.

Mirrors on the ceiling in the corridors and dark colours on the walls closed everything in. The room was also dark. Didn't like carpets on the floor in the room, but that's a personal choice. The small wash basin in the bathroom was tricky to use. TV recessed into the wall, dampened the sound in the room, but was loud for the next room.

As lots of other guests we’d like to praise breakfasts! all what people say is true! The bed was comfortable, good isolation, we didn’t hear any street noise. The stuff by the pool and in the bar is really friendly!

The hotel is not impressive from outside and the location is not picturesque either, but wait till you are inside :-). It seemed that the pump in the pool wasn’t working properly, the water wasn’t clean enough but it could be a temporary problem . The restaurant downstairs is great, the food is delicious but rather expensive , if you want to save money, look for a restaurant in town .

This hotel is clean, nice amenities and has a great staff. Just outside the old walled section of the city. Nice sized rooms and bathrooms. Fairly easy to walk to the walled section and then Uber back. Like most hotels, breakfast is included.

The pictures on line are a little deceiving, it sits at the end of a shopping plaza. It's not stand alone. Much more commercial that's it looks in the pictures. Has very little charm from the outside. The hallways are mirrored - gives the place a dark, weird, carnival feel.

Very welcoming and helpful staff. Well located near the city centre but close to a busy street. The hotel has a lovely designed interior. The breakfast was extraordinary with a huge variety of fresh and regional products. Parking spots in front of the hotel are available but limited.

For dinner we only wanted a snack so we ordered a burger and a panini at the bar but unfortunately they were not very good. The panini had no taste and the burger suffered from the fat and not roasted bacon. Also the drinks were overpriced. We ate better and cheaper in a local restaurant close by the next day.

What makes a great hotel is the staff. From reception to the cocktail bar upstairs everybody was extremely friendly. Water in the cocktail bar had a real sense of humour. Very kind when brought me my g&t. At dinner the young man serving us explained all about the traditional and wines of Allenteju. The wine was the Best we had along the way . Our spa trestments were really great too. Lovely therapists. Lots of great food.wine. culture and friendly staff.

We had issue with matress it was too hard on our back.

location to historical walled city is within walking distance. The dining room upstairs where a very nice buffet breakfast is served in the morning is open in the afternoon until early evening for snacks, sandwiches, cocktails and other beverages etc. This is very helpful because the Restaurant on the main floor opens at 7:00pm.

Our room very small and only had a small corner window that looked down at parking areas along a side street. We specifically requested a lovely view but I began seeing a pattern after traveling for 3 weeks and booking almost exclusively through Booking.com that we were given smaller, less desirable rooms even when requesting specifics such as views etc…in the message box when booking on this website, and also selecting more than the standard room. On a few occasions I had to stand at reception and negotiate and I don’t feel that Booking.com members should have to do that. What type of over site is provided by Booking.com in regards to quality control?
