I recently had the pleasure of staying at Fab's House in Faro, Portugal, and I must say I was thoroughly impressed. The hotel has recently undergone renovations, and the modern decor was fantastic. The attention to detail was evident, and it really made for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The spacious room was tastefully decorated, and the overall ambiance of the hotel was very welcoming. In addition to the great decor, the hotel's location was also a big plus. It was just minutes away from the marina, which made it easy for me to explore the city's waterfront and enjoy some beautiful views of the ocean. One of the highlights of my stay was the complimentary breakfast, which was a great way to start the day. The friendly and accommodating host added to the overall positive experience of my stay. Overall, I highly recommend Fab's House to anyone looking for a comfortable and modern hotel in Faro. The attention to detail in the decor, great location, and welcoming hospitality made for a fantastic stay.

Beautifully furnished property decked out by someone with a great eye for design. Reception / seating area, breakfast room / kitchen and patio for breakfast all like an interior design shoot. Luxurious bedroom with comfortable double, walk in wardrobe with great storage space and an en-suite all to a high spec finish. I had 2 perfectly quiet nights. Great location, 5 mins from both the bus and train stations (next to each other) and 10 minutes into town and/or the waterfront. Quietish area but not a backstreet. Breakfast was great - scrambled eggs, croissant, breads, ham and cheese etc - they take your order the night before. Also an amazing Pastel de nata - one of the best I’ve had. Sara was on hand for arrival, check in, a tour and a general introduction. Very friendly and helpful and answered all my questions and gave tips on best rooftop bar (LABTerrace) and specific shops I wanted a gift from. I had to depart early second day so they prepared a breakfast for me to take with to the airport.

Nothing to do with the property but a tip about LABTerrace rooftop bar for sunsets. It gets rammed so get there early to get a seat - I was 45 mins before sunset and it was March so not even peak season and it was full but I managed to pilfer a seat so I’d say 1hr 15 plus before and have a few leisurely drinks. It also has overhead rail lines partially obstructing the view and your pics. #tip, if you’re not fussed about a drink and just want a great picture then the ferry jetty just beyond it is a great spot where people sat and watched the sun go down for free!

We had an amazing stay at Fab's House, the room was decorated very nicely, it was spotless and we had a lovely balcony which caught the sun in the afternoons. The location was great and was right in the centre of Faro so very easy to get to everything. Breakfast was served outside on the courtyard every day with a wide selection of food on offer. The staff were very accommodating and let us leave our bags at the hotel until our flight on check out day. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone going to Faro, definitely a hidden gem!

Nothing could have been better, we had a lovely stay.

We had the most wonderful stay at Fabs house during our time at the Algarve. The location is just perfect - so close to restaurants and shops. There is free street parking everywhere around too. We managed to make Faro our base to visit other parts of the Algarve, everything being 30-45 mins driving distance from the hotel. The rooms itself are extremely well designed, it’s super clean and comfortable. They have used the best of everything and been very thoughtful. You will not want for anything. The bathrooms are spacious and there is room for everything. After paying through the nose for tiny rooms this was such a refreshing surprise. There are only 3 rooms in Fabs house - which means Sara & Erica are able to look after their guests with the greatest care. Erica makes a wonderful breakfast spread - we were sad to miss it 2 times as we had a very early start for our train & boat tour. They were also happy to make the breakfast vegetarian friendly for us. Sara is very knowledgeable about the local places to visit and was able to help us plan our time in the Algarve. She is very friendly and helpful, giving us plenty of information ahead of our check in, and also organising some takeaway breakfast on the days we had to make an early start.

The shower pressure could be better - it’s not a problem, only saying this because there is a specific question on what could be better!

Prime location and lovely staff! Rooms were pretty clean and the ambience was top notch. The entire house had a nice aura and all amenities were really good. Worth the money spent for my vacation. Sara was very kind and polite from day 1. I was travelling all alone and Sara assisted me to come with a plan for all 4 days. Breakfast was really good and I would highly recommend the stay here. Looking forward to my next vacation and stay at Faro House!!!

A real attentive boutique Hotel / B&B, met at the door by Sara with a smile and real feel of welcoming. Showed up to the room and around the property, had the breakfast procedure explained (pre-ordered to ensure it was fresh with no waiting). Given tips on getting around, which way to head and what we could do while there. A really personal feel to it.

Amazing property. Clean, modern, and pretty. I love every spot on the house from the balcony to the terrace where you have breakfast. Great amenities in the room including beach towels and coffee machine. The host Sara is also very lovely. Finally,I had late check in and Sara gave me all the instructions. My check in process went very smoothly

Breakfast served in the courtyard, freshly cooked, choice excellent . The information shared by host was up to date and informative . Parking made easy as the host let us use her spot when she left. Location was walking distance to the old town and harbour. Loved the vibe of this accommodation. Loved the dressing room !

Really can’t fault Fabs House !

From decorations, furniture, cleanliness to the tailored breakfast in the patio, everything was superlative. Safe and easy access, quiet location, even very central, few minutes from main street, bus station, ferry etc

Bathroom door which cannot close completely or lock, can be a little stress if you are not a single traveller ;)

The property exceeded our expectations. Everything was clean, tidy, beautifully decorated. The room and bathroom were spacious and nicely finished. We could have stayed a lot longer!

The music from the bar next door is a little noisy but luckily they played some good tunes. This isn’t a reflection on Fabs house at all, just something to note.
