The property is centrally located, easy to find and makes getting around faro and the old town easy! The staff were friendly and helpful, going out of their way to make me feel accommodated. The rooms are were beautiful, modern and comfortable. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay!

WOW! What a lovely experience at this beautiful, comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully equipped boutique hotel! Everything about the Jacarandá is perfect, but here are my top 3 things: 1) it's located in the heart of Faro, a few minutes walking distance from anything you need. As soon as you walk outside, you will see cafes, restaurants, and shopping. If you walk 3 minutes down the street, you will see the marina where all of the local tours begin. The location is incredibly convenient for anywhere you need to go! 2) The rooms are beautiful, with great decorations and high ceilings and powerful air conditioning. The beds are extremely comfortable and everything is spotless, just super super clean. 3) My favorite part: The people who work here are SO INCREDIBLY KIND. Every single day the hotel managers proactively checked in on me and made sure I was okay and having a comfortable stay, and the staff members who clean the rooms are so sweet and helpful. I have never ever stayed in any hotel with better service - even in very expensive luxury resorts! Overall, I had an amazing stay in the Jacarandá and I will not stay anywhere else when I return to Faro.

it’s not a huge issue but depending on which room you get, if it’s next to the kitchen like mine was, you will be awakened by people having breakfast, coffee machine noise etc. I wanted to sleep in and children were screaming in the kitchen at 7am but ai used my ear plugs and went back to sleep. Not a huge issue just something to consider! :)

Great location, we had a mini balcony that we looked out on a busy square in the city, everything was brand new and very clean, coffee and bottles water was provided for free in the shared kitchen. Other guests were polite and quiet.

There isn't really parking at this hotel (as advertised). We parked down the street in the free parking at Largo do Sao Francisco, which worked out fine for us (traveling in July). It was difficult to find the hotel at first. The full address isn't listed on the site, so we had to call when we arrived and didn't see it.

Loved the location and the chill vibes ✌️comfortable room and spotless,we had the extra bonus of a kitchen and lounge and rooftop terrace. So sad it was only one night,will definitely return,also a fabulous stay to go as a group as lends itself to chill out space. The guesthouse is furnished to a high standard . Our lovely lady who greeted us ,we did not catch her name was charming and recommend dinner outside with fado singing on the street while dining,truly relaxing and enjoyable. We will definitely do a long weekend soon .

Central location. Restaurants, bars, marina, old town only steps away. Parking close by. Recently renovated old building, full of character. Central communal courtyard, with covered balcony and a terrace, all equipped with tasteful outdoor furnature for all guests to use. Absolutely immaculate. Communal lounge/kitchen/dining area on each of the 2 floors. Lovely bright modern rooms. Spotlessly clean.

All the experience was impeccable. The place is super clean, all equipment is brand new, the bedroom is very comfy with AC, and the staff is friendly! The common spaces have a cool concept, especially the kitchen. It was not my first time in Faro, but definitely, the best place I've been hosted. We recommend it to anyone.

Lovely welcome by the host, lovely room and kitchen available too. It’s a perfect location for exploring Faro old town. Opposite the guest house is a great restaurant with Fado music on Friday nights. You can walk easily down to the sea front to get a ferry to the beach or access boat trips. A good choice if you want a relaxed few days in Faro old town.

Location was a short 10 minute walk from the train station. It is a beautifully property with attention to detail from the interior design to the aroma from the diffusers and natural products. We were greeted and treated with a big smile by Filomena, who was eager to help in any way she could. I highly recommend this property for your stay in Faro.

The service at the hotel exceeded our expectations. Modern equipment in the bedroom, bathroom. Very clean, very nice atmosphere in the kitchen and in the garden. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Even in a crisis situation (one of us fell ill), we received full support. I would recommend this hotel.
