My flight was cancelled so I made a last min reservation- the ladies at reception allowed me to check in 3 hours early (thank YOU) and were absolutely lovely! The bedroom and en suite bathroom are super huge (the biggest I’ve been to), clean and had air con for those warm/hot days. Also rainforest shower with warm water if needed. bliss!

I think there’s construction nearby of the building next to the hotel, so there was banging from 4pm and then again around 8am. But as I had been awake for 35 hours before, I eventually slept through it. There’s no shower gel provided (hand lotion, soap and shampoo is) so make sure you have that with you

Excellent small boutique hotel, great price and great location steps from the center of Faro. Only a 5 minute walk to bus and train stations making it easy to get anywhere in Portugal. It is a bit loud from street noise but bring ear plugs and it is totally a great value for a reasonably priced hotel easy walking to all the key sites in Faro. The restaurant is awesome with very fair prices as well.

Location perfect for the delights of the old town. Historical district for the day, and the fabulous friendly ambience at night. Marina across the road, but not much to shout about that, by comparison to say Vilamoura, small fry yachts at circa £1m 🙄!!! But, all in all, great for a bit of culture, good food, wonderful history, and a world apart from, but only €10 and 6 to 7 minutes to the airport. Would definitely recommend for friends / couples looking for a central, comfy, clean, friendly and welcoming place. As for the historical district... Tip... You need to be very fit and healthy and love steps / stairs!!! Or love coffee shops and distant views! Obrigado!

Everything. The staff were amazing especially the co owner brothers that look like twins. Juan was extremely pleasant and helpful. The food was the best we had in our trip. Fabulous seabass, beautifully cooked, large fish, and very very reasonably priced at 15 euro including veg and potatoes. The restaurant had silver service, white linen tablecloths, indoor and out door seating. Also a superb range of interesting alcoholic beverages reasonably priced. Juan was most helpful and friendly. Our room was airy and large with super big bed and Fabulous power shower large bathroom. I could not fault it and location was just perfect beside old town, shopping district, restaurant street, Port with ferry to Faro Beach and 10 euro taxi from Airport. I would definitely stay here again.

Very close to the marina and 4 mins walk from faro bus station. very quiet and staff very helpful. Plenty of toiletries so you don’t need to take any. fridge in room. we asked for a kettle and they brought one straight away. also asked for an extra pillow and again brought immediately.

We stayed in room 305, the shower lights were non existent and we had to have the LED light from above my side of the bed aimed at the shower so we could see. lights in hallway from lift very poor

Easy access to old town with lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance King bed was very comfortable. Staff quite willing to help and very courteous.

Furniture was rather basic. Hotel is a short block from street. Therefore, you need to carry your luggage a short distance to main entrance. Also a few steps to deal with once you enter the front door. Not a big deal, but this should be stated as for elderly or for someone with disabilities this might be a major issue.

The hotel is right in the city centre. Very close to the bus terminal (3 min walk) so getting too and from the airport was very simple. The staff were really friendly. The room was larger than I was expecting and the bathroom was really big too. Everything was neat, tidy and clean and I would have no issue recommending the hotel as a place to stay if you are travelling to Faro.

The wardrobe doors were sliding doors and were quite tricky to open. The TV had not been tuned in so there was no option to watch tv. But these were just very minor issues that I am sure the hotel will rectify for the next guest staying in the room.

Perfect location close to marina and historical centre of the city which has cultural interest as well as plenty of bars, restaurants and some independent shops. All the staff were really very helpful and kind - could not do enough for you and seemed genuinely concerned to facilitate your stay, organising taxis, printing boarding passes etc. No noise at all in bedroom - slept undisturbed; effective air con. Decent wooden hangers that you can actually remove from wardrobe to hang clothes on (much easier for short people!)

Prefer rooms with natural light and ventilation (an exterior window) Lack of tea/coffee making facilities; fridge disconnects when you leave room, so warm on arrival. Shower door did not fully close and bed head material was peeling - not quite 4* in this regard

Super friendly manager who supported everything we need. He was very lovely to talk to and gave us lots of great tips for travelling around the city. He is the best manager I have met so far! The restaurant served delicious food, We spent two dinners there and I am missing the cataplana we had! The seafood was fresh and the portion was huge. The vibe was nice as well. The room is spacious and modern. There is still plenty of space after we laid our suitcases. The bed was huge and comfy, and I really like the smell of the bedding. The location is exactly in the city centre, very convenient to go to the shops and the harbour. The bus station and the ferry station are just 5 minutes away. All in all, everything exceeded my expectation! Highly recommend!

Nothing to complain

This is a warm and friendly hotel. Great location for site seeing and shopping. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was modest but very good. Our room was spacious , clean and had a balcony . It was very quite and relaxing break. Recommended this hotel highly for a mini break in Faro
