Some comments here say it looks quite old/tired. I don't necessarily disagree, but I think that's a bit harsh. Flat looks decent and in good condition and for the price, I couldn't fault it. Some people also seem to have had a problem with the mattress, but I actually enjoyed it. The payment process was quite confusing. I also had a problem during the payment process, I think an issue with Booking's system. While I don't blame the accommodation staff, I do think they could've been a bit more helpful when I was messaging them.

Very nice and clean apartment on the top floor with an elevator. Great sunset views from the balcony. Location is super central and everything you need in Faro is within 10 min walk. Apartment has all the listed amenities and everything worked very well. They were helpful enough to let me check in much earlier. Works very well for a relaxed vacation.

Some ligh bulbs were not working.

Staff very friendly, helpd with parking Problem. Was at top floor with a good view also and well equippd utinsil and very neat an clean.

Good location, and all you need in terms of facilities. Top floor apartment with a great view of the city and some of the lagoon. Also a nice rooftop above the apartment, great for looking at the stars

Great views and plenty of room

Good location for exploring Faro. Great view from our 5th floor apartment. Balcony was small but big enough for a table and 2 chairs. Kitchen was well equipped and if you wanted to cook there were plenty of utensils and crockery. Plenty of room for 2 but would be a bit of a squeeze for 4 adults. Plenty of linen and towels and lots of storage space in the bedroom. The shutters on the windows were good! The whole apartment smelt a little 'damp' when we arrived or it could have just not been used for a while and could have been aired before our arrival.

Whole apartment is a little tired! Lots of scratches and chips in the units and the sink area in the kitchen. The curtain poles were not very secure and you couldn't pull the curtains. Not really a problem but just a detail that was missed. The bed was not very comfortable due to a cheap mattress that didn't fit the bed so there was a gap down one side. The slats of the bed also moved and we had to put them back. Very little space around the end of the bed between the bed and the drawers. The electrics were very dodgy. Lots of wires in one socket and ordinary light fittings in the bathroom. The shower head wouldn't stay in one place and kept flopping down. The mirror in the bathroom was not properly secured and fell off. The airer on the little laundry balcony fell apart when we tried to use it to dry towels. One morning we woke up and had no water so couldn't use the shower, sinks or the toilet. Fortunately we had enough drinking water which we had bought. We telephoned the emergency number to let them know. They told us the whole area was off and it would be back on by 1pm. Whilst this wasn't anything they could control they did not even offer to bring us some drinking water.

Flat location and nice but simple flat. Comfy sofa bed. The management team were super friendly & helpful. The only thing was that it got boiling hot at night with no air con so I wouldn’t recommend it during the heat of the summer

Excellent location with a panoramic view of the city and sea. lots of amenities in the apartment. Staff did their best in a reasonable manner to fix a broken televising system.

Even though the apartment is dated there seemed a lack of upkeep in maintenance.m: Circuit breaker jumps if TV, Oven and coffee pot are on; Closet doors Fall of railings; Two light bulbs need replacement; Drippy faucets; Dials on stove oven are unreadable putting guesswork in oven cooking; very cheap furniture. I was without a TV for several days because the remote control was broken. Staff attended to it efficiently. this, like the other items above should have been attended to prior to my stay.
