Highly recommend this hotel as we loved the location of the hotel,away from the hussle & bussle but close enough to walk to it. Hotel was spotlessly clean. ALL staff were very friendly & helpful,nothing was a problem. Thank you. Breakfast was very good,all fresh & always plenty,even requested an early breakfast as we had to leave for train on our last day & everything was ready & waiting. Fantastic view overlooking marine & lovely roof top terrace & pool. Enjoyed the great balcony with chairs & tables to relax in. Room was cleaned every day with plenty of clean towels from housekeeping.

Coffee machine wasnt easy to operate but not a problem

This hotel is in a fantastic location across the street from the marina and 5 mins walk to old town, so there are plenty of shops and restaurants everywhere, and a laundromat 2 blocks away if you need to do a load of clothes, as well as Lavanderias that provide that service. Also, there is a parking lot next to the hotel for $3euros per day. The staff is very accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

There's nothing I didn't like, as I would stay here again. But I booked a standard room which faced the back of the hotel and my terrace looked out the bus parking lot directly in back of the hotel. It was not noisy at all, but if you don't want to look at a parking lot full of buses I would book a marina view.

This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stay. Perfect location. Excellent cleaning. Absolutely professional management and staff. Perfect food, view. Comfortable rooms. I’m very happy to stay at this hotel and highly recommended!!! And last but not least I would like to mention one of the people from reception. His name is Miguel Ribeiro. Very kind and professional person who advised us regarding the beaches, trips, restaurants and everything. Special thanks!!!

Nothing. Every part of the accommodation was perfect

The hotel is perfectly placed overlooking the marina and just a short distance to the centre of the old town. All the staff we met were so friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome from the minute we arrived. The pool and the sun terrace were fantastic with amazing views of the marina and town. We upgraded to a marina view room and it was a great decision. We witnessed some amazing sunrises from our balcony and spent many an hour sipping wine and watching the activity in the marina.

A member of staff was rude when we mentioned that they should have worn us about the noise from the bus station, that we had a view of it. We would have paid extra to move or ask for front facing room initially should we have been made aware. When you are on holiday, you don't want to be up at 5 am because of the noise. And that is what we have experienced. The staff member should have been polite about it, but instead, the lady was rude and not wanting to listen. In despite of the hotel itself, which we like, unfortunately, we will not stay there again.

The hotel is in a fantastic location next to Lagos Bus Station and opposite the Marina. The hotel staff were exceptionally helpful and polite. The rooms were immaculately clean, and spacious. We enjoyed the breakfast in the hotel which had a great selection of food and beverages. The hotel pool, whilst small is excellent and situated on the rooftop, which provides great views of the area. Would definitely visit again.

Absolutely nothing.

The rooms are contemporary with good air conditioning, balcony overlooking the Marina was a treat. Bathroom facilities were excellent. Central location made it easy to navigate around the town.

The reception area needs to be modernised, and the pool is very small, although warm. Limited seating around the pool area. You need to book to rooms facing the Marina as to the rear of the building you face a bus station.

Great location. Walking distance to the bus and the train station (no noise issues). 5 min walk into the main hub of shops, bars, restaurants. Room was clean and very comfy, with great wifi, good shower pressure and air con. There's a small fridge in there too. The pool is small but nice. There was a new girl training on the desk when I arrived who was very helpful, patient and made a great first impression.

The aircon was cool enough but the controller didn't seem to work when trying to switch the temp.

We chose this hotel for it's location and price. It is situated right if front of the marina where you can book tours and have access to many restaurants and bars. The beach is a 15 minute walk. Right in the back of the hotel, there is the bus station and down the street, there are many restaurants, mini market and stores. You could walk to the Old Town easily. The room was just a right size. The bed was really comfortable and the balcony was really nice. There was no issues with hot water or AC. The breakfast was really good and had many choices. You can even make arrangement for breakfast if you have to leave early, which was really nice of them. There is a lift for our convenience. The staff was really friendly and helpful. They do have parking but very limited so don't forget to reserve your space. I woud recommend this hotel to anyone.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort. It was the best hotel we stayed at during our Europe trip because the rooms have been designed with comfort and functionality in mind. - The beds were large, comfortable and clean. - Strong aircon - Bathrooms were spacious, well lit, and storage areas under the sinks. - Heated towel rack inside and drying rack for clothes outside. So easy to wash and dry our clothes here. - Lots of storage to hang and store our belongings. Great when sharing a room with someone else. - Miguel at the reception were SO friendly and helpful - Great view of the Marina (if you get a Marina facing room). Our second room faced the bus stop but we didn’t mind. - Right in front of the bus terminal so it was easy for us to check out and head over to our coach which took us to our next destination.

Not much. It’s a slight walk into the city centre but not too bad. One of our rooms faced the bus stop, but we knew that ahead of time from photos and reviews so didn’t mind. Just be aware! :)
