The hotel is located in a good place, there are two bus stops in front of the hotel, good restaurants nearby. Small basic goods shop and Spar within walking distance. It is not a completely quiet place, but there is definitely no traffic at night. The staff helpful and kind. Simple room, good bed, nice bathroom, functional, if somewhat noisy, air conditioning. WI-Fi reliable. Good breakfast. There is a "safe" in the description of the room, in reality it is just a small metal box, enough for cash and cards in size.

I was really surprised by the room cleaning system, changing of towels, adding toilet paper etc. Everything only on request, you have to hang a sign on the door. I didn't know until day 3. The receptionist explained it to me when I asked for a correction. I stayed 10 nights. When I hung the sign according to the instructions, it was cleaned, thank you. In a 3* hotel - even in others on Algarve - I'm used to being cleaned unbidden, including a made-up bed. But! The good news may be that water and the environment have been saved:-)

Location of the hotel is great (close to the city and also to all beaches around- Dona Ana [15min walk]/ Praia da Batata [10min walk]) - Working Air condition, really help in hot days - Big room with balcony (great for night drinking or chilling) - Smart TV with Netflix & YouTube - 24/7 reception (good for late night check-in) - In third floor (on the top) I recommend to ask for a room. I didn't have any problem with any noise from neighbours or outside (lot of people were complaining about the noises, but everything was okay in my case)

- Basic breakfast.. Don't expect something big, just few things. The fresh melon/pineapple saved it for me (but other stuff was just basic) - Bad smell from toillet or plumbing.. I don't know from where that smell was but when I left open toilet after a while I had a really bad smell in my room. So I had to close the toilet all the time (I stayed in the hotel for 10 days) - Cleaning my room. During 10 days I left my room for cleaning approx. 4-5 times. They made my bed, change the towels and other stuff but they didn't mop the floor (when you came from city or beaches, sometimes you bring sand or another dirt from outside). I get it that mopping everytime is not important but at least once from 10 days I would reccomend.

Perfect location - The hotel is in a roundabout. But don’t panic like I did in my first day there 😀take tfirst right ,10 min walking to the most beautiful beaches from Algarve. Second right - you are in the old town where you’ll find all what you need- amazing food, great drinks, shopping. You’re also close to the Lagos Marina. The room was spacious and clean, same the bathroom. It would be too small for a couple , but for a solo traveler was perfect .

Breakfast is a bit boring. Same things every day and no eggs options at all. Good coffee but only if you add an extra espresso shot in a latte. Else a latte or cappuccino are too sweet.

the location was excellent, very good and comfortable facilities, good value and the staff where great!

we liked everything but the one thing that maybe was not great was that the TV’s where smart and they will only work for casting or using Netflix, Amazon prime, etc if you had your own account in any of this plataforma. I personally prefer to see the local tv channels but I can understand how other people may prefer to see there selection of shows and movies in their own language, so it wasn’t an issue just a personal preference.

We stayed at the hotel for four nights and were really satisfied. The personal was very nice and helpful, the rooms and the floor were clean. The breakfast is basic (without eggs - if someone really needs that) but it was sufficient. We liked the location and the parking lot was pretty big, we always found a spot. The Spar was only 3 minutes by walk away from the hotel. Overall a great stay.

The walls are very thin, we could hear different things from the neighbors.

-Good location -clean and tidy room -simple to find -huge free public parking area accros the street

-Poor breakfast - only sandviches -Hot water shows up after long waiting time -no TV channels, you need to access TV with your mobile connecting and using your apps (ex. Netflix) and it was not working from the beginning and it is just making simple too much time, when you just want to relax and watch anything from tv to relax after long travel. Also, there was still left an access to previous traveller's Netflix account, it should be removed by staff imediatelly after person checks out

The property has an amazing location. Walkable distance to all the famous beaches such asa Dona Ana or Do Camilo. Close to the city center and like 20 mins walk to the Lagos Marina where u can rent different boat trips from. 20 mins walk to the main bus station as well. The room was very clean and nice with a generous balcony. All the stuff members were extremely nice and polite, always receiving us with a smile and helping us with all the requests. Therefore, I would totally recommend the hotel since the value for money was again very good.

The only thing I would improve is the breakfast variety since it wasn’t so rich in options.

Comfortable, easy and super friendly staff. Room was simple and nice. Would definitely stay here again. Bathroom was clean and modern. We had a 1am check in and the staff were super friendly and accommodating. Also very happy to organise transportation into town. Breakfast was good - cereals, meat and cheese, coffee, tea, crepes, pastries and toast.

Pillows were quite thin so ask for extra if needed.

We stayed for two nights here and have no regrets. Room was clean, good size and the buffet breakfast was excellent which kept us full until mid afternoon. Location was perfect to visit surrounding beaches and the centre by walking distance even though we had the car. Parking was good, we found on the two days (there is a free parking across the hotel or else other parking slots for non residents further down) The receptionists were very kind and friendly also, which it was a plus. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting amazing Lagos!

I like the recent upgrades to the hotel.The bathrooms are now great and the beds are very comfortable.The wifi is now exceptional.The carpark opposite is very close and safe.Breakfast is ample and served till 10.30 and reception is 24 hour.Cleanliness is top class and the local area has evertything you need.Shops,restaurants,beaches all within an easy walk and there is public transport if needed nearby.

The tv in the room was tricky to connect to.
