Location pretty good Room was large and lovely. Great shower. Comfy beds. Excellent breakfast for all. Great pool area Great beach side cafes across the road recommended.

Poor room lighting, can't see a thing for make up girls..... Taxis needed for lagos €15 return as a heads up. Aqua aerobics.... Seriously not needed for a luxury stay. Noisy and annoying when relaxing by the pool. Food is expensive in the snack bar and poor service. Only one staff female member was any good and polite. Only do bed and breakfast, better outside restaurants in lagos and local area Elderly will struggle at this hotel, poor lifts and very bad paving around the pool, many trips and falls so beware. Missing a shop nearby... Only 4 complimentary coffee capsules.... They charge for literally everything...even ice was €7 delivery charge to room.... Madness....

This is a really beautiful and modern hotel. The staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. The buffet breakfast is amazing with plenty to choose from (and a panoramic view of lagos from the balcony while you eat). The rooms are spacious, beds are very comfortable and the air conditioning is extremely welcome. The shower is amazing, there was a bath in the room, a private balcony and the decor was amazing. It is a 35 minute walk to Lagos but a taxi for 3 people is €7 approximately. It is just such a relaxing experience at the poolside where the staff will gladly take your drinks order.

We really could not fault the premisis or the staff but if we really had to we had one minor observation. The tv in the room was integrated into a large mirror which was pretty cool but the tv was very small and there was no way to stream Netflix from our phone or otherwise.

The breakfast was exceptional with a huge variety to select form everyday.

We stayed here for 4 days 3 nights, and wish we stayed longer! The hotel was amazing! Very luxurious feel and very family-friendly! Initially we only booked to have it with breakfast included, but upon arrival, decided to upgrade to the all-inclusive package instead and very happy we did. The hotel is beachfront, though you still need to walk a little to get to the beach, and there's not much in the surrounding area, so the all-inclusive is great if you don't want to have to think about where to get your food. The hotel offers lots of options and food is delicious, so I'd say the all-inclusive is well worth going for. Location is not right in the centre, so the hotel is more quiet, but it offers lots of facilities and even a shuttle bus to the city centre of Lagos. All of the staff were so friendly and kind. My daughter (4 y.o.) LOVED the kids club with Jo, Sophia, Katarina and Kristiana - these ladies are so great with kids and they do fun activities like painting, games, etc. The kids club is located right by a kids & adult pool, so its great for parents to relax while still being able to be close by. Waitstaff is also great and will do their best to serve you. Overall we loved our experience here and highly recommend for a nice, relaxing holiday!

Very spacious, great pool area for sun bathing, good indoor pool to swim with baby. Bedrooms were nice with a great view of the sea and Lagos (double side sea view room). Breakfast was great.

Although the food was generally good in the evening at the buffet, some of it was luke warm and not hot enough. Big stains on the lounge sofas in the bar area, outdoor seating on the balcony not very clean. Outdoor pool far too cold especially for kids. Some Gym equipment not working, (treadmill and rower).

Breakfast was great! Staff was great! Pool area was also great. I wish there was more of a beach access and availability to go sit, if there is, it wasn't clear.

The rooms are really nice, however, the carpet in the rooms were pretty dirty. they need to be well cleaned. That really bothered me.

Since I travel all over the world, I have some comments to make:In the bar on the fourth floor, there are some loose buttons on the sofas, shouldn't be.The cushions on the chairs at the poolside garden rooms are not clean. The loungers must also be clean and should not have any dirt, sorry for that.There should be more umbrellas at breakfast on the terrace.These infos are not negative.This information is not meant negatively but as an incentive!!

We got a lovely room facing the main pool & beach. The Breakfast was exceptional. The Hotel is very well located just 2 km from the main City area & still far enough for some peace & quiet.

Very small TV screen in the room. The bathtub is literally next to the bed & there is only 1 common bathroom & shower area door, which means that either you can shut the bathroom door or the shower area. There should be a main door to enter the bathroom with the bathtub inside the closed door.

We enjoyed the location of our room, near the pools, dining room, lobby, snack bar. Access to the beach was good. We loved the lobby entertainment in the evenings. The Chef was very responsive to our requests for vegan and gluten-free items. We appreciated the opportunity to upgrade to all-inclusive, once we arrived. We also appreciated the willingness of staff to make our stay enjoyable, for example, setting up tables of 10 for us at most meals, as we were in a large group and wanted to sit together. The mealtimes were a real highlight. The drinks at the bars were delicious.

A heated pool would have been nice. The pools were all lovely but a warmer one would have meant more swimming for us, as the water felt quite cold.

Breakfast was good; most of the staff were attentive and polite; exceptional room; all clean to a good standard.

Leaking bath which we reported and they said they had fixed yet it still continued to leak. Experienced the buffet dinner on the first night and it was not pleasant - glad we did not go all inclusive. Told very little upon check in eg didn’t realise they did a shuttle service to the town centre, paid for a taxi every time instead. Got charged for entire stay on check in and again upon checking out (despite us insisting we had already paid) going to take 10 days to refund.
