The first thing that I want to comment on is that we asked for a bed for our toddler and when we arrived not only was there a bed but also a little bathtub and a chair for her to sit at the table...very impressed parent. Honestly, everything was so easy and comfortable. Breakfast was put in the fridge the day before and fresh baked goods delivered each morning ( we also had plenty of food to give our little one snacks during the day). The apartment was cleaned every day. Staff was helpful when needed and still present when not. Apartment was in the centre of everything and was so easy to get around although sometimes a bit hilly and bumpy but we were prepared for this. We left before any staff was working so just sent an email letting them know and got a friendly response back so we knew all was well and that we didn't have anything to worry about. Would 100% recommend this place to stay for a couple or for a family.

Very clean, air conditioned and comfortable apartment (you have all equipments and utensils you might need!), great location (quite close to the local stores/shops and restaurants), very friendly and helpful staff, fresh fruits and bread from the bakery and food breakfast. Good soundproof (the street gets quite touristic in the late afternoon!). Would recommend it for a short stay in Lissabon!

The only small thing is that the lobby is not air conditioned at all- when there was a heat wave (we had 35° on some days in August), it gets quite warm. Besides that it was a very great stay! Obrigada!

Only the best reviews from our family, I wholeheartedly recommend this great place with historical background. We stayed for one week, the rooms are great, cleaning service every day, simple but good breakfast with fresh baked goods every morning. Very kind and helpful concierges, always ready to help and answer any questions. I was also pleasantly surprised with a handwritten message and a surprise, both at check-in and at check-out, it may seem small thing but I truly appreciated it. If make it short - just perfect - and we'll really comeback during our next trip ! Thank you !!! :)

1. Room layout was good for a family of 4 with 2 kids. - There's 1 queen bed in the master bedroom, 1 sofa bed in the living room, and another sofa bed in the attic. 2. Great location, close to all the famous sites. 3. Staffs were very nice and supportive. 4. Good breakfast and the welcome drink - ginjinha :) They brought fresh foods to the room every morning. 5. View from the living room was great. 6. It had a sweet little hammock in the living room :)

1. Had only 1 bathroom. 2. Living room sofa bed was a bit noisy at night, so kids might not sleep well. 3. The stair to the attic was a bit hard to climb. 4. Price is on a higher side. 5. A/C did not work very well in the attic. (1st floor was fine)

We loved the location, close to all attractions and super comfortable bed. It's also very conveniently close to a grocery store. Staff were all very helpful, and it is a bonus that the apartments are serviced daily. This is hotel service but with the added facility of a kitchen and lounge.We loved that we could open the door in the lounge and feel part of the vibe overlooking the street. It is a very busy and noisy road, but with the door closed, it is almost completely soundproof, which makes for a good night's sleep. We also loved the breakfast and fresh bread every morning, without having to go to a breakfast room. I can highly recommend this apartment.

My only criticism is that there are only wine glasses and no tumblers for water and cold drinks, and the bathroom is quite tiny, but that is a minor inconvenience.

Could not have asked for more from our stay- absolutely perfect! Comfortable and very well equipped. They even provided a small bath for our toddler which we had not expected but she was so happy with! Fruit, salads, meats, cheeses, pancakes etc all provided, along with cereals and freshly delivered bread/pastries every morning. Brilliant location and many of the sites very easily reached. Tram 28 stops just down the road, and the Time Out Market and train stations 10 minutes walk away. Many restaurants and places to eat locally, and also supermarket/fruit and veg shops across the road. Special thanks to our wonderful friendly concierge Joana for making our stay so wonderful and our little girl feel so special. We will recommend to anyone coming to Lisbon!

Fridays/ Saturday nights loud at night due to being close to bar area. Take ear plugs and not a problem at all :)

Do not hesitate to book Almaria! The perfect location in downtown Lisbon for starting your walks through the city and accessing local (and tourist) cuisine and sights. Catarina was busy checking someone when we arrived so there was a little confusion about how we got in, but quickly resolved. The building is very secure with electronic locks and codes (no keys), plus an elevator is available. Our apartment was beautifully appointed and very comfortable for our family of three. The sofa in the living area was made up as a bed, so that does take away from some relaxation space but it wasn't an issue for us. The apartment was cleaned and made up each day while we were out. The fridge was nicely stocked with little nibbles, plus the bread delivery each morning was great! Our stay was also over Easter, and we had a chocolate surprise waiting for us when we came back after being out (lots of nice small touches). Our apartment overlooked the street below and the Tram 28 runs right by, so if you are sensitive to noise you might want to consider that but we take a sound machine and it was no issue. Overall, we would stay here again and it made our first trip to Lisbon very special!

We are experienced travelers. We have plenty to compare with. This was the best service for an apartment. Daily cleaning, breakfast groceries, cleanliness, and high-quality apartment. Comfortable bed. Bathrobes! Everything like in a 4-star hotel. Perfect location. 100 meters to both the metro and the funicular. 10 minutes' walk to the train station. Highly recommend.

Everything was great.

Great location, great space, super clean! They provided groceries to make breakfast in the room, even gluten free bread for me and my daughter. Pedro and team come not have been nicer and more helpful. Felt like a safe location and walkable (up/down hill/steps) to all historic attractions and many restaurants. I hope the accommodations for the rest of our trip can measure up to Officina Real! I would come back with my husband in a heartbeat!

Just a little noisy at night. We were on 2nd floor so upper floors might be better, but you are in the middle of a city so this comes with the fabulous location!

First of all was the reception. Joana Miguel was waiting for me with a big smile on her face. She was so efficient in her atributions that surprised me. She gave a lot of useful information, suggested very nice places for me to go and specially solved all my demands in a fraction of minutes. What a efficiency! Surely she was born for this and much more. Everything I planned was succesfully aranged by her during the first two days. The apartment was pretty good, clean and I intend to stay with you a next time.
