I stayed in 3 different rooms and all were nice in different ways. The twin room was spacey but with no view. The room with the balcony and the square view was with a beautiful view but a bit noisy - which I didn't mind that much. And the room with the river view was with the best view, quiet, but with a smaller bathroom. In any case, the bathroom was good in all of the rooms I stayed.. The breakfast had a lot of variety- only the taste of coffee can be improved. Location is excellent- reception works very well, very friendly staff- Thank you!

In a super interesting neighborhood with great cafes and shops and walkable to so much of the historic parts of Lisbon . The hotel is just beautiful. Staff were excellent. Breakfast is very good and generous. Bathrooms in rooms are very modern. I would recommend this place to any of my friends.

Reception was as welcoming as any we've had, really friendly and informative. The neighbourhood of the hotel turned out to be ideal for any imaginable tourist activity - right next to a plaza, superb baker/cafe next door, view of the Tagus from the window, brief walk to local shops and dives, tram and metro connections, historic cathedrals... pretty amazing, in fact, an adjective not often used.

Chosen room was a bit petite, not really able to spread out - though not actually difficult to survive in. Inevitably slow, small and rather claustrophobic elevator. Avoid thinking (too late?) about the possibility of getting stuck inside. Stairs work well in both directions. Breakfast piano music quality highly player dependent.

First of all, the hotel helped us book a shuttle to and from the airport. The driver, Daniel, was there on time and insistent to help with our luggage. The hotel check-in clerk was professional and kind. Our room was refreshing and comfortable with all needed amenities. The breakfast was more amazing than any breakfast I had ever eaten! What a spread and a selection, amazing! Then the hotel gladly locked our luggage in a storage area the day we checked out so we could continue touring the city of Lisbon while waiting for an evening flight. The driver, Daniel, drove us back to the airport as scheduled. Every person working at this location was friendly and happy. I highly recommend this location to travelers!

There is nothing that we did not like.

I liked this property so much the first time I stayed, that I cancelled a reservation at another hotel to come stay here again. The location is unbeatable. In the center of everything, convenient to everything. It saved so much time. The hotel is clean and fresh. My room was BEAUTIFUL! I stayed on the top floor overlooking the square and the water, and it was wonderful. The best part is still the service, particularly Clara. She’s professional, warm, and seems to genuinely love customer service. She made me feel individually welcome, comfortable, and at ease while simultaneously being super efficient and fast. Practical matters: elevator works great, beds are comfortable, hotel is very safe and secure, bathrooms are clean and modern, outlets for devices everywhere, everything you need. Overall this hotel is amazing quality, especially for such affordable rates! I am thankful I found this hotel and will definitely be back.

It was everything you’d hope for from a Lisbon hotel, and more! The best part is the staff. Clara stands out as exceptional customer service - she was so friendly, welcoming, knowledgable, helpful, and kind. They all were and seem to really go out of their way to make guests feel comfortable and happy. The location is incredible. Super central and convenient to get around. Shopping, restaurants, the ocean. Music everywhere - playing in the square, live piano music during breakfast every morning. The rooms/facilities are beautiful, sparkling clean, and top quality with modern amenities. Including air conditioning! Really nice bath products. Breakfast was elaborate and delicious - fresh hot dishes from the kitchen, pastries, fruit. I would absolutely stay there again - I loved it. Also worth noting - as a queer woman who is solo traveling, I felt welcome, safe and at ease here. It is LGBT friendly.

Location was good, tram stops just outside and metro (underground) very close too. Easy walking distance to loads of restaurants and shops and sights. Room was spacious, and bathroom was a good size. Shower had decent pressure and warm water whenever I used it. Breakfast had good choice - cereal, yoghurt, fruit, hot food, and was someone playing the piano in a near room during breakfast which was a really nice touch! Staff were nice and helpful and able to offer directions and suggestions of local restaurants

Room window looked out to an inner space with other windows and aircon machines and curtain didn't open so had to put it across the nearby chair to allow light in Was a black sign beside the door which I'm told has a light but it wasn't working, and the canopy was dark and not light, so I had a hard time finding the door when I arrived and it was after sundown. Hopefully should be fixed now

An old but beautiful renovated hotel, keeping its classic aesthetic with wooden floors and portuguese colourful pattern walls with the facilities a modern place should have. It is located next to a beautiful square, in the heart of Bairro Alto. Beautiful staff, who seem to love the services they provide. Live piano musician while on breakfast hours. The only negative issue was that the hotel stands next to the tram line, which shakes the building everytime it passes by, which woke me up on early hours around 05:00 but on the 3rd day I think I got used to it, not such a big deal.

I stayed in four rooms as I extended my time in Lisbon, the staff was exceptional in helping me. I experienced a variety of rooms, all perfect for a comfortable and home-based place for vacation. The breakfast is delicious, with live music!

The only issue I had was the extreme noise from the outside but it was to be expected staying in the middle of the center of the city. I would get a pair of ear plugs or join the fun. Have patience with the language barrier, there were a few mis understandings nevertheless, it was all ironed out quickly.
