Lovely clean room, great having the washing machine, lovely shower. Clean towels every day and bed made. Great location, really central. Would recommend this accommodation.

We arrived two hours earlier than the check in time and were hoping to leave our luggage in the lockers, but there was none available. Really not enough lockers for the number of rooms. It put a bit of a dampener on the start of our trip as we had to bring our luggage with us back down and up the steep hill in 29 degree heat. Also we weren’t allowed into our room until the exact check in time, which is fine. But when we did get into the room it hadn’t been cleaned from the previous guests, luckily on the way back down to ring the manager I seen a staff member who organised for the room to be cleaned. Other than this the room was a lovely size, great shower.

Easy access with door code to the building and apartment. Very, very clean apartment and there is absolutely everything you need and more. Location is perfect - no noise at night despite location in city centre.

You need to scan your ID into web service which allows you to chck-in. I'm not comfortable with this, as it requires to take some risk with my sensitive data.

The location is within a short walk to everything (bakery, grocery, restaurants, shopping and the tram28 stop. This was our first time in Portugal so we wanted to be in the center where it’s convenient and we’re so glad we came across this apartment. The apartment is very clean and modern. Well equipped with everything that we needed for our stay. Felt very safe an easy access to everything, Staff are extremely friendly.

The only issue we had was the curtains had a very strong smell that we have to turn the AC on which helps with the air circulation. There was a plugged in air freshner but we unplugged it because I have an allergy with scents. Other than that everything else is perfect.

The apartment is well equipped, the location is excellent. Independent check-in was easy. Even though I had some problems I would come here again.

The room wasn't ready at check-in time at 2 pm, so I came later. Nevertheless, there were dirty dishes waiting in the dishwasher. Toilet paper was completely missing. Room numbering should be clearer. Apartment 0.3 is 0.3 and not 3. This causes unnecessary confusion. I initially looked for my own apartment on the third floor in vain, until I found out that my room is 0.3.

Very clean apartment and building. Apartment well designed and equipped and despite being relatively small, the designed made used of it intelligently. Even though we didn't really use the kitchen, it was well equipped and everything looks relatively new and in very good condition. Bathroom was very nice too. Staff responded very promptly with minor issues like the battery on the AC remote dying. Building also has luggage lockers which came in handy when we checked out on the last day. Good location though we did notice some noise from folks walking to/from their revelry.

The WIFI was very poor. We went in Aug (peak season) and I guess the building must have been relatively busy because we really struggle to get on to the WIFI consistently which was a major frustration. Even though we made the booking with Booking.com and it was confirmed, a week before we were due to arrive, we got a message saying that our CC was declined and they had trouble charging the card. Despite updating the CC on booking.com they still had the issue. They sent a link but it didnt work with US CC for some reason - I tried with 2 different US CC and it wouldnt work. The risk of the booking being cancelled a few days before we were due to arrive was stressful and I finally managed to use a UK CC with the link they provided. However it shouldnt really be this difficult nor stressful.

Modern apartment with everything you would need for a short stay. Very clean and easy to check in using the digital check in system. Spacious enough room for a short stay with a mini balcony which looked over the street. SMART TV which was great. Great location, every corner you turn there is something. It is quite hilly. Seen reviews saying there was lots of nice from the street, our room looked onto Main Street and we didn’t hear any noise at all. Aircon worked great. All in all a good stay and would return.

Pillows very soft and small, personal preference. Left the room and went to return at 11.45 (check out was 12) but the maid had already been in and cleaned room and someone else was in the room. The maid said we checked in which we didn’t. Not a major issue.

The windows were too thin. Even though it was located back street we could hear the noise the whole night. There were no hooks in the bathroom to hang the wet bath towels. It would be nice if we had some hooks in the sitting room too to hang the coats. We had to put the coats by the chairs. I know there are cupboards but you don't want to use them if you come and go often. It would be nice in the kitchen to have some paper towels and a drying rack. You don't always use the dishwasher.

excellent contact with hosting company. Enjoy the freedom to come and go in a keyless way. Resources good for a person travelling - everything you need is in the room. Great 10* ladies who serviced the room daily. And quick response to questions and additional needs.

Simple things like a shower head leaking, a remote control missing. These are not a huge big problem and would not stop me staying again, but it gives the feeling of lack of attention to the little details, which make a difference to a travel experience and would be expected at this price. The location was expectational. Great area, very safe, close to water and the centre of town. Only a 15 min walk to the castle. There was a washing machine in a common area which we used and a rack to dry on in the room. The kitchen was well equipped with large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, crockery, toaster, kettle/jug etc. The checkin kiosk and code to door information was easy to work out, I loved the pre checkin email which saved time when we arrived. I did all the passport uploads on this and then just paid the city tax at the kiosk easily when we arrived. The room is serviced daily if you need.

The bed was a little hard, but other than that nothing we did not like.
