Hmmm... there was no breakfast. We liked the room and the staff.

The directions are a bit crazy and do not work well at all! There are two entrances to the property. The one at the back of the building and further from the water is on a very tiny street which is difficult to get to with a taxi. And, this entrance is quite poorly marked. We could not find it during the day... it would likely be impossible at night. After some confusion, we were able to contact someone and we walked approx 100m in a roundabout way to get the the other entrance which is in front and on the ground floor of the building. There could definitely be some improvement here, either with the map provided, or the signage at the back/top entrance.

Really beautiful apartments that are modern, clean and spacious. TV had chrome cast, there was complimentary beer and water in glass bottles. Bed was very comfortable to sleep in. Couch was also lovely. Feel was that of a boutique hotel. Great location. The service was very good. Communicated via WhatsApp v easily and they actively advised us to store our bags with another hotel down the road when we checked out.

Only minor issue was the noise from outside as it's in a very central area. However they provided ear plugs and there was noise proof shutters outside the window which helped a lot. I brought my own ear plugs and was absolutely fine.

Good size room. The large bed was super comfy. It's quite good that the shower and toilet are in separate spaces (quite nifty in giant cupboards for want of a better description!) The host Nuno was very attentive and quick to respond to messages. Great location in regard to the train station and river, both only a few minutes walk away. Other places of interest close by. There was a complementary beer and water for us. We enjoyed our stay.

It's in a good central location but our room was partially overlooking Pink Street which can be very noisy. We noticed it particularly on the Saturday night that we were there. It wasn't too bad on the Sunday, Monday and Tuesday to be fair, and there are two windows and heavy curtains to dampen the outside noise. Ear plugs provided too. We had two random tea bags with the tea making facilities. Milk and sugar would have been nice. A full length mirror would have been much appreciated. The only mirror was the small one in the toilet.

the room was so spacious and stylish, the location was amazing. our room did not back pink street (we faced the other way) so noise never an issue but yet we were still right in the mix and able to get to most key areas of the city in around 10-15 minutes on foot. I think our room was 4B and I’d request the same room again if I was lucky enough to come back! also we had a chaotic travel day and got to Lisbon later than planned. we couldn’t use the digital check in because our SIMs weren’t working properly. luckily I was able to WhatsApp the property and the amazing manager met us outside in just a few short minutes of us contacting him. we felt horrible for bothering him and were so, so appreciative! this place is really a special stay with great people, fantastic location and decor.

the bed was a bit hard but I’ve found that to be true in many European hotels, maybe I am just used to a softer mattress!

All the photos on the website indicated the rooms were suites. If you clicked on each room it was more clear. But the websites all made it look like living areas. We were surprised the room while beautiful was tiny. We travel quite a bit but, this was the first time we were this surprised.

I stayed 2 nights with my husband &son in this little beautiful flat and it served perfectly it's purpose: very well located (walking distance from metro, city centre and a huge number of bars& restaurants), enough space for 3 persons, a little balcony with a very nice view of Tejo. The modern internal decoration & furniture of the flat is perfect; designed and chosen with a truly exquisite taste. Moreover, the staff of Cais Urban Lodge (Nuno) was very helpful - very good recommendations for places to eat.

The neighborhood where the flat is located is really noisy at night (right above the Pink Street); however, it is not a big problem as the windows are perfectly soundproof and the flat has got a good air-conditioning.

The apartment is beautifully decorated with all the correct amenities you’d require for a short break in the city. It is in a fantastic location, close to all the hot spots but whilst holding a ‘safe’ feel. Excellent communication from the host, available day and night.

Although the location is brilliant, and a little noise is to be expected, the apartment is very noisy on an evening. I would expect a level of outdoor noise, however, within the apartment 2B there is a locked door, and on many evenings it appeared that people were inside there. This wasn’t necessarily a huge problem as the noise from here tended to stop around midnight, however, it did feel as if you were sharing the apartment. The pull out bed isn’t the comfiest, but suitable enough for a couple of nights.

Perfect location. Close to Pink Street and the Time Out Food Market, the riverbank and lots of shops and restaurants. The appartement was nicely decorated and it had everything we needed for our three days stay. Spacious balcony with a nice view. The reception is not at the premises of the hotel, but they were super-easy to get in contact with. They met us when we arrived and showed us everything we needed to know. Very service minded. The apartment had double/or triple glazed windows so we did not hear any noise from the streets - even when there were 1,5 million youths who had travelled to Lisbon on the same days we were there, to join a festive catholic youth camp:-). Air conditioning worked perfectly, lots of hot water in the shower and comfortable beds. We would highly recommend this place to others and would also like to return ourselves if we will visit Lisbon again.

We liked everething with the place! Just a very small detail: It would have been nice to have had some more storage for our clothes.

It is clean, new and the host was super attentive. Bed was comfortable which is always a risky topic Rooms were large enough to accommodate everyone in the group and having an elevator was great too. Cleaning every 3 days which was also nice.

If the property faces the pink street you won’t be able to sleep most neighs. We had 2 rooms. One faces the other way and we had no trouble. The one that faced the pink street was way too loud, even in less busy nights

I had an absolutely fantastic experience with the accommodation I booked through Booking.com! The property far exceeded my expectations in every way possible. The comfort, cleanliness, and amenities provided were top-notch, making my stay truly memorable. I must also commend Nuno for his exceptional customer service. He went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed during my stay. His attention to detail, prompt assistance, and friendly demeanor truly made a difference and added an extra layer of comfort to my trip. It's not often that you come across such outstanding service, and Nuno truly stands out.
