After booking, the hotel manager reached out over whatsapp to greet me and offer assistance with any questions I might have had about Lisbon. Before arrival, they helped provide a highly detailed list of travel options for me on how to reach the hotel location including an approximation of how much it would cost to cab there from the airport (10-15 euros) as well as offer to arrange a private hotel transfer if I wanted. When arriving, check in was seemless. The design was modern and homey. And when I got to my room, I was surprised with cupcakes, a branded tumbler, and a hand written note to welcome me. The room was clean, spacious, pretty much a studio. Came with ironing board, toaster, microwave, washing machine, hangers, lots of towels, bath robe, and all the other basics. A bottle of water and sparkling wine was also provided. Daily room service was also available. Outside the room they left some gummy sweets and nuts to help myself to. And midway in my stay, the hotel packed some gummies for me and left it with a printed note on the history of the gummy candies (a most unexpected and pleasant surprise) The place was well located in the centre of Lisbon on the Pink Street. It was a very good base as I could easily get to Cais Sodre and Santa Apolonia to make day trips to Cascais and Porto. And I was able to reach most locations with ease given the lovely public transport access (train, tram, bus). Most points of interest were already in walking distance. Despite being on pink street, and having provided some ear plugs - the double glazed windows meant that sound from the streets was limited. It was not too noisy for me and I did not need the ear plugs that they provided for free. The ear plugs were pleasantly also pink to fit the theme of the hotel brand. Overall an excellent stay that exceeded my expectations. I did not know what to expect since it was still new. But would certainly recommend or stay again if I come visit again.

Everything was great - only thing is if housekeeping could respond to signs I put on the door. I hung a do not disturb sign for 2 days. And took it off on the 3rd day but I guess they might have thought I did not want housekeeping still and wanted to respect my privacy - so they did not come the 3rd day as well. Not too big of a deal since I am by myself and kept the room in good order for myself.

Best stay ever! Got upgraded to a one-bedroom apartment. Unit was super clean, modern, fully equipped including roomy refrigerator, stovetop, washing machine, dishwasher. It was perfect for our week in Lisbon! Best part was all the extras Joana provided -- tasty treats every day, bonus breakfasts delivered to our room. Complimentary bottled water and snacks always available on site and even more goodies at the affiliated 5-star hotel just a block away, including 24-hr free gourmet soft serve ice cream! Service was top-notch at the hotel as well. Pink Street is known for its nightlife, but the sound-proofing window/shutter system in the unit is highly effective -- no problem sleeping, even over the weekend.

Everything, very comfortable, great service, excellent soundproofing in the room which is helpful for the live DJ spinning some sick beats farther down Pink Street, and awesome sister hotel, Corpo Santo, a block away to break change, grab drinks, and spa services.

Everything was wonderful, but IF you plan on walking down the thick of Pink Street to take in the music, dancing, or bars, hold on to everything you’ve got as someone will happily relieve you of anything not fully secured! Someone may notice if you’re pickpocketed, like they did when my sunglasses were taken out of my shirt pocket, but by the time they yell something, it’s already too late, whatever it was is long gone.

The place was just beautiful!! We were in Loft, so much space and super cozy! Joana made sure we felt at home with fruits, drinks, snacks, most of all her concern checking in how we were doing. Location was great too! Super close to the train station, water, and town center. Perfect area to go for long walks. The staff at the sister hotel was also very kind and helpful, they made us feel so welcomed...especially when we came for some ice cream!

Honestly, nothing, really. It is near the bars on Pink Street, so it did get noisy at night. We barely heard anything in the loft, but my sister did hear more on her floor, but it didn't bother her at all and she was able to sleep. I only mention for those who are light sleepers or if you come during high season. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

Everything was perfect. Immediately after booking came sms with infos , while arriving got super early check in ( room was ready and could go in already in the morning) , Appartement is beautiful and equipped with everything I could wish for. Special isolation prevent noice and light from party street , so you nearly can’t hear anything from outside. Walking distance to really a lot of tourist attractions .. Appartement is connected to 5* hotel (few steps away) where you can use all benefits from the hotel ( which is really a lot;)) PS- Joana is the best host

Everything was PERFECT

I can't say enough great things about this rental. The House on Pink Street really made our vacation in Lisbon memorable. The location is excellent, right on Pink Street where you're surrounded by bars, restaurants, night life, and people. It's a conveniently located next to train stops and a quick walk to Lisbon's city center. The river is nearby if you're interested in taking boat tours and doing other water activities. It is hilly in this area, although mostly flat heading towards the river, so it may be difficult for those with mobility issues, but for us it was a non-issue. The staff are all so welcoming, kind, and accommodating. Communication with the staff was just so easy. They made us feel extremely valued as guests and will approach us and offer their help without any prompting. This particular rental is part of the Corpo Santo hotel so we were allowed to use the hotel lobby any time during the day. The hotel is just a few steps away where they provide free water bottles, coffee, and snacks, including ice cream, which is so wonderful for the kids. They would also replenish water bottles and snacks for the rental itself. The rooms are big, clean, and comfortable and are cleaned daily. We had plenty of toiletries to make our stay comfortable. We had an issue with our room that was promptly fixed without any headache or fuss. We stayed at other hotels in various cities around Portugal and none of them compared to this one in terms of hospitality, comfort, and convenience despite being similarly priced or even more expensive.

The hotel is right on Pink Street which has a bustling night life. The sound proofing was excellent but not perfect. It didn't bother us at all as we prefer to travel this way, but the location may not be a good choice for those who like to stay in areas that are more secluded and quiet.

My stay was excellent. I was in Lisbon for a scientific conference. The House on Pink Street is affiliated with Hotel Corpo Santo which is nearby, and is organized as a set of self contained apartments. The apartment I stayed in was spotless clean and fully furnished, with appliances, cookware and utensils. It had good internet connection. It is very close to several modes of public transit and is easily accessible from the airport. Very interesting sites even within 10 minutes walking. The Pink Street downstairs can get rowdy at times but the apartment had excellent soundproofing and it was really not a problem for me. Communication once I checked in was via WhatsApp. The staff were extremely polite and helpful, and Joana even gave me cupcakes, which was really a very nice touch. Just an excellent experience in every way.

I can literally think of nothing to complain about.

The host Pedro and his staff went above and beyond to make our stay not only comfortable but memorable. We received special treats for our anniversary and birthday. Pedro facilitated our daily trips to Fatima and Tomar. When the weather turned rainy and I was feeling ill, Pedro personally delivered dinner to us as well as set up and take away the dishes.

A clothes dryer would have been perfect. The apartment has a washer/dryer combo but does not dry the clothes fully. I read the manual online and this is normal. We appreciated and used the washer then hung to dry our clothes using the available clothes hanger plus we carry a traveling clothes line.

The apartment is very nice and comfortable. It's in a great location and has been recently updated. You'll find everything you need for a short or long stay. The design of the apartment is smart and makes your stay in Lisbon really enjoyable. It's different from many other places I've stayed. Pedro, the manager, is friendly and really professional. He takes good care of his guests, gives great tips about the city, and is always there to answer any questions. I've stayed in many apartments in Lisbon, but I keep coming back to this one. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city

Facilities better then described. Apartment well equipped: nice kitchen, washer/dryer combo, comfortable bed. Affiliation with Corpo Santo Hotel gives all the benefits of the hotel and apartment gives the feel of home. What makes it exceptional is the staff. Host Joana goes beyond and above: extra fruits/sweets, treated us to free breakfast (where Andre made us feel great). When Joana is not available, Ana is just as nice. Free walking tours with great guides Miguel and Sérgio were excellent. Cleaning lady Tara attentive. Sorry that I did not remember all the names or did not mention everyone who made us feel special: from managers, reception desk to doormen. One day after touring the city we ran into a staff group photo session and I made a snapshot that I am sharing to show appreciation to everyone. The best experience so far on our travels.

Everything was perfect.
