The location is very good, in a safe area, withing a walking distance to some parks, restaurants, hop-on-hop-off main station. The room was big with enough space to place your staff and free walk around furniture. Beds were comfortable. Clearing services are satisfactory. It was very helpful for us that there is an underground parking in a hotel, as parking spaces in Lisbon are limited.

I would suggest management to check cleanness of doors and walls. The door to our room had prints of hands from 10-20 different people (based on print sizes). I also expected that shampoo would be replenished when used out. We had 2 little bottles, like 10 mg, for 2 people for 4 nights stay, and they have not replenished when we used them in full.

For the price of this hotel I didn’t expect too much but was pleasantly surprised. Very clean throughout. Beds very comfy. Staff very friendly and spoke good English. Didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment. We walked to main centre on first day and it took about 20 mins. Took Uber back for approx €5 (as it’s all uphill). Also took Uber from airport to hotel which cost €7.50. Metro station btwn 5-10 min walk from hotel. I’d have no hesitation staying here again.

A little bit away from the main centre and it’s an uphill climb from centre to hotel (but the city is built on hills so no escaping them). Pleasant walk though as the streets are all cobbled, cute and interesting.

Value for money is obvious when booking, very substantial breakfast was nice surprise, room lovely, location perfect, near metro, bus stops, mini supermarket opposite, a couple of great restaurants nearby, staff really helpful and friendly. They took in bags when arriving early and also kept in storage for you after checkout which was invaluable and a really nice thing to offer. This meant so much when travelling via early and late flights. Memorable and I will highly recommend to all.

There was a bit of a wrestling match with the shower which meant a wet bathroom floor but not a big problem for me.

Felt we were bothering the lady at the frontdesk and we were only checking in..... The young man was more helpful. Breakfast- not much food and slow to fill up. So we ended up only having breakfast at the hotel the first morning. (You are not allowed to put food on the tables in the foyer, even there is a few sitting groups and you can get drinks at the little "bar" at check in. ???? ) Sad to say I will not recommend this hotel.

Location of the hotel is fantastic in the city centre. We were happy because at the reception desk we met Julia, she is the son of Lisbon. She is very professional, speaks different languages, and always ready to help! In front of the hotel there are shops just 1 min wallking. The rooms are nice , well equipped, very comfortable with a big bed.

There is no noise soundproofing in the hotel, so you can hear sometimesyour neighbours speaking, moving things etc.. One night people on the upper floor were screaming till morning. So without soundproofing its a bit difficult

Clean, safe, friendly and well-located for exploring. Outside of the busy, tourist-heavy area, but close to some unique and quirky bars. 3 separate beds for us 3 guys, rooms were tidied and restocked daily. It's a great base to explore from and more than adequate if you're spending moat of your time exploring the city.

Very slightly dated in terms of decor and general vibe.

Nice, clean and comfortable hotel just a stones throw away from marques de pombal. Extremely well connected with millions of restaurants and shops close by. Stayed there for a couple of days travelling in for the football and I have no complains.

Staff in the reception kept trying to charge us city tax every time we came around after we paid it at the start of our stay. Why can't this be included in the booking fee? Aside from that, just beware that metro shuts at 1am and this hotel is not located closed to the night hot-spots so you will have to plan ahead.

Location was good a little far from historic centre but there was a bus stop nearby and metro station. Had it’s own garage which was convenient as we were driving. Room comfortable.

Although the room was comfortable and had nice beds the bathroom was in need of a makeover, it was outdated, chipped bath, rusty ceiling and we could hear the bathroom upstairs as if the water was falling into ours. Noisy air conditioning.

Room was nice and clean, staff was helpful. Late check in (2 AM) was not a problem.

Location: even though not too far from Metro, it was hard to walk with a roll-on carry-on on the paved steeply sloped sidewalks (for which Lisbon is famous). It would have been nice to have included directions how to get there from Metro (use station Marquis De Pombal) in the reservation confirmation. I would recommend taking an Uber ride to the airport (less than 10 euro). The hotel is on a busy city street, so some road noise is to be expected, but I was rudely awaken by the sound of jackhammers from the nearby construction site. Minor hiccup: there was a mix-up with my room: the receptionist sent me to the wrong room; as a result I woke up an innocent lady at 2 AM due to their mistake (which was quickly resolved on a second trip to the lobby).

The room was simple, but comfortable. I had all the facilities I needed. The breakfast was also delicious - nice pastries and cake. The location is also very central - easy to take transport or even walk into town.

The room felt a bit dated and lacking in decor, BUT, it was comfortable and I had everything I needed.
