Beautifully designed elegant lobby with helpful staff having smile on their face ready to go an extra mile making the guests experience pleasant and unique. We are a family with 2 littles ones, 2 and 5. We found the room spacious, with all you need plus a nice motivating note every day delivered under the door! So thoughtful! Breakfast was great, having the variety you need for kids also. Location is perfect, close to Metro and in front of a supermarket! I became a member and sure will check H10 as the first option in the next destination. I think they shall get 5 Star! (Specially seeing our previous Hotel in Amsterdam holding a 5 Star while deserving a 3 Star)

Location was very convenient, also good connection to the airport with the Metro. Rooms were very relaxing, excellent beds. Then the roofbar is a little haven, amazing views and great drinks & food. Very nice staff, especially the gentleman in concierge/ front desk.

Not much I can think of, perhaps coffee and tea facilities in room was not served with milk, only cream.

Beautiful hotel within walking distance from the city center of Lisbon. I loved the decoration of the hotel, very bright and chic with these stunning blue tiles. The room was a bit small but I think that is the standard for most Europe capitals! On the other hand, the bathroom was quite roomy. Both were beautifully decorated. The breakfast was excellent, and there is free bubbly! The rooftop is very cute, although much smaller than I had imagined based on photographs. There is bubbly, cake and pasteis de nata available at the reception at all time!! What more can you ask for!

The rooftop is open to the public and busy during the weekend. On the first night, we were turned away without much regard for the fact that we were hotel guests (they could have offered to call in the room when a table became available for example). The rooftop also closes pretty early. No gym.

Excellent buffet breakfast but a little over priced @ $25.00 euros per person. Excellent toiletries & comfy bed & lovely linens. We enjoyed amazing cocktails on the rooftop. All staff were friendly and very helpful with recommendations and answering our questions.

We had 2 large pieces + 1 carry on of luggage and wanted a second luggage rack. We were told the hotel was unable to provide a second rack. That seems kind of crazy. We can’t be the first people with lots of luggage!

The room was clean and characterfully decorated in keeping with traditional Portuguese interior style. The breakfast selection was excellent, and the cooked breakfast very good. The service was second to none, and all of the staff very pleasant, professional and helpful. The evening meals in the A La Carte restaurant were superb. The top floor roof terrace and bar is also a treat. The general ambience of the of the hotel was one of style, individuality and sophistication.

For the price paid I would have expected a room with a view on one of the higher floors. As it was, I had two quite small windows, one looking out onto a tiny terrace and the other looking out onto a rather unattractive side street. Whilst Booking.com advertises the rooms as fully sound proof, as with most accommodation in heritage buildings this was not the case.

My favorite hotel in Lisbon after trying two others. I really enjoy coming back to the H10, it is absolutely lovely. The rooftop terrace is a huge plus! It is so nice to have a drink up there and take in the view. The service at the front desk is outstanding, I mean, 5-star hotel quality. I was given great advice on where to get my iPhone repaired, I followed the advice and got my problem fixed in minutes. Great job! Really good breakfast, a buffet with hot items to order. Really nice doorman who helps with luggage. i cannot wait to come back.

loved the room, the linens were fine, the nespresso excellent, the location near eduardo park and avenida libertad was wonderful. The staff were also very helpful and friendly, everyone's English was excellent and they were readily available. Our room was well taken care of - really appreciated the staff.

the street the hotel is on doesn't offer much in the way of cafes, ambience, greenery, etc. The hairdryer in the bathroom was dirty and the attached cord was too short for a person taller than 5 feet and it didn't function well. The terrace bar, though very attractive, was over crowded.

Lovely bar area with nice comfortable seats bedrooms spacious clean with a comfortable large bed & sheets changed daily Bathroom is nice with a good shower but tiling in shower & silicone joint around the shower tray both inside & outside of the cubicle needs replaced & tiles inside shower could do soya good cleaning

The hotel is conveniently located at 5 minutes walk from a metro station and a lot of bus stops. Very beautiful, quiet and spacious rooms. Very friendly staff. I recommend the rooftop bar for a drink (or two). The view is beautiful with the Tagus at a distance.

Although the breakfast buffet is well furnished, the hot dishes (pancakes, omelets, ...) need to be ordered and the portion is a bit small to my taste.

location was very good, just off the Main Street . the hotel was absolutely lovely utilizing portugese tiles etc. and our room was very nice. we didn’t include our breakfast in the package but it looked very good!

although I did the booking on this site, I was given a less desirable room than our group - still lovely but they were in a suite? rooftop bar is much smaller than the photo makes it appear but a gorgeous view. our taxi booked for the next morning was supposed to accommodate two couples with luggage and this wasn’t what showed up- had to wait for a new one .
