The size of the room is excellent. As a couple sharing the room we had plenty of room to move around without bumping into each other. There was also plenty of room on the balcony for us to sit on and the view of Lisbon from the 8th floor was great. The food in the restaurant was very good.

I find it hard to accept that a four star hotel will not even offer a small bottle of water to their guests on arrival! And that they charge €1.75 for each capsule of coffee (not even real Nespresso!). I also missed not having a complementary pair of slippers to use during our stay, or dressing gown... and a box of tissues in the bathroom is also always welcome. The bathroom was a little cramped.

Comfy beds, nice balcony, fast lifts, perfume at the entrance, cleaning women always available during the day and never disturbing, very nice bathroom with bidet. Small and nice gym, walking distance to the bus and metro stops. Supermarkets close by. Close to the bus for the airport.

No kettle, only an expresso machine but no coffe available. We bought some tea and used the machine to warm up water. The fridge was locked. I was expecting to use it for some storage. Before arriving o explicitly said I needed two separate receipts for the payment and they agreed via email, reminded again at my arrival, but at the end they complained and said it was not possible, that I should have reminded at my arrival (that I did!). It has been very annoying. A little bit pricey for not having breakfast included. The area has no bar around, at night everything closes. Last bus from city center at 10.30 pm

The room was very spacious and clean. The cleaning staff did a great job tidying up the room everyday. The room was on the 10th floor and it had a very nice view of the city. It had a balcony which was really nice for sitting and chilling. The cleanliness was great and it provided an enjoyable stay.

Some basic things like having slippers was not included in the room. There was not an ice machine in the hotel and we had to go downstairs to the bar to get ice. There was no ice bucket and we got the ice in a plastic bag! Coffee is usually complementary and free in other hotels but the last day they charged us for using the coffee.

Excellent room, very clean and modern. Nice varanda with view.

This hotel does NOT have parking, even though the Booking.com entry says it does. We had asked for a parking space and the hotel did not bother to reply to explain that they don't have parking. There is an underground car park about 5 minutes walk away that is good (and cheap) but that is not the same. The hotel also didn't reply to another request for a room on a lower floor. Minibar is blocked off and there wasn't even water in the room. Breakfast mediocre. Staff friendly but seem confused about things (poor training?)

Bed was really comfortable, bedsheets & blankets smells really good & fresh.. especially when we arrive from exploring the city, came back to a fresh smell of bed linen & blankets making relaxing at its most convenient way. Loved it! The staff are friendly. We even got to early checked-in. 3 minutes walk to metro stations, plenty hair salons nearby! quite few options to eat to take away, when you are too tired to go anywhere. Will come back here, without a doubt! Thanks to Lutecia team for the service & hospitality!!!

The daily cleaning service don’t change glasses that you use, but it’s not a big problem since you can always ask to reception for a new ones. I did ask one time, got them in few minutes😊

We could not check in because the football players who had our room would not leave. We spend more than an hour in the lobby waiting, after a long flight, having only a day in Lisbon - we were flying to the Azores the following day. And they did not even offer us some water or coffee...

Nice, clean, modern rooms. Good to be together with adjoining door access. Very convenient to the train and subway. Also, they were very accomodating in holding our luggage on the last day when our flight was cancelled/changed.

No ice machine, or space for making ice in a freezer. I needed ice in the evening and needed to go to the bar in the lobby for it. Also, the heat/AC control in all three rooms did not seem to work properly. For example, we had it set for 17 degrees, yet it was reading 25 degrees in the room, and still emitting heat. I tried to turn it off, and after several attempts was able to turn it off.

The room I stayed it has a balcony in which I did not book it. It was a surprise for me. I was really thankful about it. The room is very clean and the facilities is brilliant. They offer buffet breakfast which is included in your stay . Bed is very comfortable.The location of the hotel is within the city center. Approximately 10 mins by taxi in going to the airport. The staff in the reception are very helpful. I would definitely book this hotel when I’m going back to Portugal. I will highly recommend this to my friend.

It would have been much better if the hotel will sign up the tour for knights Templar that the guest will be picked up in the hotel. They only have the Gray line travel tours.

Very clean. Close to the train station. Comfy beds. Friendly and very helpful staff. Good breakfast. Lovely restaurant nearby O Matto.

The beds were comfortable and the shower had good pressure and was hot. The staff were friendly and nice. The rooms were big and comfortable. Overall, it was good and served our purpose.

Location was ok. Not close to any of the tourist attractions. It was about a 30 min subway ride to the city center. I thought it would be closer, so that's my mistake but wanted to share the info for others. Did not have a smart-tv to watch netflix. Not a big deal, but nice to have.
