Good location and very nice environment

we were looking forward to use the spa and the pool but unfortunately these facilities were not in use. As a five star hotel atlasest pool and spa should be working.

Near the airport for arrival and departure! Hotel was in a wonderful location. A couple of mins walk from Campo Pequeno Shopping centre / restaurants / metro. Swimming pool / spa Lovely spacious clean hotel.. Bed was most comfortable - housekeeping exceptional. Lighting was unusual! Light under the bed was different!! Walking distance to Salhandra and Marquês de Pombal - very reasonable restaurants / bars. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others..

Yellow metro line was closed for 3 days of our stay due to work being carried out! That was outside of anyone's control! Forced us to walk more and see more! Which was a great thing!! Apart from that - nothing I didn't like!

Excellent breakfast buffet. A lot of variety and constantly refilled. Very good food at the hotel restaurant and bar. Very helpful staff at the reception. Cleaning ladies change the towels every day and there is complimentary water. Clean rooms and good pillow/bed. Hotel is easy to reach from the airport (around 10 min by car).

Only 2 lifts for 14 floors and one lift was broken for 48 hours while the hotel had welcomed 2 full buses of tourists. Long queues at the only lift if you wanted to leave the hotel or come back during rush hour. It was eventually solved when they fixed the lift. Swimming pool difficult to use because outdoor and the water was at 14 degrees still mid-May.

The hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable, room service was impeccable and well maintained as well by the housekeeping ladies.The staff at the reception were friendly, welcoming and very accomodating.The breakfast was plentiful and constantly refilled,Thank you! My children had a very wonderful time!

It was quite far from the city however, it is close to the metro which makes it convenient to go around. The hotel was a bit run down and needs a bit of an upgrade.The door in the safe would not close.however, these were just minor issues.

Very clean bed and bathroom. Very comfortable bed. Facilities looked good but we didn’t stay long enough to use them. Good value for money compared to similar options. We were upgraded to a suite without extra charge. On the sixth floor we didn’t hear any noise from the nearby railway.

The bathroom was a bit smaller than it should have been for the size of room. The glass panel between the bathroom and bedroom meant that if one person got up in the middle of the night and switched on the bathroom light, even with the door closed, light would stream into the bedroom and disturb the other person. Stupid, impractical designers are responsible for this nonsense. The hotel reception forgot to order our taxi to the airport. We had to remind them, but a taxi arrived promptly thereafter.

The hotel was amazing, modern and very clean. The suite was excellent and the staff were amazing. I have never encountered such good staff in Europe. Location was decent, right next to entrecampos station and the front desk was super for any excursions or question. Pool was also a big plus. The spa also had great facilities.

The shower was not very good and we requested for a suite on a high floor but was only given on the 5 floor. Breakfast was lacking in variety. Everything else was amazing.

The staff are very helpful and polite. Didn't try any upselling as I had already pre paid for the stay. The room was spacious, had a full bath and bidet.

The walls between rooms are very thin, so noise travels very easily between rooms and from the corridor. This meant I had to move room due to noise. The bar doesn't allow for drinks to be added to a tab without pre paying a tab. There was no tea or coffee making facilities in the room and there was no mini bar.

Excellent breakfast, lots of options for everyone. Hotel is huge and grand, with very friendly Front desk and staff. A huge mall is just a walking distance from the hotel, so you can do all your shopping right there.

The room can be better lit for those that need to work from the room. The pool was out of commission during our stay. The Spa was also not available, which sucks cos the Spa was one of the reasons why we booked the hotel.

Excellent and attentive staff, convenient to metro and train stations.

This is not a 5 star hotel, and I felt misled and overcharged by that assertion. The room was dark, worn and a tad shabby, the bathroom was oddly and poorly designed. Be aware that this hotel books a lot of tour groups, who tend to be noisy in the lobby. The breakfast room is small and crowded, and, again, while boasting a 5 star rating, was noticeably mediocre.

Staff members were friendly, kind and helpful. The high view from our room was great. Everything was spotless. The bed was comfy, and the room temperature was great considering the heat that was outside.

The bathtub has a window to the bedroom, we feel like we're on display. It also spills a lot of water on the floor since it open. The pool has no sun during the morning so if you want to use the pool, try during the afternoon.
