The room design is balanced with all the furniture (made of high-quality timber). Breakfast is wonderful with plenty of variety of food, drinks, and fruits. Healthy options are also available because you can find salads, honey, cereals, whole grains, extra virgin olive oil, and so on. The food served met the expectations of the well-known Portuguese cuisine and not forget to highlight the professional, humble, kind, and welcoming treatment I received from the restaurant staff in general and from the restaurant head of staff.

When the dinner is not being delivered as a buffet, there is not enough space for the guests, leading them to wait standing until a table is available. This happened not because of the absence of the hotel capacity but because they chose to use not the main restaurant but the smallest one.

Friendly helpful staff, great location and very good value for money

Excellent, large room, really quiet, very clean. Breakfast was standard, but with a nice service. The venue overall is very quiet and less than 10 minutes drive from the airport. Railway station and a metro very close up that bring you to the centre and in Oriente (really a discovery!).

The furniture and doors in the bedroom need to be updated. I tried the swimming pool: wonderful but it would be good to have some fresh towels stored there without bringing the towels down from the room. The metro does not bring you directly downtown so it takes some time. The next metro station is Campo Grande, some good 20 minute fast walking, but the garden along are very beautiful. Not very much around in term of restaurants, but just go downtown

The room was spacious and even though it says “single beds”, the beds are what I would call 3/4 beds, very comfortable and not too small for an adult. Nice room, larger than expected.

The room was very hot on arrival. The windows could only be opened a tiny crack. The AC would not turn on but after 5 minutes of playing with it it finally turned the fan on as the red light still lit up “off”. It needs to be repaired. The AC could not keep up with the heat (and it was not very hot outside) so we were much too warm all night.

Great location, close to the Metro, very clean room, comfortable beds, pleasant and helpful staff, they also allowed us to check in a couple of hours early as we arrived earlier than expected.

The main restaurant was not open on either of the two weekday nights (on two different weeks) that we stayed, only the cafe restaurant. It would have been nice to have had a choice of restaurants in the hotel but it was not a huge problem. The cafe restaurant had excellent pasta dishes and the staff were friendly and very helpful.

Everything in the room was of very nice quality. With the beds, AC, and curtains, we slept like babies every night. The bathroom, towels, and toiletries were also great. It's a bit outside the city but has great access to metro and bus lines, also right next to regional train station (for going to Sintra, Porto, etc). We did not try the breakfast, restaurant, bar or any other offerings.

Some very minor things: The WiFi only allows for 3 devices to connect, which could be pretty limited for two travelers, especially for business. The sauna was out of order and the pool hours were restricted to 08h00-20h00. Some tourists may want to be closer to the city, but again great access to public transit.

The people at the reception were very welcoming, helpful and very friendly, especially Thiago. Had the pleasure of meeting the hotel director who is genuinely nice, down-to-earth and also tries to help in whatever he can. The parking is only 10€ a day and is spacious. The gym is pretty good for a hotel gym and is open from 8 to 8 as is the indoor pool.

Had a "problem" with my room when I got there because there was no minibar, the television only had one channel and the bathroom mirror had marks on it but the next day they changed me to a new room which was perfect.

Close to airport and public transportation.

Staff in reception, we asked a Kettle in reception and it wasn't much helpful. I read in reviews, if we could asked to get a Kettle , they are willing to help,but,it wasn't at all. If you can't help it, you shouldn't give any hopes or promising to customer. Apart from that I had a good time in hotel such as perfect breakfast, clean room etc...

Convenient location for us, a short taxi ride either into the city centre or to the airport.

The changing rooms for the swimming pool were closed throughout our stay but the pool itself was open which was inconvenient because you had to walk through the hotel to your room in wet swimming gear, or change in a corner somewhere. Not ideal.

I enjoyed the breakfast that was included with my room fair. The room size, closet space and private bathroom made my stay pleasant; also the hotel's location was perfect, it's close to the subway and rail stations, and the airport.

One of the receptionist didn't show concern nor offered to switch my room when I told him the TV turned on by itself as soon as I got in the room and that to close the door on my way out I needed to put my key in. He said that's how it was supposed to be, but I told him that I had stayed the week before and the room I got at that time didn't have those issues. I asked a cleaning lady about the things with my room and she said that room had issues. So she was aware of it. It was upsetting that the receptionist brushed my problems off like they were not important enough to change my room. Also there were no chairs nor place to put my personal things in the pool area. That made me not want to go swimming again. I didn't wanna put my clothes on the floor were they could get wet.
