NH Campo Grande is a comfortable 4 star hotel located in a fantastic central location. The Entrecampos metro station on the yellow line is right at the doorstep of the hotel, allowing rapid transit to other areas of the city. The surrounding area has many restaurants and a supermarket (Continente) is right across the road. The hotel itself is large and spacious with many floors. The rooms are open and airy with lots of natural light and fantastic ventilation. The beds are long and wide, perfect for taller people or a couple that like to have space. Air conditioning works great and the shower is large and easy to use, equipped with shampoo & conditioner (not always available in every hotel). The Wi-Fi works fantastic in the hotel, I had 0 problems with it during my stay. The hotel is very clean and sanitary. The restaurant is lovely with a relaxed environment and delicious food. The staff were super friendly & attentive, good & friendly service overall. Breakfast was a lovely buffet spread with hot food like eggs and bacon available to order fresh. Check-out was seamless & easy.

The location is great, we were tourists in Lisbon, not for work, and travelled by metro to the city center every day. The metro station Entrecampos is 3 min walking from the hotel and you can get to Lisbon center by metro in 15 min, which was amazing. Next to is is a bus stop with busses going to various directions, waiting time is around 10-15 min, overall the location is very good if you'll be getting around Lisbon by public transport. The train station, also called Entrecampos, to go to Sintra is 10 min walking from the hotel, which is super convenient too. If you want to take a taxi to Belem or somewhere in Lisbon, this will be 10-12eur, maybe 15 eur max, which was ok for us because we did it just a few times. Taxi to the airport from the hotel is 5-7 eur (depending on time of the day), amazing. There's also a big supermarket 3 min away from the hotel (next to the metro station), with fresh coffee and bakery and fresh chicken & rice, salads, etc, so we were getting food there and saving up on restaurants. The double room was also super spacious, clean, with fresh decor, everything looked and felt great. If I come again to Lisbon for tourism, this will be among my top options for accommodation. So even if you get this kind of room, chances are you won't be really bothered, and if you are, you can ask for another room.

The only downside was that in our room we had an internal door to the other room, which we could lock without a problem, but it was much thinner than the walls and was letting through all the noise from the neighbour. We could hear the neighbour's every word and even how we was snoring at night :D But the neighbor was quiet, so did not bother really :)

Room had everything we needed although it was rather small.... We did breakfast next door at the little cafe....Delicious coffee and pastries and paid a tenth of the price of what we would have paid for breakfast at trhe hotel...It opens at 7am.... Location was excellent being close to the airport for our early morning flight, returning our car to the airport, and for exploring Lisbon on foot. We are walkers though. If you want to be right in the centre of things yoiu might want to book in centro Lisboa, the Alfama, Baixa, etc.

For the price I think they could have at LEAST had a free half bottle of red/ white wine in the room.......

The room was extremely clean and very comfortable to be there. The staff were extremely professional and friendly. The breakfast had a great variety of food. I forgot a jack and a shirt back in October 2022 in my previous stay and they have kept it for me until i visited again in April.

Just one comment that I have requested a mug of tea since there were only Nespresso shot glasses and I do not drink coffee and there was no tea in the room, so I was told to get it myself so I do not pay a service charge for requesting a tea mug.

A modern, well designed hotel, catering mainly for business people, with a comfortable bed and spacious bathroom, ideal for our last night in Portugal, within easy reach of the airport. The staff were particularly friendly and welcoming. Dinner was mainly good at a reasonable price, and the included breakfast was really good, with a good choice of juices and lots of fresh fruit and a range of cereals, pastries, cheese and cold meats, with some hot choices as well. English breakfast tea was a treat in a country where the closest is cha preto - black tea - with all sorts of other teas. Basement parking was tight and expensive at €12.50, but secure. Set in an attractive area, it was a great place to stay. A tip if you have to fill the tank before returning your rental car to the airport, there is a little petrol station about 0.5km up the road where fuel was 10c/litre cheaper than elsewhere.

We stayed with our dog and hotel provided a comfortable bed and plates for him. The room was big and very cozy, with comfortable matrass and pillows. Very tasty breakfast, good food with room service. Everything is clean and new and location is very convenient: the hotel is just in front of a wonderful park, where it's very pleasant to walk with the dog, close to the metro station and supermarket is just 2 min walk. Very friendly and professional team works there who make your stay really extraordinary. We enjoyed and would definitely chose this hotel again next time. Thank you very much for making our stay so comfortable!

Spacious room with good aircon, English News Channel TV, excellent double-glazing and a large bathroom with a good shower. Large, comfortable double bed with great linen. Complementary bottle of water and coffee pods. Reasonably pleasant location by University and parks. Great little cafe just next door - for coffees, breakfast and good value plates of the day Not too far from Airport

The hotel is conveniently located, very close to the nearest metro station and next to a pleasent park. The room has all the necessities, and a nice open view. They provide a bottle of water each day for free, which is nice. We did not encounter any problems with cleanliness. Overall, we would be keen to stay at NH Campo Grande in case we visit Lisbon again.

The hotel is super cozy, clean and for lissbon the rooms are quite big. Close to the airport. On can see all the nicceee landing planes but don't worry the windows work perfect against the noise. To go to city center on can use the metro that is like 30sec walk away. Really nice hotel 10/10

The moment when we needed to leave bc the holidays where over.

We are regularly staying in this hotel as our son is living nearby in the dormitory of Universidad Catolica. For the first time our daughter (age 25) was also with us. We have got two adjacent rooms as we requested. It was perfectly arranged and did we did not face any surprise.

At breakfast one has to ask for scrambled eggs and hence one cannot decide whether to take more or less than the portion brought. Everything else was fine.
